Abstract

The land in Sutapranan village has a sufficient area and becomes a place of brick making. The former coal-making land can be used for other things such as porang cultivation. Porang as a plant of high economic value is very necessary to be cultivated in Sutapranan Village. Through the assistance of PKK, the land can be used as a place to cultivate porang tubers. This community service activity is done by doing ABCD method starting from data collection with observation and interview. The next step is to socialize the cultivation of porang to PKK and villagers, then the implementation of activities by planting and caring for porang tubers with PKK. The evaluation results carried out by the the community service team namely planting and maintaining porang activities have been carried out well and smoothly. For a month, porang tubers have grown to a height of one meter. To nurture porang, it's not complicated. By cleaning the weeds that grow around the porang is enough. Fertilization that is carried out periodically makes porang grow well. To harvest porang, it takes about a year from planting. The Community service Team also explained how to marketing and selling seeds obtained by harvest. Knowing how to marketing and a definite place of marketing, PKK are increasingly eager to continue the cultivation business for individuals and groups

Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dengan menganalisis kebutuhan materi bahasa inggris guru Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini Al Azhar Brebes, Bunayya Brebes, dan Pelita Bangsa dan hasil dari analisis menujukkan bahwa para guru sangat membutuhkan materi bahasa Inggris untuk mengenalkan bahasa inggris kepada anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat materi Lexical Chunk untuk para guru dalam memperkenalkan bahasa inggris kepada anak usia dini. Lexical Chunk adalah kelompok kata yang ditemukan selalu bersama tetapi tidak menekankan penggunaan grammar. Penelitian ini menggunakan R&D dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil rerata dari kebutuhan materi Lexical Chunk terhadap 30 responden adalah 4,83 (sangat membutuhkan), hasil dari resume latihan terhadapt 30 anak usia dini adalah 4,69 (sangat lancar) dan hasil rerata validasi ahli tentang materi Lexical Chunk adalah 99% materi Lexical Chunk termasuk kategori excellent. Dengan rerata tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa materi lexical Chunk sangat dibutuhkan oleh para guru dan anak usia dini sangat lancar meniru dan mengulang Lexical Chunk. Dengan kata lain, materi Lexical Chunk efektif digunakan untuk para guru dan anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, materi Lexical Chunk dapat digunakan untuk para guru dan anak usia dini di tempat lain.

Abstract

One modern phenomenon known as “phone snubbing”, where a person focuses on their phone rather than interacting with others, negatively impacts communication and social relationships. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative descriptive method, which is employed to describe, reveal, and explain phenomena or issues in the educational environment. Data was collected through observations and in-depth interviews with Islamic Education teachers. Research shows that religious education teachers use religious educational materials to instill moral and ethical values. They also implement extracurricular activities that support social interaction and develop students character. The collaboration between Islamic Education teachers and guidance counselors is very important for monitoring responsible technology use. To reduce phubbing, this research suggests enhancing digital education, parental involvement, and regular assessments.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to describe in depth how PAI teacher competency influences the moral formation of students at MTs Raden Fatah. Through in-depth interviews PAI teachers a, this research revealed that teachers' personality competencies, especially in terms of warmth, empathy and effective communication, create strong emotional bonds between teachers and students. This bond becomes the basis for the process of internalizing religious values and sustainable moral formation. Students tend to imitate the behavior of teachers who they consider to be ideal and exemplary figures. Apart from that, teachers who have good personality competencies are able to create a safe and comfortable learning environment, so that students feel freer to ask questions, collaborate and develop themselves.
