Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of electronic service quality which consists of efficiency, fulfillment, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, contact, and compensation towards the customer satisfaction on the user of internet banking in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Persero. Customer satisfaction is an urgent matter in banking and is one of the company duty to create that satisfaction out of every single service provided. The sample used in this research are respondents which are customers who use internet banking service from BRI. The data used in this research is primary data collected by conducting online questionnaires to 150 respondents. Analyzing technique used is validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t, F, and the coefficient of determination test. The result shows that simultaneously, electronic service quality which consists of efficiency, fulfillment, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, contact, and compensation do have an impact towards customer satisfaction on the user of internet banking service of BRI. The finding on partial test shows that efficiency, fulfillment, contact and compensation has an impact towards customer satisfaction whereas reliability, privacy, and responsiveness do not.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to provide insight in finding creative ideas in processing household waste, especially into natural fertilizer. Composting household waste using a composter can help municipal waste management efforts in the form of: reducing the amount of waste generation at the source, reducing transportation costs for waste transportation, and extending the life of the landfill. The method used in this community service activity is carried out in 4 stages, namely observation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Compost that comes from household waste in the form of leftover vegetables and or fruit peels, and EM4 fertilizer is added as a catalyst in making compost. Household waste that no longer has economic value will have useful value when it can be reprocessed into something useful, one of which is compost. The compost produced from this activity is dark brown to black in color similar to the color of the soil, does not dissolve in water and does not smell, so it can be concluded that the quality of the compost produced is quite good.

Abstract

Kesehatan anak kambing yang baru lahir sangat bergantung pada asupan kolostrum yang cukup. Di Desa Mertan, Sukoharjo, ketersediaan kolostrum alami sering kali menjadi masalah, menghambat pertumbuhan dan kesehatan anak kambing. Kegiatan program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN)-Tematik Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) yang dilaksanakan oleh kelompok 220 pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2024 di Desa Mertan, Sukoharjo, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peternak dalam memproduksi susu kolostrum pengganti menggunakan bahan-bahan lokal yang terjangkau. Metode pelatihan mencakup teori dasar tentang nutrisi anak kambing, demonstrasi pembuatan susu kolostrum pengganti, serta praktik langsung oleh para peternak. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para peternak dapat memproduksi susu kolostrum pengganti dengan efektif, serta adanya perbaikan dalam kesehatan dan pertumbuhan anak kambing yang mengonsumsinya. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ternak di Desa Mertan dan memperkuat ketahanan pakan bagi anak kambing di masa depan.
