Abstract

The management paradigm of a leader is something that cannot be negotiable in supporting the achievement of the goals of Islamic educational institutions, especially for madrasah aliyah. Here the challenge as well as the opportunity for the leader of Islamic educational institutions to be able to realize the expectations of parents and society through a management paradigm that is able to build social piety (hablumminannas), not just individual/religious piety (hablumminallah). This study aims to determine the paradigm of leader management in the construction of social piety. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach, by using descriptive analysis method. Data collection is done by using participative observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The form of data are the words, notes, reports and documents obtained from the head of the madrasah, deputy head, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of data is done by extending the presence of researcher, continuous and careful observation, and triangulation techniques using various sources, methods and theories. Based on the analysis of research data obtained conclusion: 1). The paradigm of leader planning in the construction of social piety in MA Shofa Marwa is not in accordance with banghart and trull. 2). The paradigm of the leader's implementation in the construction of social piety in accordance with the statement Anton Athoillah. 3). The leader's evaluation paradigm in the construction of social piety in the MA ShofaMarwa has a finding that does not comply with Kirkpatrick.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendah kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang merupakan hasil dari pembelajaran ekspositori yang tidak mempertimbangkan kecerdasan majemuk. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis serta melihat Interaksi antara KAM dan faktor pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu, subjek penelitian adalah kelas VIII SMP Budistrya Medan dan sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Kelas pertama disebut kelas eksperimen dengan diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis multiple intelligence dan kelas kedua disebut kelas kontrol dengan diberikan pembelajaran biasa atau pembelajaran ekspositori. Untuk mengukur kemampuan representasi matematis siswa digunakan instrumen yang sudah divalidasi oleh ahli dan telah diujicoba, dengan tingkat reliabelitas soal (0,946) untuk KAM dan (0,917) untuk tes kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji anava dua jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikesimpulan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis multiple intelligence lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran biasa dan Tidak terdapat interaksi antara KAM dan model pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi BMT EL-RAUSHAN. Pengumpulan  data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel probability sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi, determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dan secara parsial.Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 33,1%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial  diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,963 > 1,984), sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi BMT EL-RAUSHAN. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,2%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,294 > 1,984) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi BMT EL-RAUSHAN. Uji hipotesis simultan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (45,122 > 2,700), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi BMT EL-RAUSHAN. Kata Kunci : Kemepimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas masalah hubungan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Riset ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan jenis data times series dengan skala ratio. Data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dan data rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2012?2018 diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam bentuk data bulanan. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson. Analisis temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat, dan arah hubungan yang searah (positif) antara jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Terdapat kecenderungan jika jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara naik maka rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel juga naik, begitu pula sebaliknya.  Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang relevan selain jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara, seperti jumlah kunjungan wisatawan nusantara dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia, daya tarik wisata, aksesibilitas tempat wisata, serta keamanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan dalam pengembangan usaha di bidang perhotelan sebagai upaya untuk menaikkan rata-rata tingkat penghunian kamar hotel.

Abstract

With the increasing public demand for the quality of health services, the service function needs to be improved for providing patient satisfaction. Based on the results of 2015 data from health services focused on wound nursing services in Bogor Indonesia there are 148 patients there are 148 diabetic ulcer patients. At Takhir Clinic in 2020, 227 patients were injured with a diagnosis of Diabetic Ulcer. The quality of service consisting of many people can be mutually uniformed and improved by applying Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) that are prepared with applicable provisions. This study aims to find out the relationship of the application of wound care SOP with the level of patient satisfaction of Diabetukum. This research is a type of quantitative research, using a cross sectional study design with a sample number of 64 respondents determined by accidental sampling techniques by conducting interviews using questionnaires. This research was conducted. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between compliance with the application of wound care SOPs with the satisfaction of Diabetukum Ulcer patients with p-Value less than 0.001. Finally, it is expected that Takhir Lampung Timur Clinic can continue to maintain and improve the quality of services through the identification of factors that affect compliance in the application of wound care SOPs.

