Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative research, with six informants in this study. Data collection techniques are direct observation and direct interviews. The data analysis used Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Draw Conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the KUBE Program is one of the Social Service strategies to empower poor families to increase their family income through business management. The implementation of the joint business group (KUBE) program in Gunung Jaya village can be seen in terms of the implementation of goals and objectives, training and assistance, financing and business management. Where in the implementation of the Joint Business Group program implementation in Gunung Jaya Village is less effective. This can be seen from the existence of several indicators of program implementation that are not running as it should, such as assistance, financing while in terms of objectives and targets and business management has been running effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the management of the village owned enterprises in increasing the village's original income in the village Wataliku District Kabangka Muna District. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. Research location of Wataliku Village Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. In the process of data collection techniques used methods are observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained further processed using qualitative descriptive method is then directed to answer the problem in this research. Then it can be concluded that the implementation of the management of the village owned enterprises in increasing the village's original income to the village Wataliku is good enough because in the implementation is done in four stages namely, planning, organizing, mobilization, supervision.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study, as many as five informants in this study. Data collection techniques are direct observation and direct interviews. As for the data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, draw conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees in providing services to mental patients in the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Mental Hospital can be quite good. Said to be quite good because of the 4 indicators of performance achievement  (quality, quantity, timeliness, an work commitment) only 1 indicator that is fully in line with community expectations, namely the quality indicator. While the indicators of quality, timeliness, and work commitment are still said to be poor because there are still complaints from the community. While the quality of health services in the Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi Province is included in the good category. Becauce of the 5 aspects of service quality (physical appearance, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy)  only 1 indicator does not meet the expectations of the community, namely the asspect of physical appearance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) Study at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Kendari City.  The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, a description of the results of interview observations and documentation studies, so as to be able to describe various matters relating to the Effectiveness of Population Administration Information Systems.  The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Population Administration Information System Study in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kendari City which was reviewed based on the target approach and process approach which included human resources and facilities and infrastructure, (1) the target approach, showed that the achievement of SIAK objectives in the Population Service  and Kendari City Civil Registry is still not maximized because there are still a number of SIAK products that require a long time to publish.  (2) The process approach in terms of human resources management of SIAK in the Kendari City Population and Civil Registry Service shows that it is adequate.  Whereas in terms of facilities and infrastructure for the management of SIAK in the Kendari City Population and Civil Registration Service, this is not yet adequate, because the network as an important factor that supports the smooth operation of SIAK services is still frequently subject to interference, making it one of the obstacles for the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Kendari City.  in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the implementation of the principle of accountability in improving the quality of public services at the Dangia sub-district office in the East Kolaka Regency. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out the Implementation of the Principles of Accountability in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Dangia District Head Office in East Kolaka Regency. This research was conducted at the Dangia Sub-District Head Office in East Kolaka Regency where, the Informants in this study were the heads of the Dangia Sub-District Office, the Sub-District Secretary and several Communities in Dangia Sub-District, East Kolaka Regency. Data collection techniques in this research are using interview and observation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses primary data and secondary data, the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively. The indicators used to measure the Implementation of the Principles of Accountability in Improving the Quality of Public Services include: Legal Accountability, Performance Accountability, Program Accountability, Policy Accountability, Financial Accountability, Awareness Factors, Rule Factors, Organizational Factors, Organizational Factors, Skill Factors and Means Factors.The results of the research based on these indicators show that the Implementation of the Principles of Accountability in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Dangia Sub-District Head Office in East Kolaka District has been well implemented, but there are still some things that need to be corrected, namely in terms of employee discipline and facilities/ infrastructure. inadequate so that it becomes a problem in the process of public service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in Konawe Village, Kusambi District, Muna Barat Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research is using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of Rasmin S.Pt as the head of the village head, La Dae as a functional position, Wa Haliya SP as the secretary of the village head, La Salati as the head of environment II, 3 people who received rastra and I as a community member. who are not rstra recipients.