Abstract

AbstractEthics in Islamic business cannot be separated, because without it there will be confusion in determining the truth in doing business and there will be many crimes in business, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the application of business ethics in the pesantren business unit. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive with a case study of the Sahid Bogor modern Islamic boarding school and also the Ummul Qura al-Islami Islamic boarding school in Bogor. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding school is able to apply business ethics through Islamic boarding school business unit as a place for Islamic teaching values and values as well as the principles of business ethics as materials that can be taught to teacher, student and the community around Islamic boarding school.Key words: Islamic business ethics, business units, Islamic boarding school AbstrakEtika dalam bisnis Islam tidak dapat terpisahkan, karena tanpanya akan menjadikan kerancuan dalam menentukan kebenaran dalam berbisnis serta akan terjadi banyak kejahatan dalam bisnis. Dengan begitu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis pada unit usaha pesantren. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan berupa kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pondok pesantren modern Sahid Bogor dan juga pondok pesantren Ummul Qura al-Islami Bogor. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren mampu menerapkan etika bisnis melalui unit usaha pesantren sebagai wadah dan nilai ajaran Islam serta prinsip etika bisnis sebagai bahan yang dapat diajarkan kepada asatidz dan santri serta masyarakat sekitar pesantren.Kata kunci: Etika bisnis Islam, Unit usaha, Pesantren

Abstract

Perbankan syariah menjadi salah satu lembaga keuangan yang bergerak dengan prinsip syariah, serta memiliki peran sebagai lembaga mediasi dengan masyarakat dan negara. Penilaian kinerja dapat dinilai dengan melihat aspek laporan keuangan yang diketahui dari rationya. Untuk melihat keuangan perusahaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari tiga rasio keuangan yaitu rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas dan solvabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs terhadap profitabilitas melalui harga emas sebagai variabel intervening pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2020. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan triwulan bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di OJK periode tahun 2017-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial, Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga emas. Kurs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga emas. Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Kurs tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Harga emas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Pengaruh secara tidak langsung, Inflasi tidak terhadap profitabilitas melalui harga emas. Kurs tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas melalui harga emas.

Abstract

This community service program aims to assist Pesantren Darul Istiqomah Kepohbaru in developing an eco-friendly curriculum based on ecotheology as an effort to support sustainable education. Islamic boarding schools have significant potential through their spiritual values, mutual cooperation culture, and environmental assets that can be integrated into ecological learning. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which includes the stages of inculturation, discovery, design, define, and reflection involving caregivers, teachers, and senior students. The activities were conducted through intensive workshops that provided participants with an understanding of ecotheology concepts and the preparation of environmentally friendly lesson plans. The results show an increase in ecological awareness among the pesantren community and the development of a draft ecotheology-based curriculum that integrates environmental values into learning and students’ daily activities. This program demonstrates that the ABCD approach is effective in optimizing local assets and strengthening an environmentally conscious pesantren culture oriented toward sustainable education aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study examines students’ memory ability through the use of prompt-based artificial intelligence (AI) in learning. The background of this research is the increasing utilization of AI by students to complete academic tasks, which may reduce their attention to teachers’ explanations and lead to superficial learning processes. The main problem identified is the declining interest of students in independently training their memory skills, resulting in suboptimal long-term cognitive development. Therefore, this study aims to identify implementation strategies of AI in learning and to analyze the effect of prompt-based AI usage on students’ memory ability. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 72 students selected from a population of 319 students at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungadem through probability random sampling. Data were collected through observation, pre-test and post-test instruments, documentation, and Likert-scale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using a paired sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that prompt-based AI media significantly improved students’ memory ability in sociology learning for classes XI-7 and XI-8. The mean pre-test score increased from 59.56 to 69.42 in the post-test, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. The novelty of this study lies in highlighting the role of prompt-based AI not only as a learning support tool but also as a medium to enhance concentration, strengthen memory retention, and promote students’ learning independence. Thus, AI can be utilized as a balanced learning medium that integrates technology, cognitive function, and social interaction.
