Abstract

The implementation of PKM as a critical concern related to the classic problem of waste disposal. The text of this article is a synthesis of reports from two community service (PKM) implementations carried out continuously in two academic periods, regarding the issue of developing TPS 3R management and the dominance of household waste composition. The results of the implementation of the first edition of PKM and the second edition of PKM based on social learning, coolaboration and partnership consistently lead to a zero waste lifestyle in the future in a sustainable manner. Small surveys, conservation and socialization are part of the methodological aspects of both PKM implementation, social learning, environment, dynamic interaction and community learning methods are adopted, future expectations of the results of the implementation are both synthesized. To improve sustainable waste management, the TPS3R management development model is based on social learning through collaboration and partnership minimization towards zero waste by involving four actors (quadruple helix) who consider social and environmental elements in an innovative collaboration framework, relevant to be adopted, implemented and developed, towards a zero waste lifestyle in a sustainable future. The aspects needed to achieve the success of this process emphasize several keyword aspects, including socialization, culture, awareness, consumtion pattern (smart consumer), wise lifestyle, mindset, social learning, adaptive & innovative, immitation &; evaluative models, consistency.

Abstract

Buangan sampah akan terus menjadi permasalahan tiada akhir sepanjang aktivitas umat manusia tidak diiringi dengan kesadaran pentingnya kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup, terutama komposisi sampah rumah tangga dan jenis sampah non organik yang memiliki residu tinggi. Keadaan ini menjadi bagian dari perhatian dan tanggung jawab bersama, bagaimana komposisi sampah rumah tangga termasuk sampah makanan dan sampah plastik tersebut dapat dikurangi. Pelaksanaan PKM ini sebagai perhatian kritis terkait permasalahan klasik ini, dengan menawarkan suatu model peningkatan pengembangan pengelolaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Reduce, Reuse dan Recylce (TPS3R) melalui kolaborasi dan kemitraan pengelola TPS3R, masyarakat dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) terkait, untuk meminimalisasi timbulan dan bahaya sampah menuju zero waste. Survei kecil, oberservasi dan sosialisasi menjadi bagian dari aspek metodologis pelaksanaan PKM ini, sintesis hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan, pentingnya kesadaran dan kebiasaan melakukan pemilahan sampah organik dan non organik dimulai dari sumber penghasil sampah yakni masyarakat dan rumah tangga menjadi inti point yang realsitis bisa dan harus dilakukan masyarakat rumah tangga hingga tingkat pengelola TPS3R. Evaluasi, feedback hasil kegiatan berpotensi memberikan luaran jangka panjang. Manfaat multiple effect dari adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat: akan memudahkan pengelolaan dan pengangan sampah pada level pengelola TPS3R hingga tingkat DLH di area TPA menuju zero waste hingga zero residu di masa depan; Adanya konsistensi pemilahan sampah non organik secar berkelanjutan pada level pengelola TPS3R berpotensi membuka akses sumber keuangan secara teratur untuk menambah modal kerja meskipun tidak besar. Akhirnya, model ini relevan untuk diadopsi dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Leadership Style (LS) and Performance in Higher Education Institution (PHEI), the mediating effect of Organizational Culture (OC) on the relationship between the two is examined. Quantitative research approach with survey type. Descriptive and verifiable analyses were carried out to confirm and test the predictive causality of the constructed model. The total sample was 43 respondents selected using a purposive sampling approach. Path analysis is applied to analyze data in the research model. Forecasting with a regression approach, the process SPSS macro model was adopted to test the mediation effect. The estimation of the mediation effect was carried out by the Sobel test. The findings of the leadership style research have a positive and significant direct effect on the performance of higher education institutions, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of higher education institutions. Organizational culture has a positive and significant indirect effect on the influence of leadership style on the performance of higher education institutions, there is a strong mediation effect of organizational culture compared to the direct effect of leadership style on the performance of higher education institutions. Research contributions, implications and recommendations are explained in this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi penerapan literasi digital dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah dengan melakukan pencarian informasi pada internet dan media digital lainnya, sebagai guru pencarian di internet dan penggunaan teknologi digital sudah sangat sering dilakukan meskipun implementasi literasi digital belum sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri, guru seringkali masih kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas di sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian kinerja dapat digunakan oleh guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas untuk melakukan refleksi terkait dengan tugas dan fungsinya dalam rangka memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru, dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi diri bagi guru sehingga mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan yang dimilikinya sebagai bahan untuk mengembangkan potensi dan profil kinerjanya.

Abstract

UMKM pedesaan yang memiliki produk berbasis kearifan lokal berpotensi dapat berkembang seiring dengan era ekonomi digital yang sudah memasuki era society 5.0. Namun terlepas dari aspek permodalan, pelaku UMKM kadang kala masih kurang fokus dalam mengembangkan usaha, knowledge management (KM) untuk meningkatkan operasional yang efektif masih rendah sehingga mempengaruhi rendahnya praktik pemasaran yang sesuai dengan tren saat ini dan berdampak pada penjualan yang dihasilkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, dimana dua tahapan diantaranya telah dilakukan pada fase awal kegiatan, satu tahapan sebagai pra-kegiatan utama yang mengiringi proses pelaksanaan dan memasktikan terpilihnya model pelaskanaan kegiatan, sementara dua tahapan lainnya adalah tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi pada bagian akhir, dengan melibatkan mitra sasaran yaitu UMKM Umy Lemon Sukabumi. Hasil dan evaluasi kegiatan, feedback dari capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan: [1] pelaku UMKM Umy Lemon mampu menganalisis dan mengkombinasikan ketiga indikator pembentuk KM yaitu kemampuan penciptaan pengetahuan, pengelolaan dan memperkaya pengetahuan, berbagi dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dan dikembangkan dalam operasional usaha yang lebih efektif dan menguntungkan; [2] meningkatkan pemahaman sistem pecatatan yang menekankan disiplin administrasi, kemampuan dalam menentukan harga jual yang sesuai berbasis biaya, memahami sistem pencatatan penjualan dan pelaporannya; [3] mampu melakukan inovasi produk; dan [4] tumbuhnya perilaku adaptif dan kemampuan untuk memperluas jangkauan usaha melalui praktik transformasi dan digitalisasi usaha, yakni dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan online pada digital platform di media sosial.