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in the Konawe village, Kusambi district, West Muna district. In general, it does not fully refer to the provisions of the 6T indicator, namely right on target, right amount, right price, right time, right quality and right administration. Because in the distribution of literature in the field it only fulfills 2 indicators, namely the right amount and the right price. Meanwhile, the accuracy of targeting is still not quite right because there are still people who receive rastra whose economic conditions are already quite good but are still given rice assistance, then punctuality means that there are often delays in distribution every month. While the accuracy of quality is still not good because many people still get rice that is not bad enough. Meanwhile, administrative accuracy has not been achieved because the income for the recipients of this rastra aid should be families that really meet the criteria, namely families with low economic income. However, the fact remains that there are well-off families who are registered as recipients of rice rastra assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service in the management of SIM C and what factors affect the quality of service at the Kendari City Police Traffic Unit. The sources of this research, the study determined 6 (six) informants consisting of Deputy Chief of Police, Operations Section, Resources Section , General Section, and 2 (two) Service Users. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the service quality of employees at the Kendari City Satlantas Police Office in carrying out SIM management services as a whole had been implemented well. The stages of service are not too complicated, so that people can take care of their SIM quickly and easily. However, there are still some things that need to be addressed, such as increasing the competence of SIM management officers and facilities that support service quality. While the factors that affect the quality of service at the Sarlantas Polres Kendari City, such as internal factors which include the motivation and work ethic of service officers that have been implemented properly, this is realized by friendly service and the community is treated well. While external factors, there are several problems, namely the number of officers who are still lacking, causing a lack of efficiency in services and facilities such as hardware that is prone to errors, this of course has a huge impact on the quality of services provided.

Abstract

Good online news writing for new students focuses on providing material about procedures, formats, techniques, how to choose the title and how to write a good article for journalism by applying the 5W+1H theory (Where, When, Why, Who, What and How). The main topic of discussion is the introduction and consolidation of material related to writing online news with appropriate grammar/sentence patterns. The format for writing good news is then followed by techniques for writing good news by paying attention to several aspects based on existing theories. Next is how to make a good news headline as well as a guide to several examples of making good news in the news. Consolidation of the material as well as evaluation of participants' writing results is the final activity of this service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Implementasi Mutasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Buton Utara. Wawancara dan tinjauan pustaka digunakan sebagai pendekatan pengumpulan data dalam metodologi penelitian ini. Sekretaris BKPSDM, kepala bidang mutasi, dan satu orang pejabat pemerintah yang dimutasi ke Kabupaten Buton Utara menjadi informan penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis kualitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai pendekatan analisis data, dan data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan mutasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja PNS di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Buton Utara menggunakan pertimbangan prestasi kerja, namun belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan pada Sistem Merit karena pertimbangan lain seperti masih adanya penerapan Nepotisme karena masih melibatkan unsur suka atau tidak suka, faktor kedekatan dengan pimpinan, atau faktor kekerabatan.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekowisata hakikatnya diperuntunkan untuk menjual daya tarik daerah, baik berupa keindahan alam, keragaman flora dan fauna, serta keragaman seni budaya yang khas. Desa kondongia adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Muna yang memiliki potensi wisata alam yang perlu dikembagkan serius. Potensi tersebut membutuhkan kerjasama multipihak, salah satunya pemerintah desa melalui BUMDes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi obyek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan oleh BUMDes dalam mewujudkan desa wisata di Desa Kondongia. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskripstif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa potensi wisata puncak wakila melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dikembangkan dengan berbagai macam sarana dan prasarana seperti kantor pengelola, Jalan Raya, Pagar Keliling, Gazebo, dan Sanggar/Pentas Seni Budaya. Potensi alam yang dikembangkan adalah pemandangan alam berupa pemandangan kota Raha, benteng tua, kuburan tua, dan berbagai macam fosil karang-karang yang sudah melebur jadi batu. Adanya kebun-kebun petani jagung ubi, tomat dan cabe rawit. Dalam aspek budaya terdapat budaya yang dilestarikan masyarakat Desa Kondongia seperti pingitan (karia), adu layang-layang (kapotifu), kalego, silat muna (ewa wuna), dan berbagai macam kuliner (katumbu gola,kabuto,kantofi,tunuha). Spot-spot yang dikembangkan seperti miniature burung elang, papan cinta, jembatan gantung, sarang burung, bunga matahari,gambar lima jari,gambar love.
