Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel cadangan devisa dan financial deepening terhadap stabilitas nilai tukar, serta menganalisis efektifitas dari penggunaan cadangan devisa dan financial deepening sebagai penstabil nilai tukar. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) dengan menggunakan data kuartalan dari tahun 2002:01 hingga tahun 2015:04. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara cadangan devisa dan financial deepening terhadap nilai tukar. Berdasarkan hasil uji Impulse Response Function (IRF) variabel financial deepening lebih efektif digunakan untuk menstabilkan fluktuasi nilai tukar karena financial deepning mempengaruhi investasi yang dapat meningkatkan output nasional sehingga menyebabkan ekspor meningkat. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar dapat melihat dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan variabel-variabel tersebut sebagai alat penstabil nilai tukar..Kata Kunci: Cadangan Devisa, Financial Deepening, Nilai Tukar, IRF, VECM

Abstract

The paper addresses the use of video in listening comprehension test. There are still debates on this medium though all strongly believe that bringing real life communication into a language education is one succeeding indicator to accelerate positive development of language learners. The method used is test usefulness as a synthesis conceptual framework to determine validity, reliability, practicality, authenticity, ethics and professionalization related to the test. There is no final answer through this paper in deciding whether this multimedia is the best way to capture language features and to assess test-takers ability. Nevertheless, at least, this paper examines the medium and brings up some aspects considered for better language testing and assessment method in future.

Abstract

Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are considered as one of the 21st-century skills in education. One of the most efficient strategies to promote HOTS is through assessment. This study aims to find out the percentage of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) used in English teachers’ summative assessment in an Islamic junior high school in Banda Aceh. In this qualitative study, Anderson's (2001) taxonomy, which divided thinking skills into two categories: lower-order thinking skills (remembering, understanding, and applying) and higher-order thinking skills (analyzing, evaluating, creating) were applied. The object of this study was three documents of English teachers’ summative assessments containing 150 test items with 145 questions in multiple-choice form and 15 questions in essay form. The questions were listed on a checklist table and calculated into percentages that corresponded to each cognitive level. The result showed that HOTS obtained a lower distribution than LOTS in the English teachers’ summative assessments. Specifically, the percentage of HOTS was only 4.6% (7 questions) from 150 questions analyzed. In conclusion, most questions of English teachers’ summative assessment in the Islamic junior high school can be categorized mostly into Lower-Order Thinking Skills (LOTS). The findings suggest that teachers should be more conscious of HOTS implementation while creating questions. Ultimately, this will improve students’ critical and creative thinking as well as problem-solving.

Abstract

Digital transformation has transformed business, society, and technology globally. In this journal, we discuss the impact of information technology in the modern era. Information technology is becoming an important role in other transformations; such as accelerating innovation, facilitating global connectivity, and transforming the way we work. While the potential of IT in supporting growth in progress is enormous, such as significant issues that need to be addressed, such as data security, privacy, and digital divide issues. In this article, we provide an overview of the role, impact, and challenges of Information Technology in today's digital age. Through data analysis and case studies, we look at how IT has transformed various sectors, including business, education, healthcare, and government. In addition, we also highlight integrating IT effectively, as well as provide recommendations to overcome these challenges. By comprehensively understanding the role and potential of IT, it is hoped that we can take appropriate steps to utilize this technology optimally and achieve goals that improve the quality of life of society as a whole.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; 1) Untuk mengetahui Penafsiran Surat Al Qadar dengan Corak Al Adabiy Wal Ijtima’iy; 2) Untuk mengetahui relevansi Penafsiran Surat Al Qadar dengan Corak Al Adabiy Wal Ijtima’iy pada masa kini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang didesain dalam bentuk penelitian kepustakaan atau Library research. Objek penelitian ini adalah Al-Qur’an. Sejalan dengan itu, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode tafsir Maudu'i . Sumber primer adalah Al-qur’an dan sumber-skundernya adalah tulisan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian penulis. Sedangkan teknik analis datanya yang digunakan adalah, Pertama, memilih istilah-istilah kunci (key terms) dari vocabulary Al-Qur’an dalam menjelaskan tentang potensi manusia. Kedua, menentukan makna pokok (basic meaning) dan makna nasabi (relational meaning), Ketiga, menyimpulkan dan menyatukan konsep-konsep itu ke dalam satu konsep umum. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu; 1) Penafsiran Surat Al Qadar dengan Corak Al Adabiy Wal Ijtima’iy adalah Pertama, penetapan. Malam al-Qadr adalah malam penetapan Allah atas perjalanan hidup makhluk selama setahun. Kedua, pengaturan. Yakni pada malam turunnya al-Qur’an, Allah Swt mengatur khittah atau strategi bagi Nabi-Nya Muhammad Saw guna mengajak manusia kepada kebijakan. Ketiga, kemuliaan. Bahwa sesungguhnya Allah telah menurunkan al-Qur’an pada malam yang mulia. Malam tersebut menjadi mulia, karena kemuliaan al-Qur’an. Sebagaimana Nabi Muhammad Saw mendapat kemulian dengan wahyu yang beliau terima. Keempat, sempit. Yakni pada malam turunnya al-Qur’an malaikat begitu banyak yang turun sehingga bumi menjadi penuh sesak bagaikan sempit. 2) Adapun relevansi Penafsiran Surat Al Qadar dengan Corak Al Adabiy Wal Ijtima’iy yaitu dalam bentuk ibadah dan memperbanyak amalan kebaikan seperti, Iktikaf, Perbanyak membaca al-Quran, Menunaikan Shalat malam, Bersedekah, Berdoa, Perbanyak Taubat.
