Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan para petani milenial binaan HKTI Kota Tebing Tinggi adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang strategi manajemen pola tanam dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha tani. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan harapan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan para petani milenial yang mengikuti kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 32 orang petani milenial binaan HKTI Kota Tebing Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi, pengabdi membagikan kuesioner kepada peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan sosialisasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta pengabdian tentang manajemen pola tanam dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha tani. Peserta memahami arti penting manajemen pola tanam dalam menjamin stabilitas harga dan pasokan yang memberikan keuntungan bagi para petani. Peserta juga memahami arti penting pengelolaan keuangan usaha tani. Bahkan beberapa peserta mampu menyusun laporan keuangan untuk usaha taninya.

Abstract

Maintaining customers is important for the sustainability of every company's business. The high level of competitors can cause an increase in customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Online Advertising, Payment Systems, and Price Perceptions affect Mickey Dimsum Customer Loyalty. The method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling used in this study is the Non Probability sampling method and the type of sampling using Accidental sampling, the number of samples studied was 96 respondents. This study uses the help of SPSS 25 Software. Data analysis techniques in this study are Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determinant Coefficient Testing, Hypothesis Testing. The research that has been conducted has concluded that Online Advertising does not affect Customer Loyalty. Payment Systems do not affect Customer Loyalty. Price Perception has a Positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Online Advertising, Payment Systems, and Price Perception have a simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The human development index is measured with povertyrate, the literacy rate,life expectancy. Although The human development index is highly but the poverty still high too, especially in North Sumatera Province at 2012-2023 periods. The method of research is secondary data collecting from North Sumetera and Indonesian central bureau of statistics The result of multiple linier regression which SPSS 26 processing was Y = -142.538 -0.185 X1+1.860 X2+0.444 X3 which means constant value is -142.538 , the influence of poverty rate is negative and not significant a total -0.185, the the literacy rate is positive and significant a total of 1.860 and the influence of the life expectancy is positive and significant a total of 0.444. That is phenomenon of this research. The goal of research is how the influence of the poverty rate , the literacy rate of the and life expectancy against The humand evelopment index in North Sumatera Province.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of interest rates, exchange rates, inflation and GDP on the stock prices of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is time series data for 2018-2022, the analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the E-views 11 program. The sample determination method used in this study is by using the purposive sampling method of 12 companies engaged in the energy sector. Based on the results, it shows that partially the Interest Rate has no effect and is not significant to the stock price. The Exchange Rate has no effect and is not significant to the Stock Price. Inflation has no effect and is not significant to the Stock Price. GDP has no effect and is not significant on the stock price. Simultaneously Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, Inflation and GDP have no effect and are not significant on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions for Roti Ketawa produced by the Roti Ketawa Factory in Bajenis District. The independent variables in this study include brand image, product quality, and price, while the dependent variable is consumer purchasing decisions. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire of consumers selected by accidental sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to identify the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that brand image, product quality, and price partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these variables, product quality has a dominant influence in shaping consumer decisions. This study provides recommendations for businesses to continue to improve product quality and build a positive brand image. In addition, competitive pricing also needs to be considered to increase competitiveness in the market. This research is expected to be the basis for developing more effective marketing strategies in the traditional food industry in Tebing Tinggi City.
