Abstract

The phenomenon of underage marriage by the 5.0 Society has become a necessity, where one of the economic factors and boredom to study online as it is today during the Covid-19 pandemic has made many 5.0 people in Indonesia apply for early marriage. As a result, the phenomenon of Underage Marriage by Society 5.0 today needs special education for the nation's young people in welcoming a brighter and dignified future according to the demands of the times. The results of the study show that the phenomenon of underage marriage that occurred recently by Society 5.0 is a marriage carried out before the child enters the age of 18 years, this is as stated in Law No. 16 / 2019 About Marriage. Factors that support Society 5.0 to carry out underage marriages include Economic Factors and Factors Tired of learning online, this is because today in an all-digital era like today (the era of disruption 4.0), where people called Society 5.0 feel worried about their inability in competing through artificial intelligence technology so that the concerns of today's society's economic fulfillment are threatened. Constraints faced in the practice of underage marriage by Society 5.0 are from the physical aspect, from the cognitive aspect, the language aspect, the social aspect, and the emotional aspect, where these five aspects cause disharmony and the integrity of marriage in early childhood. The solution in responding to the phenomenon of underage marriage in the 5.0 community is that it can be done through various early prevention by parents, religious leaders, and mass organizations in order to socialize about marriage to the community through the integration of technology that is adapted to the demands of the times, such as online class training for young people, especially those under the age of 18.

Abstract

Inovasi kurikulum merupakan aspek yang tidak dapat dihindarkan dalam pendidikan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat, terutama komunitas asal peserta didik, melalui pembaruan dalam tujuan kurikulum, struktur, materi pelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan sistem penilaian. Kurikulum sebagai salah satu komponen terpenting pendidikan harus mengalami pembaruan untuk menjawab tuntutan perkembangan zaman dan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompetitif di era globalisasi. Di era Industri 4.0, inovasi kurikulum menjadi semakin penting dengan penyesuaian terhadap kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan pandangan terkait inovasi kurikulum dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Data diperoleh melalui sumber sekunder yang dipublikasikan secara online, mencakup artikel jurnal, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi relevan lainnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi kurikulum yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan era 4.0 harus mempertimbangkan integrasi teknologi, pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21, dan karakter yang adaptif terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovations built by the school in the context of building student character through Islamic Religious Education at Al-Mujahidin DTA. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, group discussions (FGD) and documentation. The data collection tool used in this study was an interview technique with respondents, namely 97 students, 7 teaching staff, and the parents of the students from DTA Al-Mujahidin. This study uses primary data obtained through observations of activities in the Al-Mujahidin DTA and interviews with students, teachers and parents of students. The results of the study show that the Innovation of Character Education for Children during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pangandaran Regency includes character values ​​such as respect, responsibility, sharing, perseverance, friendship, cooperation, self-discipline, and honesty must be adjusted empirically for the world of students, the situation is true It is really faced in a straightforward manner, not a problem faced by teachers or parents. Learning will be more meaningful for students if the material has entered in accordance with the stage of reasoning development and provides concrete examples in their environment.
