Abstract

The development of both information and communication technology requires consumers to increase the intensity in everyday life, because today is in dire need of various elements in the provision of information services and telecommunications.The purpose of this study was the effect of the variable determines the quality of service and marketing communication to customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang.In this study, analyzed the influence of the variable quality of service that consists of items: physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness) and empathy (empathy) and variable marketing communication consists of items: advertising ( advertising), personal selling (personal selling), sales promotion (sales promotion), public relations (public relations), as well as direct marketing (direct marketing) to customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang. The study sample was taken by using purposive sampling of 100 consumers who use products such as smartphones Smartfren (mobile phones) and a modem. This study used a survey method explanatory research. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, library research, internet browsing, and interviews. Then, after the data is collected, the sorting is done by analyzing the data followed using a Likert scale, then test the validity and reliability, and for clicking-use tools such as crosstabs statistical software SPSS 16.0.From the research that has been done, the results showed that based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test (simultaneous) it can be concluded simultaneously affect customer satisfaction, then the t-test results it can be concluded that partially affect customer satisfaction, and based on the results of the regression coefficient (standardized Beta Coefficients), respectively, it is known marketing communications variable dominant influence on customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang. Thus, the effect of service quality and marketing communications simultaneously, partial and dominant influence customer satisfaction. Abstract

Lembaga koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang melindungi kepentingan kaum miskin dan lemah, sehingga kata koperasi dan rakyat tidak dapat dipisahkan. Cooperative dan People adalah dua mata kunci yang melekat erat yang dapat mensyaratkan bahwa latar belakang sejarah dan teori koperasi senantiasa dikaitkan usaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin dan lemah. Prinsip koperasi adalah suatu sistem ide-ide abstrak yang merupakan petunjuk untuk membangun koperasi yang efektif dan tahan lama. Prinsip koperasi terbaru yang dikembangkan International Cooperative Alliance (Federasi koperasi non-pemerintah internasional) adalah keanggotaan yang bersifat terbuka dan sukarela, pengelolaan yang demokratis, partisipasi anggota dalam ekonomi, kebebasan dan otonomi, pengembangan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan informasi. E-budgeting, atau electronic budgeting, adalah proses penggunaan teknologi elektronik dan perangkat lunak khusus untuk merencanakan, mengelola, dan memantau anggaran dari pemerintah yang diberikan kepada Koperasi wanita Nur Hidayah, dengan kesimpulan Pendampingan Dan Pelatihan Penggunaan E-Budgeting Kepada Koperasi Wanita Nur-Hidayah Desa Putat, Kecamatan Tanggulangin Kabipaten Sidoarjo terus melakukan Monitoring serta evaluasi dan memantau penggunaan E-Budgeting oleh koperasi Wanita nur hidayah secara berkala. Abstract

