Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital interaction in building customer loyalty for Ice Cream Dangau Datuk, a school-based micro-enterprise developed at SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and digital activity documentation. The findings indicate that digital interactioncomprising quick response, high-quality content, ease of access, and simple digital loyalty programsplays a significant role in fostering customer loyalty. The effectiveness of digital marketing strategies is evident in increased customer engagement, sales growth, enhanced brand image, and market reach expansion. The study concludes that digital marketing serves not only as a promotional medium but also as a strategic tool to establish emotional and long-term connections with consumers, especially in the context of MSMEs with limited resources.

Abstract

This community service with the title Utilization of information systems to increase learning motivation using Microsoft SWAY for students of SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan Garut. PKM is carried out at SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan Garut. The objectives include: 1) to increase learning motivation, 2) utilization of application-based information technology, the methods used are lectures, cooperation, and mentoring. In this service, the results that have been achieved have received a good response to the implementation of PKM, which is indicated by the interest in learning to use the sway application. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan judul Pemanfaatan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi Belajar Menggunakan Microsoft SWAY pada Siswa/Siswi SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan Garut. PKM di laksanakan di SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan Garut. Tujuannya antara lain : 1) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, 2) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis aplikasi, metode yang di gunakan ceramah, kerjasama, dan pendampingan. Dalam pengabdian ini hasil yang telah di capai mendapat respon baik terhadap pelaksanaan PKM, yang di tujukan dengan ketertarikan untuk belajar menggunakan aplikasi sway.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the production of menu packages at D’Roasting Jamaksari Restaurant using Linear Programming (LP) with the simplex method. The main problem faced by the restaurant is the limitation of production resources, particularly raw materials such as chicken, rice, and spices, which requires efficient production planning to maximize profit. This research employs a quantitative approach with a case study method. Primary data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with the management of D’Roasting, while secondary data were collected from internal documents and relevant scientific literature. The Linear Programming model consists of three decision variables: the daily production quantity of Nasi Putih Ayam (X₁), Nasi Kabsah Ayam (X₂), and the whole chicken package (X₃). The objective function is to maximize total profit, expressed as Z = 3,150X₁ + 4,050X₂ + 8,850X₃, subject to constraints on the availability of rice, chicken, and spices. The model was solved manually using the simplex method. The results indicate that the optimal production combination consists of 30 portions of Nasi Putih Ayam, 70 portions of Nasi Kabsah Ayam, and 30 whole chicken packages, generating a maximum daily profit of Rp643,500. This optimal solution satisfies all existing resource constraints. The implementation of Linear Programming proves effective in improving resource utilization efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting data-driven production decision-making. Therefore, this method can serve as a strategic tool to enhance operational efficiency and profitability at D’Roasting Jamaksari.
