Abstract

The training and counseling program for optimizing human resource management in the Luwuk city community organization, banggai, aims to overcome challenges in human resource management which often hinder organizational effectiveness. This program is designed to improve managerial skills, provide psychosocial support, and strengthen networks between communities. The methodology applied includes training workshops, counseling sessions, mentoring programs, and discussion forums. Training covers aspects of effective communication, leadership, conflict management, and strategic planning, while counseling sessions focus on personal and professional development. Mentoring and coaching programs are implemented to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experience. The discussion forum aims to share knowledge and best practices between community members. The expected impact of this program is increasing human resource management capacity, member welfare, forming a stronger network, and developing future leadership. The program presents a holistic approach that prioritizes not only skills development but also emotional and psychosocial support, which is essential for the sustainability and growth of the community in Luwuk. In conclusion, this program aims to create a significant positive impact on community organizations in Luwuk, through improving the managerial skills and welfare of community members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri orangtua anak berkebutuhan khsusus di SLB Negeri Molino. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 71 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga hasil. Pertama, tingkat dukungan sosial orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Molino berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 48%. Kedua, tingkat penerimaan diri orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Molino mayoritas berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 75%. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 ˂ 0,05 sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,326. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh efektif sebesar 32,6% terhadap penerimaan diri. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan sebagai rujukan bahwa masih terdapat orangtua ABK di SLB Negeri Molino yang masih perlu meningkatkan dukungan sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between family harmony and students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research was class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to students as research samples. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.39242 is a positive number. This shows that the influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk is positive. The KD value = 15.4% shows the great influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk, which is 15.4%. Meanwhile, the value of Tcount = 2.45, with degrees of freedom (db) = 35 – 2 = 33 and a significance level of 0.05 = 1.69 so, Tcount is greater than Ttable or 2.45 > 1.69, so the correlation is What happens is that there is a relationship between family harmony and motivation to study at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Abstract

This study aims to examine efforts to reduce aggressive behavior in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Luwuk through group counseling using a narrative approach with externalization and reauthoring techniques. This research is a counseling guidance action research (PTBK) and is carried out in two cycles. In this study, the data collection method used observation, interviews, and psychological scale questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the level of student aggressive behavior decreased after the narrative group counseling service. There is a decrease of 16.53% after narrative group counseling for 2 cycles
