Abstract

UMKM mempunyai kekuatan yang potensial diantaranya adalah memiliki segmen pasar usaha pasar yang unik, melaksanakan manajemen sederhana dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan [asar, memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar dan memanfaatkan limbah, serta memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Kecamatan Cisayong mengenai etika bisnis, oara usaha masih awam dalam berbisnis, meskipun moral itu juga ada di dalam hati nurani masng-masing manusai tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa manusai dapat terjadi bukan etis karena pengaruh lingkungan. Dengan menerapkan etika dalam berbisnis dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode lokakarya. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan etika dalam bisnis yang dilakukannya. Melalui lokakarya kemampuan dan pengetahuan ini mereka akan pentingnya etika dalam berbisnis, dan juga menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan usahanya di masa yang akan datang

Abstract

The moderating effect of subscription length on the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a benchmark for an institution's ability to provide services to the community. Customer satisfaction for drinking water companies is something they strive for. Equal distribution of services is one of the things that can contribute to customer satisfaction. This research aims to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, moderated by length of subscription. The population in this study were customers of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sukapura, Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample size was determined according to the Kjercie and Morgan model. The sample was determined using proportionate random sampling technique where the number of samples for each region was adjusted to the population size. The test results show that there is a close relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Length of subscription cannot moderate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di Desa Kiarajangkung, Kecamatan Sukahening, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya melalui Strategi Branding dan Digital Marketing. Desa Kiarajangkung juga memiliki berbagai produk lokal yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi namun kurang dikenal oleh pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, kami berupaya untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk-produk lokal tersebut secara lebh efektif.Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan utama, antara lain: analsis potensi produk, pelatihan branding bagi para pelaku usaha lokal, serta penerapan strategi pemasaran digital. Pelatihan branding mencakup pembuatan logo, kemasan, dan cerita produk yang menarik. Sementara itu, strategi pemasaran digital meliputi pengelolaan media sosial, dan kampanye pemasaran online.Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku usaha lokal dalam bidang branding dan pemasaran digital, peningkatan daya tarik produk lokal di pasar, serta peningkatan penjualan produk. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kiarajangkung.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance business communication skills and Curriculum Vitae (CV) writing for vocational high school (SMK) students as part of their preparation for entering the workforce. In the professional world, the ability to communicate effectively and craft an attractive CV are two crucial aspects that can support career success.The program is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of business communication concepts, including the use of polite, effective, and professional language in formal situations. In addition, students receive practical training to create CVs that meet industry standards, highlighting their skills, experiences, and personalities in an appealing and relevant manner.Through a series of activities such as workshops, hands-on training, job interview simulations, and interactive discussions, students will be encouraged to sharpen their communication skills, prepare professional work documents, and boost their confidence when facing the job selection process. This initiative is expected to have a positive impact by better preparing SMK students to face the challenges of a competitive job market.The outcomes of this program include the creation of a professional CV for each participant, increased understanding of business communication, and improved mental and technical readiness for entering the workforce. Thus, this activity can make a significant contribution to supporting the success of SMK students in adapting to the professional world.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between leadership and lecturer self-efficacy and its impact on the performance of the tri dharma of higher education. In order for the research to achieve its objectives, researchers used qualitative research methods with a documentation study approach. The results of the study conclude that there is a strong and reciprocal relationship between leadership and lecturer self-efficacy. Leaders who are able to build good communication channels, in formal and informal spaces, will create positive leverage for the performance of lecturers in fulfilling the tri dharma obligations of higher education. Abstract

Abstrak: Kemiskinan merupakan masalah fundamental yang bersifat multidimensional, sehingga dampaknya dapat mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan bangsa dan negara. Islam sebagai rahmatan lil ‘alamin menawarkan solusi bagi penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui instrumen zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akurasi distribusi dana zakat melalui reinterpretasi dan konstektualisasi konsep kemiskinan sebagai acuan penentuan objek sasaran zakat dan jenis layanan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fakir dan miskin memiliki makna terminologi yang berbeda, sehingga berimplikasi pada perbedaan jenis layanan/program zakat yang disalurkan. Abstract: Poverty is a fundamental problem which has multidimensional properties, so that its impact can affect all aspects of nation and state life. Islam as rahmatan lil 'alamin offers a solution for poverty alleviation through zakat instruments. This study aims to analyze the accuracy of the distribution of zakat funds through the reinterpretation and contextualization concept of poverty as a reference for the determination of zakat target objects and types of services provided. The research method used is a qualitative type with a library research approach. The results showed that faqir and the poor have different terminological meanings, so that it has implications for the different types of zakat services/ programs channeled.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the sources, impacts, and ways to overcome paranoid organizations by using a qualitative approach in the method of analysis and reviewing the literature on the research design. Through the elaboration process carried out in the context of the study, the results of the study reveal that there are 5 (five) types of pathological organizations, namely dramatic organizations, suspicious organizations, compulsive organizations, detached organizations, and depressive organizations. The main sources of paranoid organizations are restructuring, leadership styles, and identity politics. If not taken seriously, the paranoid organizational conditions will lead to widespread and deep-rooted conflicts and have implications for social-management disintegration. This will contribute to management dysfunction and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Massive, structured, and systematic efforts are needed to prevent and overcome the negative consequences of paranoid organizational conditions. This study recommends several variables that must be considered and implemented by management, namely conflict management, internalization of social values, and the application of the right leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the implementation and role of digital technology in collecting zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU Tasikmalaya City. The research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. the data sources used were primary and secondary data, the data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. The results of thisstudy indicate that: the form of implementation of the digitalization of collecting zakat, infaq and alms funds is digital payment and digital socialization by utilizing social media. Digitalization in the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds plays a role because it makes it easier for LAZISMU and muzakki to save time and money. And also makes the collection of zakat funds more transparent, massive, effective and efficient. However, the role of digitalization has not been maximized due to the lack of human resources and the lack of promotion in the form of advertisements so that public knowledge of this digital system is very minimal and people are not yet literate in digital technology.
