Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of age, education, gender on the interest in drinking non-alcoholic wine flavoured Aren Coffee at Jabu Hela Coffee Shop Medan, both together and individually. A quantitative approach was used in compiling this research. Data analysis was arranged with multiple linear analysis. The research shows the results partially from the influence of age, education, gender, influence the interest in drinking nonalcoholic wine flavoured palm coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan. Simultaneously there is an influence of age, education, gender on the interest in drinking nonalcoholic wine-flavoured palm coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan. The value of determination in the coefficient obtained is 0.371 which means that Age, Education, Gender on Interest in Drinking Nonalcoholic Wine Flavoured Aren Coffee at Coffee Shop Jabu Hela Medan is 37.1% and the remaining 62.9% is explained by other variables that are not analysed outside of this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi kegiatan UMKM Tepi Laut Tanjungpinang sebagai strategi dalam mendorong dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di Kelurahan Tanjungpinang Kota, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan meliputi metode Purposive Sampling dan Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang diterapkan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Tepi Laut berperan signifikan dalam perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat, yang menunjukkan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan kehidupan ekonomi lokal dan pendapatan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a government program to improve student’s leadership skills, innovation, capacity, personality, and independence. In this era of globalization, competition becomes more challenging especially in the workplace. Therefore, students need to prepare themselves by participating this MBKM program. This MBKM program was held at PT Vidio Dot Com, a broadcasting company and number one OTT in Indonesia, as a business analyst. The primary work and responsibility a business analyst is improvement project. This project is used to improve current business process held and build neat documentation in all divisions at PT Vidio Dot Com. All MBKM activities are effective and efficient to be conducted. Students can to learn, apply, and obtain several achievements in attitude, knowledge, general skills and special skills. This MBKM program is very feasible to run by the government which students can maximize the time given to increase their abilities and achieve the goal set by the company. Even though there are several limitations and need to be improved, this program also contribute to company and society.

Abstract

Background: Breastfeeding, a crucial foundation for infant health, provides essential protective nutrition and a complex array of immune-protective factors. Breastfeeding as a natural, protective, and ethical practice is very important to support the health of infants and, by extension, the health of future generations. Objectives: The author emphasizes the biological components of breast milk as physiological protection for infant immunity and highlights the importance of breastfeeding promotion and protection within ideological and cultural contexts. Methods: A comprehensive literature review was performed using online database from Google Scholar to explore the immunological foundation of breastfeeding from original research articles published in recent 5 years. Discussions: Maternal health and maternal immunity are transferred to the infant through breast milk, providing a temporary but significant shield against pathogens. Ethical and philosophical dimensions of breastfeeding as an intrinsic maternal practice that extends beyond nutrition to embody intergenerational health protection. Conclusions: The role of breastfeeding as a natural, protective, and ethical practice is very important to support the health of infants and, by extension, the health of future generations. Philosophically and theoretically grounded strategies are effective in enhancing exclusive breastfeeding rates, particularly in treatments focused on breastfeeding education, empowerment, and counselling. Assistance in the initial days and weeks following delivery is crucial, as this timeframe is critical for the effective establishment of lactation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of independence, motivation, and personality on the career development of Generation Z employees at PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi. This study used a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 67 Gen Z employees using a questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression indicate that independence, motivation, and personality, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on career development at PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi.

Abstract

Bunga sedap malam adalah salah satu florikultura yang memiliki aroma harum mengagumkan sehingga disukai oleh masyarakat. Namun, bunga sedap malam (Polianthes tuberosa L.) mudah mengalami kerusakan, sehingga membutuhkan penanganan pascapanen yang baik untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Studi kasus ini dilakukan secara komparatif terkait penanganan pascapanen bunga sedap malam (Polianthes tuberosa L.) di Indonesia dan Turki. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dan wawancara terhadap responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan pengalaman, peran, dan keterlibatan langsung dalam kegiatan pascapanen dengan jumlah responden sebanyak empat orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan penanganan pascapanen bunga sedap malam di Indonesia dan negara Turki dalam aspek pemanenan, pengemasan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi.
