Abstract

The internship process at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia which is carried out through MBKM activities can create flexible learning in higher education. Internship program activities can also build an innovative learning culture and provide the knowledge and skills needed by students in facing the competitive world of work in accordance with the times, technological advances, and societal dynamics. The internship program activities carried out at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia's Accounting Specialist division are focused on carrying out activities to understand Hashmicro's ERP modules related to accounting and financial reports, handling client issues, conducting meetings with clients related to discussing issues, analyzing the implementation of transactions related to accounting on Hashmicro ERP Software, making work reports in PDF document form on accounting transaction work practices, and presenting work results to mentors on accounting transaction work practices. Internship program activities produce several things such as knowledge, attitudes, general skills, and special skills. Knowledge of software such as functions, usability, and how to operate menus and submenus. Attitudes acquired regarding how to serve and deal with clients properly and correctly. General skills in terms of being able to work with teams, being able to think critically, and solving problems quickly and precisely. As well as special skills obtained such as being able to understand client accounting transactions and provide the desired output from the client from the Hashmicro ERP software.

Abstract

The objective of the MBKM program is to increase the competency value of graduates, both in soft skills and hard skills, to obtain the means to implement the knowledge gained from lectures into a real work environment, and to increase knowledge about the scope and work culture of companies, especially companies in the Food and Beverage sector. MBKM participants in the Account Receivable subdivision are given a number of tasks that are repeated daily and weekly, including recapitulating voucher payments from all stores and billing to PT. Sodexo Motivation Solutions Indonesia, makes journal data and imports the data into SAP, makes account data from FEM domino's and reconciles payments for e-wallets, makes Invoices and Reimbursement according to requests, and makes journalism for CIMB NIAGA Bank in SAP. The conclusion of the MBKM program activities is that the activities run quite effectively and efficiently, participants get the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience from routine and non-routine activities as well as from innovation projects that have been completed. Innovation projects that have been made by participants with approval from superiors, these innovation projects will later be continued by the next participant. In addition, MBKM participants also gain knowledge regarding journals related to accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, invoices, expertise in SAP operations and other soft skills that are very useful for the participants' future careers.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence audit report lag. The independent variables in this study are the characteristics of the audit committee, financial conditions, complexity of corporate accounting, auditor reputation, audit tenure, audit opinion, and independent commissioners. This study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2021. The number of samples that were successfully obtained using the purposive sampling method were 131 companies with a total of 393 data. The results of the study show that the characteristics of the audit committee, financial conditions, and independent commissioners have an effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, the complexity of corporate accounting, auditor reputation, audit tenure, and audit opinion have no effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to build the character and potential of early childhood to have a spirit of leadership in the future. This program was initiated as a response to the need to equip children with the basics of leadership, moral integrity, and socio-emotional skills to face real-world challenges. The methods used include a participatory approach with a series of interactive activities designed to introduce basic leadership concepts such as responsibility, courage, and simple decision-making. The results of this activity have shown a notable positive influence on the character development of young children and serves as a foundation for cultivating leadership skills within the school setting. It is anticipated that the program will yield sustained benefits for the character growth of students at SD Petra Alpha School Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a government program to improve student’s leadership skills, innovation, capacity, personality, and independence. In this era of globalization, competition becomes more challenging especially in the workplace. Therefore, students need to prepare themselves by participating this MBKM program. This MBKM program was held at PT Vidio Dot Com, a broadcasting company and number one OTT in Indonesia, as a business analyst. The primary work and responsibility a business analyst is improvement project. This project is used to improve current business process held and build neat documentation in all divisions at PT Vidio Dot Com. All MBKM activities are effective and efficient to be conducted. Students can to learn, apply, and obtain several achievements in attitude, knowledge, general skills and special skills. This MBKM program is very feasible to run by the government which students can maximize the time given to increase their abilities and achieve the goal set by the company. Even though there are several limitations and need to be improved, this program also contribute to company and society.

Abstract

Independent study LearnMAPWay Certified Independent Study Program is an off-campus learning program organized by the Kampus Merdeka, which aims to provide knowledge related to the retail business world represented by PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk as the company that provides the education. The material to be delivered is related to operations, visual merchandising, and merchandising. This independent study program aims to provide students with knowledge about the world of retail business so that students can become entrepreneurs after completing their studies.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) provides opportunities for students to gain wider learning experiences and new competencies. The agency where I participated in this internship is PT Karya Hasta Dinamika which focuses on e-commerce for health and fitness products. The responsibility that I have at PT Karya Hasta Dinamika is related to Account Receivable. In addition, I also completed/worked on several cases and projects given by the mentor in the form of making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), KHD Reports, and Auto Validation Mocha. This report is intended to motivate readers to take part in this internship program in order to increase their knowledge and experience in the world of work. The limitations of this report are the limitations in the attachments provided because of the company's secrets, which must be maintained.