Pengembangan profesional guru merupakan aspek krusial dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, salah satunya melalui Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kebijakan implementasi KKG Bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stufflebeam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed-methods, dengan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 70% guru menganggap materi KKG relevan, tetapi 65% merasa kurang sesuai dengan konteks siswa multilingual. Sumber daya terbatas, di mana hanya 40% pertemuan KKG yang menggunakan fasilitas digital. Partisipasi aktif guru dalam KKG masih rendah (25%), dan metode pelatihan didominasi oleh ceramah (85%). Dampak terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia cukup signifikan, dengan peningkatan 15% dalam kemampuan membaca kritis siswa. Namun, integrasi teknologi dalam pengajaran masih menjadi tantangan, dengan hanya 20% guru yang berhasil mengimplementasikannya. Evaluasi ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah strategis, seperti kontekstualisasi materi KKG untuk siswa multilingual, digitalisasi pertemuan KKG, pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi guru, serta penyederhanaan prosedur administratif agar anggaran dapat terserap secara optimal. Implikasi kebijakan yang diusulkan meliputi revisi panduan KKG oleh Dinas Pendidikan serta penguatan kapasitas fasilitator dalam metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum biologi berbasis konteks lingkungan merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadap permasalahan ekologi serta penerapannya dalam kehidupan nyata. Pendekatan holistik dalam pembelajaran sains memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep biologi secara lebih komprehensif, menghubungkan aspek teori dengan praktik serta relevansinya terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Studi ini membahas implementasi kurikulum berbasis lingkungan dalam pembelajaran biologi, dengan menyoroti metode, strategi, serta dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis terhadap efektivitas penerapan kurikulum holistik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan konteks lingkungan dalam pembelajaran biologi dapat meningkatkan minat belajar, pemahaman konseptual, serta keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Selain itu, penerapan pendekatan ini juga mendorong kesadaran lingkungan dan sikap bertanggung jawab terhadap ekosistem. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kurikulum biologi berbasis konteks lingkungan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan sains di era modern.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the world of education is increasingly inevitable. One form of ICT utilization that is currently developing rapidly is the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the learning process. AI technology has great potential in supporting the teaching and learning process, both in terms of delivering materials, interacting with students, and in terms of assessment and evaluation. In junior high schools, especially at SMPN 3 Taman, learning Indonesian still faces challenges in developing students' writing skills, especially in narrative learning materials, such as making short stories. Learning short stories requires creativity, understanding of text structure, and good language skills. However, this learning process is often hampered by limited teaching resources and less innovative teaching techniques. This study analyzes the effectiveness of using AI media in learning to write short stories at Taman 3 State Junior High School, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several secondary schools that have implemented AI in Indonesian language learning, By using a case study method involving observation, interviews, and document analysis, the results of the study show that AI contributes to increasing student creativity, helping to compile a more systematic storyline, and increasing student confidence in writing. However, the use of AI in learning to write short stories still requires teacher guidance so that it remains in line with educational goals and does not reduce students' natural creativity.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad 21. Program ini dirancang untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, kolaborasi (4C), serta kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pelatihan, diskusi kolaboratif, dan pendampingan selama satu bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep KKG, penggunaan teknologi, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif di kelas. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antar guru dan menumbuhkan semangat kepemimpinan profesional. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan pedagogik dapat diatasi melalui komitmen semua pihak. Kegiatan KKG terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, sosialisasi KKG ini bukan hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan kepemimpinan profesional di antara para guru, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Kecamatan Tanggulangin. Ke depan, KKG harus tetap dijadikan sebagai sarana berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru, guna menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis pemrograman kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan prinsip psikologi pendidikan di SMPN 2 Candi, Sidoarjo. Media ini dirancang untuk menyesuaikan konten dan metode pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar, motivasi, serta kemampuan individu siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi. Proses pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas dan luas, serta evaluasi efektivitas media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis AI meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor post-test sebesar 23,5% dibanding pre-test. Media ini mengintegrasikan algoritma sederhana untuk pemetaan preferensi belajar siswa dan memberikan umpan balik otomatis sesuai dengan performa siswa. Dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan, media ini juga terbukti meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Selain itu, sistem memungkinkan guru untuk melakukan asesmen formatif secara real-time, sehingga intervensi pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara lebih tepat dan efisien. Secara keseluruhan, media ini dinilai layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran reguler, serta sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, personalisasi, dan penguatan karakter. Inovasi ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the cooking spices industry, with a case study of Lilik Rochim (LLR) Cooking Spices consumers in Sidoarjo. Increasingly tight competition in this industry requires producers to understand the factors that influence customer loyalty in order to maintain market share. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 90 respondents who are LLR Cooking Spices customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the relationship between the independent variables (service quality, product quality, price, and customer satisfaction) with the dependent variable (customer loyalty). Findings: The results of the study indicate that service quality, product quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between service quality, product quality, price, and customer loyalty. Thus, improving service quality, providing high product quality, and setting competitive prices can increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately has an impact on increasing customer loyalty. Conclusion: These findings have strategic implications for cooking spices producers in designing effective marketing policies to increase customer loyalty. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study uniquely examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in linking service quality, product quality, and price to customer loyalty within the context of the Indonesian cooking spices industry.

Abstract

Background: Student management is an important aspect in school management that aims to provide the best educational services to students. In recent decades, research has emphasized the importance of performance-based student management in improving the quality of education. This approach focuses not only on administrative aspects, but also on the development of student character and competence through structured and measurable programs. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The focus of the study includes student planning, student admissions, orientation, attendance arrangements, and student discipline. Findings: This study found that student management is carried out in a structured manner through activity planning, performance-based selection systems, new student orientation, attendance monitoring, and character development through extracurricular activities. The entire process is supported by the use of technology to enhance administrative efficiency and parental engagement. Conclusion: The implementation of performance-based student management can improve the quality of education and shape the character of students better. Schools need to strengthen the student selection system with a more comprehensive method and improve student development programs through a personal approach and the use of educational technology. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study offers new insights into the implementation of performance-based student management in Islamic-based high schools, which can be a model for other schools in improving the effectiveness of student management as a whole.