Abstract

Rural MSMEs that have products based on local wisdom have the potential to develop in line with the digital economy era that has entered the society 5.0 era. However, apart from the capital aspect, MSME actors are sometimes still lacking focus in developing their businesses, knowledge management (KM) to improve effective operations is still low, affecting low marketing practices that are in line with current trends and have an impact on the sales generated. The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity consists of five stages, of which two stages are carried out at the beginning of the activity, one stage as the main pre-activity that accompanies the implementation process and ensures the selection of the activity management model, while the other two stages are the stages of implementing the activity and evaluation at the end, involving the target partner, namely the Umy Lemon Sukabumi MSME. The results and evaluation of activities, feedback from the achievements of the implementation of the activities showed: [1] Umy Lemon MSME actors were able to analyze and combine the three indicators that formed KM, namely the ability to create knowledge, manage and enrich knowledge, share and utilize knowledge to then be implemented and developed in more effective and profitable business operations; [2] improve the understanding of the recording system that emphasizes administrative discipline, the ability to determine the appropriate selling price based on costs, understand the sales recording system and its reporting; [3] able to innovate products; and [4] the growth of adaptive behavior and the ability to expand business reach through business transformation and digitalization practices, namely by implementing online marketing and sales strategies on digital platforms on social media.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used is the same as the number in a population of 31 employees using a total sampling technique (census). The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires given directly to respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment had a positive imfact on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. .Keywords: Motivation, Workload, Organizational, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study interprets the importance of critical thinking and concern for the triggers of fraudulent behavior and financial fraud. The purpose of the study is expanded by explaining the application of fraud management as corporate governance to prevent fraud, and the involvement of forensic accounting practices is necessary. This study, a systematic literature review (SLR) by adopting part of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method, to identify, and construct a fraud management and forensic accounting model. The findings, fraudulent behavior occurs because there is a triggering factor, and someone has difficulty ignoring it. Psychologically it has taken root and rationalized the truth of fraud on the basis of pressure, opportunity supported by capability, such as triggers for fraudulent behavior in the fraud triangle model and the diamond fraud model. Synthesis of findings, it is important for internal control in fraud management to be applied for early detection and investigation and it is necessary to involve forensic accounting practices to detect, investigate accounting and litigation to resolve financial fraud in the financial data-based justice system. The novelty of this research offers a fraud management and forensic accounting model to prevent fraud and the financial condition of the company.

Abstract

The era of technological disruption in the 21st century is increasingly challenging the traditional 4P marketing mix concept to evolve to facilitate the creation of hybrid communication and services in the digital environment. This study aims to explore the causality predictive model between the evolution of the 4P marketing mix model and the customer mix considered in the modern business landscape of the digital age, by analyzing how it affects the purchase intention?, the mediating effect of the customer mix is examined. Quantitative research with a survey type is developed in predictive causality modeling, relying on the power of prediction. The statistical analysis applied Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling 4 (PLS-SEM4). The survey was conducted to 89 selected respondents with a purposive sampling technique approach. The findings of the study show that the evolution of the 4P marketing mix positively and significantly has a direct and indirect effect on purchase intention. The customer mix has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The customer mix has a positive mediating effect with moderate predictive power. These findings can fill the gap and expand the recognition that the evolution of the 4P marketing mix that is aligned with technological developments has relevance to the modern business landscape based on digital platforms. The evolution of the 4P marketing mix in the digital age, which integrates the customer mix as an important mediator in customer-centric platform-based business operations, plays a major role in attracting purchase intention.

Abstract

Disruptive technology increasingly challenges the agility, alignment and ability of SMEs with a quick response in creating products to communicating them to customers through various marketing techniques and management that are increasingly developing in an effort to grow antifragility and business competitiveness. Implementation of P2M by offering training themes and Platform-based marketing practices by adopting the evolution of the 4P marketing mix model in line with the development of digital technology, where "P" for "Place" including becoming a "Platform" that allows marketing communication channels to have a wider reach, with Delima Cakery Sukabumi as the main target partner. The method of implementing activities is operationalized through socialization, product adjustment and innovation, price evaluation and adjustment, determination of the main digital platform according to the business model and product characteristics, and selection of the right promotional program. The results of the implementation of activities are able to improve the ability of Delima Cakery Sukabumi's online marketing practices based on platforms that adopt the evolution of the marketing mix so that they have the potential to grow resilience, antifragility and business competitiveness in the digital era business landscape in the modern era, as measured by the ability to develop and match products, prices, platforms, and promotions.
