Abstract

eran Guru BK dalam mengatasi Masalah Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Seatap Luwuk Timur “ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 5 Seatap Luwuk Timur dengan subjek penelitian guru bimbingan dan konseling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah ada peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan siswa melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling, seperti: layanan klasikal dan konseling individu. Kata kunci: Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, Kedisiplinan Siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out student satisfaction in utilizing guidance and counseling services. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study is 15 students. Data collection in this study uses questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out including UIJ, prerequisites, analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that information services have a strong and significant positive relationship with student satisfaction in utilizing counseling guidance services at SMK Paisubatu, this is evidenced by the results of the linearity test where the value obtained is 0.735 where this value is greater than 0.05. This is also shown by the results of a simple linear regression analysis where the equation obtained is Y = 23.334 + 0.418 X where the coefficient X is 0.418 and has a positive value. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between family harmony and students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research was class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to students as research samples. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.39242 is a positive number. This shows that the influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk is positive. The KD value = 15.4% shows the great influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk, which is 15.4%. Meanwhile, the value of Tcount = 2.45, with degrees of freedom (db) = 35 – 2 = 33 and a significance level of 0.05 = 1.69 so, Tcount is greater than Ttable or 2.45 > 1.69, so the correlation is What happens is that there is a relationship between family harmony and motivation to study at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk.
