Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Think Talk Write Learning Model in the subject of social studies of grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Ngestiboga II. This type of research is quantitative research and the research method used is a quasi-experiment using a pre-test and post-test research design. Using essay questions totaling 15 questions, the sample of the study was class V consisting of 28 students. Data analysis techniques with the following steps: normality test, Z test. The average pre-test score is 4.470 and the average post-test score is 79.70. Based on the results of the z-test analysis, the Zcount value (71.8) and Ztable 1.64 if compared, then Zcount> Ztable. The conclusion is that the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Ngestiboga II after the implementation of the Think Talk Write Learning Model are significantly complete. Abstract

Learning in the 21st century focuses on learning methods and techniques that are approptiate to the needs and changes in this era. Education today faces many challenges and major changes caused by technology, globalization, and raoid social change. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges of 21st century learning and strategies in implementing 21st century learning. In this study, the method used is literature study, emwhich involes collecting data from various books and journals. The result of this study are that teachers are faced with problems with school infrastructure  where facilities and infrastructure, limited internet access and lack of supporting facilities besides that there are also problems with teaching staff where there are qualifications and limitations of teachers, challenges in attracting quality graduates to the teaching professions, the influence  of teacher quality on the quality of learning, lack of support and appreciation for teachers and lack of availability of training and professional development. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran di abad 21 berfokus pada cara dan teknik belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa serta perubahan di zaman ini. Pendidikan saat ini menemui banyak tantangan dan perubahan besar yang disebabkan oleh teknologi, globalisasi, dan perubahan sosial yang berlangsung dengan cepat. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tantangan pembelajaran abad 21 dan strategi dalam menerapkan pembelajaran abad 21. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan studi pustaka, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari berbagai buku dan jurnal. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di hadapkan dengan permasalahan infrastruktur sekolah di mana tidak mendukungnya sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan akses internet dan kurangnya fasilitas penunjang. Selain itu juga ada pada permasalahan terhadap tenaga pengajar di mana terjadinya kualifikasi dan keterbatasan guru, tantangan dalam menarik lulusan berkualitas ke profesi pengajar, pengaruh kualitas guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, kurangnya dukungan dan penghargaan terhadap guru dan kurangnya ketersediaan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional.

Abstract

Business development in traditional trading often encounters structural challenges, including slow service delivery and limited product innovation. This study investigates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and intellectual capital on business performance, with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. Data were collected through interviews and surveys with traders under the guidance of the Pasuruan City Industry and Trade Service. Using a quantitative approach, the findings reveal that entrepreneurial orientation significantly improves business performance by fostering proactive strategies, innovation, and risk-taking behavior. In contrast, limited competitive advantage among traders, reflected in the lack of product differentiation and inability to exceed consumer expectations, constrains the overall growth of their businesses. Intellectual capital, encompassing human, structural, and relational capital, plays a complementary role in supporting entrepreneurial orientation to enhance business outcomes. This study highlights the importance of strengthening entrepreneurial orientation and developing intellectual capital to achieve sustainable business performance, offering both theoretical contributions and practical implications for micro and small traders in regional markets.
