Abstract

Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of male circumcision techniques. The articles of male circumcision techniques were investigated from October 2018 to December 2018 through Google Scholar and Proquest. Material & Methods: There are various methods of circumcision, these methods can be grouped into two: using shield and clamp devices and conventional methods (dorsal slit and excision). Results: The result from this review article are the technique using shield and clamp devices such as the Smart Klamp have several advantages, that are minimal bleeding, rarely injuring the glans penis and faster, but the disadvantage is taken more costs, and often occurs edema in the circumcision area. Conclusion: In general, the circumcision method using shield and clamp devices is more beneficial and more practical than conventional methods.

Abstract

The Admissions and Promotion Office of Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) Yogyakarta serves as a service unit for the admission and registration of prospective students. Currently, information related to new student admissions is provided through physical services, direct contact, and social media. However, using social media requires human resources and time to respond to every inquiry from prospective students. To improve responsiveness, an automated system in the form of a Telegram Bot has been developed. This Telegram Bot is designed to provide fast and automated new student admission information services. Through the integration of AWS services, such as Lambda and DynamoDB, the bot can process user inputs in real-time and deliver relevant answers without manual intervention. This system is expected to support the Admissions Office in providing modern services to prospective students

Abstract

Examination and analysis of the 2,640 working hours AISI 1045 palm lorry shaft fracture were carried out to determine the effect of reconditioning using Shielded Metal Arc Welding on the reliability of the shaft. Laboratory test results and analysis showed that the shaft experienced a static brittle fracture at an angle between 65 mm diameter and 90 mm diameter. For a long time, evidence of weld defects in the form of inclusions, porosity, and cold cracks in the Heat Affective Zone has been observed. The various hardness levels in the weld metal are 200 to 210 HV; HAZ is 280 to 386 HV, and base metal is 202 to 210 HV due to oxygen affecting on shaft's mechanical qualities deterioration. When the martensitic structure is produced, the carbon equivalent value rises to 15.66%, over the minimum value of 0.65%, reducing shaft reliability and triggering the occurrence of static brittle fracture. The macro-micro structure at the initial area of crack and fracture is bainite and ferrite-pearlite, while the shaft base material is ferrite-pearlite. Furthermore, there is a difference in tensile strength between the shaft material and the power of the electrodes utilized in the reconditioning process. From this experiment, the recondition
