Abstract

Kompetensi merupakan hal terpenting yang membedakan satu individu dengan individu lainnya. Seorang pelaku bisnis wajib terus mengembangkan kompetensinya agar dapat unggul dalam bersaing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan dan mengembangan kompetensi para UMKM, khususnya para perajin dan pedagang dodol di Desa Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi yang terdapat di Desa Bojong Gede, terindentifikasi rendahnya kompetensi para pelaku UMKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan, padahal laporan keuangan sangat diperlukan bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan permodalan bagi pengembangan bisnis mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian yang diberikan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android, Zahir Simply. Aplikasi ini berguna untuk mempercepat pencatatan keuangan dan bisnis dengan sangat sederhana. Kegiatan dilakukan selama satu bulan, mulai dari survei, wawancara, kegiatan, evaluasi hingga pelaporan akhir. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para perajin dan pedagang dodol mampu mengatur arus kas, mengatur pengeluaran, mengatur pemasukan, serta membuat laporan keuangan yang berupa laporan laba/rugi. Selanjutnya, diharapkan kegiatan ini juga dapat diteruskan kepada para pelaku UMKM lainnya.

Abstract

The present community service program was motivated by a number of problems faced by employees, especially those who had just entered the workforce. They were confused in determining their career levels. As a result, they held the position that they did not like. This condition affected their career developments. It could hinder their performance and job satisfaction so that in the end the company might be harmed. Therefore, the present activity aimed to educate high school students about the importance of early career planning. The program was given to grade X high school students in Limo District, Depok, West Java. The activity was implemented in two meetings. The methods used included lectures, discussion, question and answer sessions, and career planning practice. Participants were also invited to explain the results of their career planning. The results of evaluation of 78 students in general shows increasing knowledge about self-understanding, self-preparation, introduction to the world of work, and future planning.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods to the determine effect of motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction on employee performance objectively and systematically. This study uses the object of employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. The population used are 156 people with a random sample using the Slovin formula as many as 112 respondents. Data were collected throughquestionnaires distributed to employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries using the Google Form application. Testing of the data in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 test application. The series of test processes carried out resulted in the conclusion that 1) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant effect oncompensation on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) ) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance.
