Abstract

At this time the computer has many applications that can help work and can increase creativity. Corel Draw is one of the graphic design software used in designing logos, posters, banners, invitations, and advertisements. This training aims to provide insight and knowledge, as well as new skills to students so that students can improve their abilities in the computer field, especially in graphic design and students are able to express their creative ideas in the form of graphic design in the form of posters. Graphic design training was held at SMK Tarbiyatul Aulad. SMK Tarbiyatul Aulad is a Vocational High School with accreditation A, registered with SK number: 08/YAY-TA/I/2012, NPSN number 69758144, located at Kp. Ngamplang Cibodas Village Cikajang District Garut Regency, West Java Province. SMK Tarbiyatul Aulad is under the auspices of Tarbiyatul Aulad Cikajang Foundation. The training activities were attended by 22 students of SMK Tarbiyatul Aulad. The graphic design training provided was in the form of poster making training. After the training, the students can make posters using Corel Draw software.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe training management applied to graphic design training in LP3-BPM Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a natural picture of the symptoms and conditions that occur. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained from 4 informants as well as institutional administrative data. The result of this study is that graphic design training management at LP3-BPM Tasikmalaya City is carried out with the Training Needs Analysis (AKP) stage, determining training objectives, curriculum development, training planning, training implementation and training evaluation

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai kekuatan yang potensial diantaranya adalah memiliki segmen pasar usaha pasar yang unik, melaksanakan manajemen sederhana dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan [asar, memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar dan memanfaatkan limbah, serta memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Kecamatan Cisayong mengenai etika bisnis, oara usaha masih awam dalam berbisnis, meskipun moral itu juga ada di dalam hati nurani masng-masing manusai tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa manusai dapat terjadi bukan etis karena pengaruh lingkungan. Dengan menerapkan etika dalam berbisnis dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode lokakarya. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan etika dalam bisnis yang dilakukannya. Melalui lokakarya kemampuan dan pengetahuan ini mereka akan pentingnya etika dalam berbisnis, dan juga menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan usahanya di masa yang akan datang

Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui peran pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan ekonomi UMKM di Desa Kiarajangkung, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pelaku UMKM memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran digital dengan meningkatkan tampilan design interface yang akan berdampak pada penjualan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan UMKM dibawah binaan Desa Kiarajangkung dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dasar desain melalui aplikasi Canva untuk membuat konten pemasaran yang kreatif. Pengabdian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan teknologi modern ke dalam bisnis tradisional untuk mengatasi tantangan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas melalui peningkatan kreativitas pemasaran digital. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat membuat design melalui aplikasi Canva untuk konten pemasaran digital bagi produk atau jasa yang dipasarkan oleh UMKM di media digital. Keyword: Pemasaran Digital, UMKM, Canva  AbstractThe contribution of digital marketing to the enhancement of the UMKM economy in Tasikmalaya District's Kiarajangkung Village demonstrates committed to the community. By enhancing the way that design interfaces that may affect sales are shown, UMKM operators can improve their digital marketing campaigns with the Canva application. As part of its community service project, UMKM is constructing Kiarajangkung Village and has arranged for basic design instruction using the Canva software to produce original marketing content. This commitment emphasizes how crucial it is to use new and old technologies to solve economic issues and improve community well-being via more inventive digital marketing. Abstract

Big Data Analytics (BDA) is increasingly helping Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) improve resilience, efficiency, and decision-making. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) explores the adoption of BDA in SMEs, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and key trends. Using the PRISMA framework, a structured search in Scopus identified 60 studies, with 42 meeting the inclusion criteria (2015–2025). The findings show that BDA supports SMEs in crisis management, supply chain optimization, and customer analytics, contributing to long-term business sustainability. However, several barriers limit its adoption, including high costs, technical complexity, and data security concerns. To understand its impact, this study applies Resource-Based View (RBV), Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE), and Dynamic Capabilities View (DCV) frameworks. To address adoption challenges, government support through financial incentives, improved digital infrastructure, and specialized training programs is recommended. SMEs should focus on cloud-based analytics, strategic collaborations, and building a data-driven culture to maximize BDA benefits. Although BDA has great potential, its adoption among SMEs remains uneven. Future research should explore its combination with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance competitiveness and drive innovation in a fast-changing business environment

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance business communication skills and Curriculum Vitae (CV) writing for vocational high school (SMK) students as part of their preparation for entering the workforce. In the professional world, the ability to communicate effectively and craft an attractive CV are two crucial aspects that can support career success.The program is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of business communication concepts, including the use of polite, effective, and professional language in formal situations. In addition, students receive practical training to create CVs that meet industry standards, highlighting their skills, experiences, and personalities in an appealing and relevant manner.Through a series of activities such as workshops, hands-on training, job interview simulations, and interactive discussions, students will be encouraged to sharpen their communication skills, prepare professional work documents, and boost their confidence when facing the job selection process. This initiative is expected to have a positive impact by better preparing SMK students to face the challenges of a competitive job market.The outcomes of this program include the creation of a professional CV for each participant, increased understanding of business communication, and improved mental and technical readiness for entering the workforce. Thus, this activity can make a significant contribution to supporting the success of SMK students in adapting to the professional world.

Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study aims to determine the influence between experiential marketing variables and customer engagement through brand loyalty, as well as to determine the factors that influence customer experience in restaurants, such as service, atmosphere, and the quality of products offered. Background of the Problem: In this modern era, companies are required to continue to innovate in increasing customer engagement with brands that prioritize direct customer experience with brands to create emotional attachment. Novelty: Analyzing popular Sundanese products in Tasikmalaya Regency by looking at customer experience. Research Method: Using a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to restaurant customers who had visited more than once and path analysis techniques using the SmartPLS application program. Findings/Results: That experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, both directly and indirectly through brand loyalty. Conclusion: Developing a richer customer experience strategy in strengthening promotional activities that involve customer emotions and senses.
