The lack of interest of the easy generation in the agricultural sector where the majority of the younger generation prefers to work in offices and industries is now an important issue that must be a common concern to support the national food security program. This issue underlies the birth of the PKM theme, namely Urban Farming Agricultural Education with Fun Learning for Early Childhood at the Elementary School level. Implementation methods, observation and socialization, implementation of hydroponic plant cultivation, library revitalization, evaluation of results and outputs. The results of activities, being able to increase children's understanding of agriculture have the potential to foster interest in the agricultural sector, the implications of this habit can develop after they grow up to contribute to improving national food security. Library revitalization activities are also useful in an effort to increase students' reading interest and reading culture. Long-term output, the future young generation will be created as diligent and disciplined human resources, highly talented, have extensive knowledge with critical thinking, have a variety of relevant competencies needed according to the demands of the times, so that they can be absorbed by various industries in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) towards the era of society 5.0 in welcoming the 21st century which is required by technological advances that are thick with the era of change.

This study aims to identify and analyze inpatient installation development strategies in an effort to improve service quality (Case Study at Hermina Pasteur Hospital).The results of this study are expected to contribute to increasing the ability of practitioners with regard to operational management studies and can provide input for solving problems in matters relating to management "Strategy for Development of Inpatient Installations in Efforts to Improve Service Quality at Hermina Pasteur Hospital in particular and Hospital in the city of Bandung in general. The research method used is qualitative with a single case study approach. The data collection used was interviews accompanied by observation and literature techniques. The informants used in this study really understood and mastered internal and external situations by giving several questions (interviews) related to the strategy for developing an inpatient installation. Hermina Pasteur Hospital, Bandung City. The results of the study show that the current condition of the inpatient installation is inadequate or it can be said that it is still not good. This research explores the intricate relationships among financial education, financial literacy, financial confidence, and savings behavior within the context of Bank BRI KC Purwokerto. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a sample of 40 individuals and applying the SmartPLS software for analysis. The direct test results reveal significant positive relationships between financial education and financial confidence, as well as between financial literacy and financial confidence. Financial confidence, in turn, significantly influences positive savings behavior. Additionally, the indirect test results highlight the mediating role of financial confidence in the relationship between financial education and savings behavior, as well as between financial literacy and savings behavior. These findings underscore the importance of not only imparting financial knowledge but also fostering financial confidence to promote positive savings behavior. The insights gleaned from this study have practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and educators seeking to enhance individuals' financial well-being and decision-making. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji besarnya kontribusi pengaruh diantara motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada UPK Dana Bergulir Masyarakat Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Motivasi kerja memiliki efek yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan perubahan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan komtmen organisasional dan beban kerja.
