Abstract

Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan Hutang, Profitabilitas dan Rasio Aktivitas dapat mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan secara parsial. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan instrumen penelitian yang menjadi objek pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia menggunakan variabel terikat atau dependent yaitu Nilai Perusahaan : Price Book Value (Y). variabel bebas atau independent yaitu Kebijakan Hutang : Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio  (X1), Profitabilitas : Net Profit Margin dan Gross Profit Margin (X2), Rasio Aktivitas : Total Asset Turnover dan Inventory Turnover (X3). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 30 perusahaan ritel. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Perusahaan ritel yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling berjumlah 17 perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu : Debt to Asset Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Gross Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Inventory Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work life quality, job satisfaction, and psychological empowerment on performance, with organizational commitment as a mediator. The research uses quantitative methods, including questionnaires distributed to 61 employees at Lippo Karawaci and Lippo Plaza Batu. The data collected will be analyzed using Smart PLS and tests like outer and inner models. The study aims to determine the positive influence of these factors on performance, with organizational commitment as the main variable. The study uses both primary and secondary data sources, with a total of 61 respondents. The results are expected to show a positive influence of these factors on performance, with psychological empowerment acting as a mediator. The study emphasizes the importance of organizational commitment in influencing these factors.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership and organizational commitment on civil servant performance, with work discipline as a mediating variable, at the Livestock and Animal Health Service of Malang Regency. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 104 respondents selected via the Slovin formula. Analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. Findings reveal that leadership and commitment significantly influence work discipline, which in turn positively affects performance. Moreover, work discipline mediates the relationship between leadership, commitment, and performance. The study concludes that enhancing civil servant performance requires strengthening leadership, fostering organizational commitment, and enforcing discipline as a strategic lever.
