Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency of West Sulawesi Province. This research was associative in nature by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture with the performance of Civil Servants and explaining the influence of the variables examined using quantitative research methods. The data used were primary and secondary data and the unit of analysis was the civil servants at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. The results of the data analysis had an influence between the variable X on the variable Y From the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, the implementation of Organizational Culture influences the Civil Servants Performance in the Secretariat of DPRD Mamuju Regency. This was evidenced from the results of the calculation of correlation obtained t count that was equal to 7,036 and the level of relationship was high. Then from the results of these calculations it could be seen that the coefficient of determination was 42.5%

Abstract

The digitalization era has brought significant changes in how information is collected, processed, and utilized. One of the key fields in managing this information is data mining. However, many individuals, particularly in educational environments and the general public, still lack a proper understanding of the concepts and practical applications of data mining. This community service activity aims to provide training and basic knowledge about data mining and its benefits in data-driven decision-making. The training targeted teachers and high school students, using a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice with simple data mining tools. The results showed an increased understanding among participants regarding data mining concepts, workflows, and real-world applications, particularly in education and social contexts. This training is expected to serve as an initial step in building strong data literacy within the community to face the challenges of the digital era intelligently and productively.

Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit yang diwajibkan untuk memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129 dan Nomor 128 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit, menyebutkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan resep mempunyai standar pelayanan minimal untuk resep racikan ≤ 60 menit dan resep non racikan ≤ 30 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat racikan dan obat non racikan pasien rawat jalan umum di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggambarkan keadaaan subjek atau objek dalam penelitian serta sifat dan fenomena yang akan di teliti di lapangan dan data yang di hasilkan akan dianalisis secara statistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep untuk jenis resep racikan adalah 87,38 menit dan untuk jenis resep non racikan adalah 26,67 menit. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat racikan belum memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit dikarenakan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu sumber daya manusia, pengalaman kerja atau masa kerja, stok obat dan jumlah item obat. Sedangkan Resep obat non racikan sudah memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan Kemenkes RI No.129 Tahun 2008
