Abstract

Innovation is a case that must be done by business organizations, including the cyber media industry, to improve organizational performance. The increasing intensity of business competition encourages business organizations to carry out sustainable innovation strategies. There are four dimensions of innovation according to the Oslo Manual (OECD, 2005), namely product innovation, innovation process, marketing innovation and organizational innovation. This research is to build an innovation strategy model on the performance of the cyber media industry in East Java by using a product innovation and an innovation process approaches. The method used in this research is qualitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the technique of taking data sources with the consideration that getting an in-depth description of the innovation strategy in the media industry in East Java. The data research technique used in this study was semi-structured interviews (semi-structured interviews) with three informants who had been selected by the researcher. The informants are the leaders of three cyber media industry organizations in East Java. The results showed that the three media carried out an innovation strategy. Product innovation is carried out by adding or developing rubrics on the website of the cyber media subject to this. Meanwhile, the process innovation is carried out by improving services such as interactive communication with 24-hour online readers. In addition, a mix of product innovation and innovation process was carried out by adding services in the form of news broadcasts on the YouTube channel.

Abstract

From time to time, public demand for credit increases. The PT Pegadaian (PERSERO) financial report stated that turnover and outstanding loans for each type of credit experienced growth from the previous year, thereby increasing capital rental income. This provides an opportunity for PT Pegadaian as an alternative to provide credit services to low-income groups of people who lack credit facilities from bank financial institutions. PT Pegadaian (Persero) provides credit very easily and quickly. One of the credit services provided to the public at pawnshops is a product called KCA. KCA is a superior product that is respected by the public. In general, the aim of this research is to describe, prove and analyze the influence of promotions and KCA product quality on customer decisions through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Panarukan Unit. The variables used are promotion, KCA product quality, satisfaction and customer decisions. The type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was collected using a purposive sampling method of 105 customers who had chosen more than one KCA product. The analysis tool used is path analysis. After conducting path analysis, it was found that promotion and product quality had a significant direct and indirect effect on customer decisions through satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand awareness and marketing communication mix on the decision to repurchase KCA pawn products through consumer loyalty as an intervening variable at PT Pegadaian Branch Madiun. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all customers who came to the Pegadaian Branch Madiun office who made KCA pawn transactions in April 2024. The sampling technique used in this study was multivariate technique with correlation or multiple regression. The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses descriptive statistics and data analysis using SmartPLS software, which is run on a computer. The results of this study indicate that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions and Consumer Loyalty, while Marketing Communication Mix has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-esteem, organizational culture mediated by innovative behavior on soldier performance in Ranratfib Battalion 1 Menkav 1 Marine Jakarta.. The population in this study is 463 officers serving in the Ranratfib 1 Menkav 1 Marine Battalion Jakarta. This type of research is an explanatory with a quantitative approach.The sampling technique used in this study is multivariate with correlation, so the number of sample members is taken 20 times the number of variables studied. There are 4 variables in this study, so the number of sample members is 20 X 4 variables so that the number of samples is 80 respondents. The data analysis technique of this study uses SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that self-esteem has an effect on innovative behavior. Organizational culture has been proven to have a insignificant effect on innovative behavior. Self-esteem has a positive effect on the performance of soldiers. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on soldier performance. Innovative behavior has been proven to have an effect on the performance of soldiers. Self-esteem has a significant positive effect on soldier performance through innovative behavior. Organizational culture is proven to have no effect on soldier performance through innovative behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis pemrograman kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan prinsip psikologi pendidikan di SMPN 2 Candi, Sidoarjo. Media ini dirancang untuk menyesuaikan konten dan metode pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar, motivasi, serta kemampuan individu siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi. Proses pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas dan luas, serta evaluasi efektivitas media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis AI meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor post-test sebesar 23,5% dibanding pre-test. Media ini mengintegrasikan algoritma sederhana untuk pemetaan preferensi belajar siswa dan memberikan umpan balik otomatis sesuai dengan performa siswa. Dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan, media ini juga terbukti meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Selain itu, sistem memungkinkan guru untuk melakukan asesmen formatif secara real-time, sehingga intervensi pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara lebih tepat dan efisien. Secara keseluruhan, media ini dinilai layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran reguler, serta sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, personalisasi, dan penguatan karakter. Inovasi ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Background: Student management is an important aspect in school management that aims to provide the best educational services to students. In recent decades, research has emphasized the importance of performance-based student management in improving the quality of education. This approach focuses not only on administrative aspects, but also on the development of student character and competence through structured and measurable programs. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The focus of the study includes student planning, student admissions, orientation, attendance arrangements, and student discipline. Findings: This study found that student management is carried out in a structured manner through activity planning, performance-based selection systems, new student orientation, attendance monitoring, and character development through extracurricular activities. The entire process is supported by the use of technology to enhance administrative efficiency and parental engagement. Conclusion: The implementation of performance-based student management can improve the quality of education and shape the character of students better. Schools need to strengthen the student selection system with a more comprehensive method and improve student development programs through a personal approach and the use of educational technology. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study offers new insights into the implementation of performance-based student management in Islamic-based high schools, which can be a model for other schools in improving the effectiveness of student management as a whole.
