Abstract

ABSTRACT: The present study aimed to determine the influences factors of fish crackers price during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tabanio Village, Takisung District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Purposive and snowball sampling was applied for data collection. A total of 12 fish krupuk Industries were used as research samples. The primary and secondary data were used in this study. Based on Multiple Linear Regression analysis that the effect of total cost production, number of workers on the average selling price of fish krupuk. The results of the analysis suggested that the 4 independent variables, simultaneously had a significant effect on the average selling price with a regression coefficient value of 0.67 or 67% at the 95% confidence level or a significant level (α) 0.05. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual kerupuk ikan pada masa pandemic COVID-19 di Desa Tabanio, Kecamatan Takisung Kabupaten Tanah Laut Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan terhitung dari Mei sampai Juni 2020 di Desa Tabanio, Kecamatan Takisung Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan selatan. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan data responden ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Sehingga diperoleh 12 orang pengolah kerupuk ikan yang ada di Desa Tabanio sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan pengaruh variabel jumlah produksi, jumlah pengecer, biaya produksi, dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap variabel harga jual rata-rata kerupuk ikan di Desa Tabanio. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa dari 4 variabel bebas tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga jual rata-rata kerupuk ikan di Desa Tabanio dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,67 atau 67% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau tingkat signifikan (α) 0,05.

Abstract

Facing increasingly tight competition both grow-out and hatchery-farming farmers, business actors in the fisheries sector continue to strive to innovate both in the technical aspects of cultivation activities and in the areas of services provided to consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction catfish seeds in Mina Agrowisata V. The data collection technique used the snowball sampling method and the respondents were cultivators, collectors and consumers/buyers. Data analysis uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The analysis results show that every indicator that influences product quality is on a good and agrotourism service quality is very good scale.
