Abstract

 The benefit of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) for coronary artery disease (CAD) with Ejection Fraction (EF) £30% and ischemic burden (IB) £10% is still debateable. The objective of this study is to analyze mortality and morbidity in patients with EF £30% and ischemic burden £10% undergoing OPCAB compared to traditional CABG (TCABG).  The retrospective analytic cohort study was performed using data from January 2015–November 2018 at National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Jakarta, Indonesia. 109 patients were included. 35 patients undergoing OPCAB and 74 patients undergoing TCABG. The primary outcomes were mortality rate, morbidity rate, and length of stay. Arrhytmia is statistically lower in OPCAB compared to TCABG (8.6% vs 39.2%; p = 0.001). Kidney injury is statistically lower in OPCAB (8.6% vs 27.0 %; p = 0.027). Stroke is statistically lower in OPCAB (1.0 % vs 17.6%; p = 0,032). There is no significant difference between OPCAB and TCABG in mortality, 5.7% vs 16.2%, (RR 3.20; CI 95% 0.67–15.12; p = 0.126). There was a statistically significant difference in the occurrence of postoperative morbidity in CAD patients with EF < 30% and IB < 10% who underwent OPCAB surgery compared with patients who underwent TCABG. Mortality that occurred after OPCAB procedure was lower in CAD patients with EF < 30% and IB < 10% compared to TCABG although the statistical difference was not significant. Therefore, patients with this condition are more adviseable to undergo OPCAB. Keyword: left ventricular dysnfunction, ischemic burden, off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract

Islamic Education Teachers 'Strategy Interest in Reading Al-Quran Hadis. The importance of reading the Al-Quran Hadis as a guide for our lives, especially Muslims. The purpose of this study is to develop teacher strategies to improve the ability to read. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for reading. This research uses a qualitative type of research through the observation, interview and documentation approach. The results of the research are known from the stage of presenting data and analyzing the interest in reading the strategies to what extent the learners' knowledge of its importance reading Al-Quran Hadis, to the process of increasing interest in reading Al-Quran Hadis and the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in the field were carried out well in the Islamic Religious Education lesson. The research results show that the teachers' approaches to increasing interest in reading the Quran and Hadith among students at include habituation and individual approaches. The methods used are Drill and Sorogan. Supporting factors include facilities and infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and student motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan weblog di SMK Negeri 7 majene; Mendeskripsikan kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMK negeri 7 Majene; Menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan weblog terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 7 Majene. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologi yakni kuantitatif dan pendekatan keilmuan berupa psikologi. Desain penelitian paradigma sederhana dengan dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMK Negeri 7 Majene yang berjumlah 568 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 0rang. Dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah skala pemanfaata weblog dan skala kemandiria belajar yag dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian statistik deskriptif diperoleh hasil penelitian pemanfaatan weblog berada pada kategori sedang, yaitu 60 % dengan nilai rata-rata 30,20, yang disebabkan oleh aspek langkah-langkah pemanfaatan weblog  sedangkan hasil statistik deskriptif kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 7 Majene berada dalam kategori sedang, yaitu 66,25% dengan nilai rata-rata 73,75. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan analisis statistik inferensial variabel pemanfaatan weblog (X) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y) peserta didik di SMK Negeri 7 Majene diperoleh hasil analisis hasil perhitungan nilai t yaitu ( ) lebih besar dari nilai (t) yang diperoleh dari tabel distribusi ( ). Dari hasil analisis didapatkan taraf nyata (α) dan nilai tabel sebesar 5 % = 0,05, a/2 = 0,025. Kemudian diperoleh hasil analisis =6,900 sedangkan  = 1,990. Artinya nilai  lebih besar dari  (  >  = 6,900 > 1,990). Dengan demikian pemanfaatan weblog berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMK negeri 7 Majene. Mengingat pentingnya pemanfaatan weblog dan kemandirian belajar, hendaknya peserta didik mampu meningkatkan pemanfaatan weblog dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kepada mereka agar dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajarnya.
