Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Jahe Gajah (Zingiber officinale). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan 3 bulan, dari bulan November 2022 sampai Januari 2023. Di Desa Salebba Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone. Jarak tanam yang rapat akan mengakibatkan tanaman saling bersaing dalam memperebutkan sumberdaya seperti hara, air maupun cahaya matahari. Penggunaan jarak tanam yang terlalu lebar juga tidak baik untuk diterapkan karena hal ini akan memberikan peluang bagi gulma untuk tumbuh dengan subur sehingga menyebabkan penurunan produksi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis ANOVA (Analisis Off Varians), penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara eksperimen atau percobaan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 1 faktor dan 5 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan sehingga menghasilkan 15 percobaan, dengan jarak tanam J1 (30x30 cm), J2 (30x40 cm), J3 (40x40 cm), J4 (40x50 cm) dan J5 (40x60 cm).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This The constitutional court as one of the judicial power institutions authorized to carry out testing of laws against the 1945 constitution (judicial review), both formally and materially. In practice, not all parties can become applicants in the Judicial review in the Constitutional Court. One of the requirements to become an applicant in this case is an individual Indonesian citizen who feels his rights are violated by the issuance of a regulation by executive bodies. However, it does not rule out the possibility that foreign nationals can also experience acts of human rights violations during their stay in Indonesia. The issue of the position of foreign citizens in judicial review at the Constitutional Court is an interesting study because it concerns a person's constitutional rights. The research method used is Library research. The type of research used is normative juridical. As for the results of this study, the author finds the fact that foreign citizens do not have the right or position as an applicant in a judicial review at the Constitutional Court. This is because there is no legal basis that regulates the position of foreign citizens in testing the Law against the 1945 Constitution in the Constitutional Court. Therefore, the Constitutional Court is not authorized to accept and examine cases of judicial review of laws filed by foreign nationals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap waktu pemulihan denyut nadi pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olaharaga Untan Pontianak. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga yang bersedia menjadi sampel, dan jumlah sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 mahasiswa. Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan mulai dari pemeriksaan denyut nadi istirahat 1 menit, grup eksperimen diberi air kelapa 480ml dan grup kontrol diberi air putih 480ml, stretching, bermain basket man to man selama 10 menit, setelah bermain basket langsung periksa denyut nadi kembali, menit ke 2 mengukur denyut nadi Kembali 6 detik kali 10, menit ke 4 ukur denyut nadi kembali 6 detik kali 10, dan yang terakhir menit ke 6 ukur denyut nadi Kembali 6 detik kali 10. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan Uji-t denyut nadi awal dan uji nonparametric test denyut nadi akhir. Penelitian dilakukan 12 November 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap pemulihan denyut nadi ketika beraktivitas/berolaharaga, maka disarankan untuk minum air kelapa muda ketika selesai maupun sebelum melakukan aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas yang berat agar denyut nadi Kembali normal.

Abstract

UMKM bertahan di tengah kemelut ekonomi memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan secara signifikan membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Pelaku usaha kecil cenderung mengabaikan penerapan akuntansi dan tidak memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan usaha. Banyak dari mereka membuat keputusan usaha hanya berdasarkan intuisi dan pengalaman. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang berupa Sosialisasi Pembukuan Sederhana Bagi Stakeholder Usaha Kecil bertujuan membantu pelaku usaha kecil di Desa Cupang agar dapat melakukan pencatatan keuangan yang lebih teratur dan sistematis. Melalui program ini, diharapkan para pelaku usaha dapat mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan tepat, mengukur keuntungan dari penjualan, serta memantau perkembangan usaha mereka. Pelaksanaan program ini diawali dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap usaha kecil yang ada, dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku usaha kecil berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mereka dalam mengelola bisnis dengan menggunakan sistem akuntansi sederhana yang mudah diterapkan. Selain itu, sosialisasi ini juga meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk lebih efektif dalam mengelola usaha

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in the preparation of financial statements in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study highlights key challenges such as inconsistencies in the application of sharia accounting standards, lack of practitioners' understanding of sharia principles, and the need for harmonization between international and sharia standards. The results show that most Islamic banks have adopted sharia-based reporting models such as murabaha and mudharabah financing. However, there are still gaps in information disclosure and revenue recognition. The role of the sharia committee and the use of information technology have proven important in increasing transparency and accountability. This study recommends improving Human Resources (HR) training and strengthening sharia regulations to ensure the quality and compliance of financial statements with Islamic values.

Abstract

In accordance with Order Number of the Minister of Health. The 2023 Environmental Health TPP is a place for food processing from raw materials to finished food. Therefore, to improve health, it is necessary to monitor TPP, especially in port areas, because a lot of human activity occurs at ports. The aim of TPP monitoring is to improve the quality of food and drinks and avoid the risk of poisoning and diseases such as diarrhea. This research is observational and based on a cross-sectional study, and the research was conducted from July to September 2023 at 16 TPPs currently operating in the Bajoe port area, Bone Regency. The variables examined in this research include location and building, sanitary conditions, kitchen, dining room and food storage area, ingredients and ready-to-eat food, food processing, food storage and ready-to-eat food, food service, equipment and labor. The total score is used when evaluating this variable. It is the sum of all ratings for each variable with a minimum value of 700. Based on the research results, of the 16 TPPs studied, there were 3 TPPs (18.75%) that did not meet hygiene requirements and 13 TPPs (81.25%) that met hygiene requirements. The conclusion of this research is that although many TPPs meet the requirements, there is still a need to improve sanitation conditions at TPPs and provide hygiene training for food handlers in the Bajoe Harbor area, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This research is in the form of an experiment that aims to determine the effect of using various organic fertilizers of cow dung on the growth and production of green bean plants carried out in Kanco Village, Cina District, Bone Regency and its implementation began in March to May 2023. This experiment was arranged based on a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments, each repeated 3 times, in 1 plot there were 96 plants. Sampling was taken from 30% of the middle plants, so there were 5 plants. In this experiment there were 12 plots, so that 60 plants would be studied. The results of the experiment showed that the effect of using various doses of organic fertilizers of cow dung on fertilizer treatment with a dose of 5 tons/Ha or 3000 grams/plot showed the highest results of all parameters observed and for the production of sample plants was 15.54 grams and production per plot 1.49 kg
