Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of using Google Forms to assess Education Unit Exams, as well as student and teacher reactions to its use. This study employs a descriptive approach. Observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation were used to collect data for this study. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion were all used in data analysis techniques. Students in class XII SMA Azharyah Palembang in the academic year 2020/2021 were the subjects of this research. According to the findings of this report, the use of Google Forms as a tool for evaluating the Education Unit Examination begins with the planning stages, the development of questions, the administration of exams, and the compilation of exam results. According to student responses, most students prefer using Google forms to evaluate educational unit exams because it saves time and allows exams to be completed anywhere. The use of Google Forms to enforce the Education Unit Examination will save the school money on operating costs including paper and office supplies, as well as make it easier to correct student answers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze: (1) the impact of clinical supervision on teacher performance; (2) the impact of principal leadership on teacher performance; and (3) the impact of clinical supervision and principal leadership combined on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study utilizing an ex post facto technique. This study was carried out at SMA Sub Rayon 18 Palembang, with a population of 265 teachers, and 159 persons were chosen at random as samples. Questionnaires are used to collect data. The validity test employs construction and content validity, and the reliability test use Cronbach's Alpha. The normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and hesteroscedasticity tests were used to examine the test criteria, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression approaches. The findings revealed that clinical supervision and principal leadership had a good and substantial influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap cara umat Islam berinteraksi dengan Al-Qur’an. Al-Qur’an kini tidak hanya dipahami sebagai kitab suci, tetapi juga sebagai objek digital yang dapat dikonsumsi, dibagikan, dan dikomersialisasikan dalam berbagai bentuk seperti aplikasi, mushaf digital, video tafsir, dan konten media sosial. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk-bentuk komodifikasi Al-Qur’an di dunia digital dan bagaimana etika Islam memandang fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik komodifikasi Al-Qur’an dalam konteks digital, mengidentifikasi variasi bentuknya, serta mengevaluasi praktik tersebut berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan normatif-teologis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi terhadap konten digital, serta analisis terhadap aplikasi dan media sosial keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi Al-Qur’an membawa manfaat berupa kemudahan akses dan perluasan dakwah. Namun, ketika proses komodifikasi ini didorong oleh motif komersial semata tanpa memperhatikan nilai-nilai sakral wahyu, muncul risiko degradasi makna dan kesucian Al-Qur’an. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menyatakan bahwa komodifikasi Al-Qur’an digital diperbolehkan secara etis selama tetap menjaga niat dakwah, memperhatikan keadilan akses, serta menjunjung tinggi adab terhadap wahyu. Sebaliknya, praktik yang mengabaikan nilai-nilai etis Islam dapat mengarah pada eksploitasi religius yang bertentangan dengan semangat Al-Qur’an sebagai petunjuk hidup umat. Kata kunci: Komodifikasi; Al-Qur’an Digital; Etika Islam; Dakwah; Media Sosial. ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has significantly impacted how Muslims interact with the Qur'an. The Qur'an is no longer understood solely as a sacred scripture, but also as a digital object that can be consumed, shared, and commercialized in various forms such as mobile applications, digital mushafs, tafsir videos, and social media content. The central issues addressed in this study are: what are the forms of commodification of the Qur’an in the digital realm, and how does Islamic ethics view this phenomenon? This research aims to analyze the practice of Qur’anic commodification in digital contexts, identify its various forms, and evaluate these practices based on Islamic ethical principles. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach combined with a normative-theological analysis. Data were collected through literature review, observation of digital content, and analysis of Islamic applications and social media platforms. The findings show that the digitization of the Qur'an provides benefits such as easier access and the expansion of religious outreach (da'wah). However, when the commodification process is driven purely by commercial motives without regard to the sacred values of revelation, it risks degrading the meaning and sanctity of the Qur'an. The conclusion of this study asserts that the digital commodification of the Qur’an is ethically permissible as long as it upholds the intention of da'wah, ensures fair access, and respects the proper etiquette toward revelation. Conversely, practices that ignore Islamic ethical values may lead to religious exploitation contrary to the Qur'an’s spirit as a guide for humanity.
