Abstract

Promotion is a strategy used to introduce products or services that are owned in order to increase room revenue in hotels. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali carries out promotional activities by means of advertising, personal selling and sales promotion. However, in reality the cost of the promotional mix and room income do not go hand in hand, so the main point of this research is how the effect of the promotional mix costs on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and the purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of the promotional mix costs in the form of advertising costs, personal costs selling and sales promotion costs to room revenue at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques through classical assumption analysis methods, multiple regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t test indicate that partially the advertising cost variable has a significant effect on room income. Based on the F test, advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs simultaneously have a significant effect on room revenue. Based on the results of the analysis, the variable advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs, the advertising cost variable that has the most dominant influence on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali.

Abstract

Abstract : This research discusses human resource management in improving the function of teaching staff at MTs Negri 1 Mjalengka. The research method used is a qualitative field study method. The research results show that human resource management in improving the function of teaching staff at MTs Negri 1 Majalengka includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Planning is carried out carefully, through deliberations between school leadership and supervisors and educators, organizing is carried out by coordinating the implementation of human resource management in improving the function of teaching staff and an organizational structure that describes the working relationships of all school members, supervision is carried out in two ways, including supervision carried out by external and internal parties. For external supervision, supervision is carried out by inspectors from the education service. When there are deficiencies, supervisors will work together to find solutions. Meanwhile, internal supervision is carried out by the school principal so that various problems are related to human resource management. Abstrak : Penelitian ini membahas mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan fungsi tenaga pendidik di MTs Negri 1 Mjalengka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif studi lapangan. Adapun pada hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan fungsi tenaga pendidik di MTs Negri 1 Majalengka meliputi dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Perencanaan dilakukan secara cermat, melalui musyawarah pempinan sekolah dan pengawas serta pendidik, pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan adanya pengkordinasian dalam melaksanakan manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam meningkatkan fungsi tenaga pendidik dan struktur oeganisasi yang menggambarkan hubungan kerja semua warga sekolah, pengwasan ada dua hal yang dilakukan diantaranya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak eksternal dan internal. Untuk eksternal, pengwasan dilakukan oleh penilik dari dinas pendidikan, ketika ada kekurangan maka pengawas akan bersama-sama untuk mencari solusi. Sedangkan pengawasan secara internal dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sehingga berbagai persoalan terkait dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Innovative learning media in primary education remains limited, affecting students’ comprehension. Cultural diversity is often taught conventionally, making it less interactive. This study develops a QR Code-based Pop-Up Book as a learning tool combining three-dimensional elements and digital technology. The Research and Development (R&D) method was applied using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Experts validated the content, media, and language, while trials were conducted with fifth-grade students at SDN 160/IV Kota Jambi. Results showed high validity scores (91% content, 89% media, 93% language), with 90% practicality and 91.8% attractiveness. The QR Code-based Pop-Up Book effectively enhances students’ understanding and has strong potential for wider use in primary education.
