Abstract

Research aims to understand variable influence the price of organic rice, the price of nonorganic rice, chicken egg price, education, income, the number of family members, preference on the organic rice in the city of surakarta and elasticity demand. The basic method used in this research is descriptive and analytical method with survey research technique. The method of determining the location of the research is aimed at Surakarta City. The sampling method used is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression analysis. This research result indicates the price of organic rice , the price of non-organic rice, the price of chicken egg, education, income, the number of family members, and preference together had an influence on the request of organic rice. The factors that influence individual is organic rice price, non-organic rice price, chicken egg  price, and income. The organic rice price elasticity was negative (-0,683) shows that the organic price is inelastic. The income elasticity was positive (0,611) shows that rice organic included in a category of normal good. Non-organic rice price cross elasticity was positive (1,454) means non-organic rice of substitution to organic rice. Chicken egg price cross elasticity was negative (-1,060) means egg of complementary to organic rice.Keywords: Demand, Elasticity, Organic Rice, Regression

Abstract

ABSTRACT Communication technology transformation has been widely used by companies to disseminate information to internal and external parties of the company. Like the use of podcasts as a medium used by companies to build information media. Changes in technology into new media practices are the impact of media convergence. The object of this research is the Witel Cirebon Podcast (POWER). The purpose of this study is to examine the utilization of the Witel Cirebon Podcast (POWER) as a form of transformation of old media into new media which is used to disseminate communication and information about Telkom Indonesia Witel Cirebon, and to find out the planning and management of the Witel Cirebon Podcast as a company information medium. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that in utilizing the Witel Cirebon Podcast (POWER), there is a team that manages the Podcast, namely the social media ranger team to carry out the planning and management of the content of the Witel Cirebon Podcast to build the company's image, reputation and promotional activities through the development of digital information and communication media.   Keywords: Media Convergence, Podcast, Public Relations

Abstract

Tapak dara (Catharanthus roseus), also known as Madagascar periwinkle or Vinca, is a tropical plant native to Madagascar and has been widely distributed throughout the world, including in Indonesia. This review article looks at bioactivities and drug formulations using different parts of the Catharanthus roseus plant. Literature sources and data were collected through Google Scholar and Google Books on the topic of formulations and pharmacological activities of Catharanthus roseus, published from 2014 to 2024. This review describes various studies showing the potential of Catharanthus roseus plants in various bioactivities such as antioxidants, anticancer, analgesic, antihyperglycemic, antibacterial, wound healing, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, antihyperlipidemic, and antidiabetic properties. Besides bioactivity aspects, this review also covers formulations involving Catharanthus roseus, including the development of various products such as extracts, ointments, creams, gels, emulgels, and nano emulsions for medical purposes. In conclusion, this article provides an in-depth insight into the bioactivity of the Catharanthus roseus plant and its potential in drug formulations.
