Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in Konawe Village, Kusambi District, Muna Barat Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research is using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of Rasmin S.Pt as the head of the village head, La Dae as a functional position, Wa Haliya SP as the secretary of the village head, La Salati as the head of environment II, 3 people who received rastra and I as a community member. who are not rstra recipients.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in the Konawe village, Kusambi district, West Muna district. In general, it does not fully refer to the provisions of the 6T indicator, namely right on target, right amount, right price, right time, right quality and right administration. Because in the distribution of literature in the field it only fulfills 2 indicators, namely the right amount and the right price. Meanwhile, the accuracy of targeting is still not quite right because there are still people who receive rastra whose economic conditions are already quite good but are still given rice assistance, then punctuality means that there are often delays in distribution every month. While the accuracy of quality is still not good because many people still get rice that is not bad enough. Meanwhile, administrative accuracy has not been achieved because the income for the recipients of this rastra aid should be families that really meet the criteria, namely families with low economic income. However, the fact remains that there are well-off families who are registered as recipients of rice rastra assistance.

Abstract

This research is intended to look at the Human Resources (HR) that organize, prepare and improve hierarchical implementation in public authority services in Maros Regency. This study examined the variables that influence HRM organizing, preparing and improving in Maros District services. The review population, consisting of workers in the HR divisions of 23 Maros County services, consisted of 166 respondents. To accomplish the review target, specialists made and conveyed surveys, and gathered and deciphered information utilizing SPSS. General investigations were conducted utilizing expressive measurements and connection examination. The outcomes showed that the arrangement, preparing, and overall improvement of HR were related to authoritative exhibitions in Makassar City Services. This paper provides suggestions for further developing HR in Maros District Services.

Abstract

Asian Motor Workshop is a company engaged in motorcycle repair services. The research aims to analyze and determine the satisfaction of workshop visitors. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 215 and a sample of 100 visitors. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique, which contained 15 statements, using the methodNonprobability sampling. Analysis tool usingImportance Performance Anaysis (IPA), with four dimensions to measure which include; Physical Appearance, Reliability, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Analysis results states in quadrant A Physical facilities, namely items 25 and 23. Quadrant B must be maintained, namely items 2, 3, 4, and 5, Responsiveness, namely items 7, 8, and 10, Assurance, namely items 11, 13, and 14, and Empathy, namely item number 18. Quadrant C which is considered less important is item number 1, items 6, 9, 16, 17, 21 and 24.