Abstract

Demands for health service providers in facing the free market era, including the improvement of hospital health services towards world-class hospital services. The problem of the effectiveness of customer complaints services can be seen from the number of people who use the media that has been provided to convey criticism and complaints about the services provided by hospital management. The importance of research aims to determine and analyze the achievement of the implementation of customer complaint handling services. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The study was conducted at Hospital of dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The informants consisted of management elements and customer determined using a purposive sampling technique. The focus of the study in this research includes the achievement of customer complaint services which include the achievement of objectives, integration of complaint handling and the adaptation of the complaint service unit to complaints submitted. Data analysis was performed using the descriptive interactive model analysis method. The results showed that the achievement of customer complaint services at the Hospital of dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga has not been effective. Empirically the function and role of the complaint service that is the main task has been carried out, but has not been fully implemented effectively. Follow-up on complaints submitted by the community has not completely met the expectations of the community, especially concerning the timeliness and accuracy of the actions taken to resolve the problem, as well as completeness

Abstract

Efforts to treat Low Birth Weight (LBW) babies to increase body weight while in hospital is by providing direct breast milk; however, there is a weakness in suction power in LBW babies. Oral stimulation is necessary to increase the suction reflex to overcome this. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of oral stimulation on the sucking reflex in LBW babies. This was a pre-experimental study and One Group Pre-Test – Post-Test design without a control group. The population was LBW babies in the Perinatology Room at dr. Abdul Rivai Hospital has 30 babies, based on the Roscoe formula, and has a sample of 20 people. Data analysis used the Friedman test. Characteristics of respondents: mostly gestational age 28-36 weeks (60%), female gender (60%), baby weight between 1,500-2,499 grams (55%), mother's age > 35 years (50%), mother's education graduated from high school (47.1%), parity of multiparous mothers (60%) and mother's occupation as housewife (60%). The sucking reflex in LBW babies before being given oral stimulation was completely lacking by 20 respondents (100%). The sucking reflex in LBW babies after being given oral stimulation was perfect for 20 respondents (100%). Oral stimulation was influential on the sucking reflex in LBW babies (p-value = 0.000 < ?: 0.05). This indicates that oral stimulation is effective on the sucking reflex in LBW babies. Hospitals are expected to make oral stimulation of Standard Operational Procedure for routine activities carried out by nurses and physiotherapists to improve the sucking reflex in LBW and LBW babies.

Abstract

Abstract: Employee performance has always been a major challenge in the management of organizations such as hospitals. Measuring the performance of hospital employees, especially nurses, is a very interesting topic considering that nurses are the largest workforce, which is around 50-60% of all health workers in the hospital. Research on job satisfaction in nurses related to performance is still important to do, to encourage overall hospital performance. Purpose: aim this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance. Method: This study used a correlational descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The population of this research is practicing nurses with total sampling technique. Data was collected using the Index Work Satisfaction (IWS) questionnaire and the Six Dimensional Scale of Nursing Performance. Statistical analysis using the Chi Square test. Results: 60.6% of nurses are satisfied with their work, while 53.5% of nurses still have poor performance. This study has revealed a significant relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of nurses in the surgical treatment room (p-value 0.002; α: 0.005) with OR showing 6.188 meaning that nurses who are dissatisfied with their work have the opportunity to perform less well 6.2 times, when compared with nurses who are satisfied in their jobs. These results can be used by hospital nursing managers that in order to improve nurse performance they must consider the job satisfaction of their nurses.

Abstract

This research aims to describe efforts to improve students' ability to understand heat transfer in fifth grade science lessons at SD IT Uswatun Hasanah, Banjar City. To achieve this goal, Classroom Action Research will be carried out on 21 students using the singing method. There are 2 cycles in this research. Each cycle goes through four stages, consisting of (1) planning, (2) implementing learning improvements, (3) data collection, and (4) reflection. Data were collected using a learning outcomes test in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 10 questions. Based on the research stages, the results showed that in cycle 1 only 43% had completed the KKM score of 75. And this increased to 100% in cycle 2. Therefore, the use of the singing method had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes in the heat transfer science subject. The material presented becomes easier for students to accept and students feel happy so that students are actively involved and also motivated in class so that learning objectives are achieved well.

Abstract

Informed consent is the process by which a person understands relevant information about a medical procedure or procedure. This research is in the form of designing a medical record formular based on the principle of informed consent that facilitates health services. This type of research is A qualitative descriptive study that analyzes the design of forms from anatomical, physical and substantive aspects of informed consent forms. The medical procedure consent form is a form that must be owned by every health care facility that regulates the agreement between the patient/patient's family and the doctor or health worker. RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo has implemented a good design in the approval of medical procedures but there are several things that must be redesigned including the preliminary section and the approval and closing section. Recommendations for Jimmy Medika Borneo Hospital to evaluate through management review meetings including evaluating services and medical support documents so that service procedures are in accordance with the policies that have been regulated.
