Abstract

The number of children suffering from Acute Respiratory Tract Infections (ISPA) is 59,417, and its prevalence is 40-80 times higher in developing countries compared to developed countries. The community service aims to implement simple inhalation techniques for children with ISPA and observe the nursing care response through a case study. The results show a positive response to airway cleanliness. The effectiveness of clearing the child's airway is indicated by a reduction in secretions and ronchi results in the lungs. Steam therapy with eucalyptus oil has a mucolytic effect (thinning mucus) and bronchodilating effect (relieving breathing).

Abstract

Berbagai negara menghadapi tantangan terkait penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I), terutama di wilayah dengan akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan seperti Nigeria, Pakistan, Kongo, Yaman dan Afganistan. Di Indonesia, kasus polio ditemukan pada tanggal 16 februari 2023 di Aceh dengan 2 kasus cVDPV2, kemudian 1 kasus cVDPV2 di Jawa Barat, pada akhir Desember 2023 ditemukan kembali 1 kasus cVDPV2 di Jawa Tengah dan pada awal Januari 2024 kembali ditemukan 3 kasus baru cVDPV2 di Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2022 kasus PD3I yaitu Tetanus Neonatorum 1, Difteri 2 Pertusis 1, Campak 10, pada tahun 2023 Difteri 6, Pertusis 2, Campak 123 , sedangkan Tahun 2024  Difteri 1, Pertusis 42, Campak 14 dan Rubella 2. Desain penelitian adalah Mix Methode Kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kuisioner dan wawancara dan observasi dokumen cakupan Imunisasi dan kasus PD3I tahun 2020-2024. Informan penelitian adalah petugas kesehatan. Cakupan imunisasi 5 tahun terakhir terdapat beberapa Puskesmas yang belum mencapai 100%, baik imunisasi dasar lengkap (IDL), Imunisasi pada Bayi Dua Tahun (Baduta) dan Imunisasi pada Bulan Imunisasi Anak Sekolah (BIAS). Cakupan imunisasi ini dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah saat Pandemi COVID-19, Logistik Vaksin, serta masih ada beberapa masyarakat yang menolak dilakukan vaksinasi. Penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan Imunisasi (PD3I) sangat erat kaitannya dengan Cakupan imunisasi 5 tahun terakhir. Dinas Kesehatan sebaiknya membuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan Cakupan Imunisasi seperti Imunisasi Kejar dan Rapid Conveniece Assesment (RCA) PD3I.
