Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of job placement on job satisfaction, at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. The population in this study were nurses with non-civil servant status or nurses with voluntary labor status (TKS) who were still working at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. The number of samples is determined based on the number of indicators of the 4 variables used multiplied by 5, the total of all indicators is 20 x 5, total of Sample is 100 respondents, the sampling method uses the Non Random Sampling technique, because the population and sample have been determined, namely Non-PNS Nurses.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a significant effect of job placement on job satisfaction, and there is a significant effect of job placement on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong dan faktor penarik terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, dengan citra destinasi sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung situs Banten Lama yang telah melakukan kunjungan lebih dari 3 kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kunjungan ulang. Selain itu, motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor penarik juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung ulang. Motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra destinasi. Sementara itu, motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor penarik juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra destinasi. Kemudian, citra destinasi juga berhasil memediasi hubungan antara motivasi perjalanan dan niat kunjungan ulang.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out how Le Dian Hotel can carry out its commitment to provide quality service to every guest represented in an organizational culture so that it can make employees more motivated to achieve maximum work performance and performance assisted by optimal empowerment. The research object was the employees of Hotel Le Dian, Serang with a total sample of 100 people. Data analysis using SEM-PLS model. The results showed that there was a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance and achievement motivation. There is a positive influence of achievement motivation on employee performance and there is a positive moderation of empowerment on the relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. This research implies the importance of organizational culture at Le Dian Hotel to be able to improve employee performance which is strengthened by high achievement motivation and employee empowerment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of performance appraisal on job satisfaction through career development and compensation as intervening variables. The study was conducted on 91 permanent employees of Bank BJB who worked in Regional Offices of Banten IV and had worked for at least 3 years using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed 1) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee job satisfaction, 2) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on career development, where the better the performance appraisal, the more Employee career development, 3) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on compensation, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee compensation, 4) Career development has no effect on job satisfaction, 5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction employee work, where the higher the compensation, the higher the job satisfaction.
