Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi, Kelentukan dan Kecepatan Terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola Futsal Siswa SMP YP-PGRI 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui  pengaruh  langsung motivasi terhadap kecepatan (2) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kecepatan (3) mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (4) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (5) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (6) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal  melalui kecepatan (7) mengetahui pengaruh kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal melalui kecepatan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan mengunakan teknik analisis jalur. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dengan total 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh melalui angket, split dan sprint yang kemudian di analisis mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ) ada pengaruh  langsung motivasi terhadap kecepatan sebesar 0.024 (2) tidak ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kelentukan terhadap kecepatan sebesar 0.761 (3) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 0.000 (4) ada pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 0.014 (5) ada pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola 0.038 (6) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal  melalui kecepatan sebesar 08.14% (7) pengaruh kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal melalui kecepatan sebesar 01.44%.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the physical activity of lecturers in South Sulawesi. The research method used is survey or observation with a cross-sectional research design through a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using google form. The population in this research were lecturers in South Sulawesi who were selected through the criteria of:  1) adults 25-58; 2) lecturer; 3)  being able to access the online questionnaire; and 4) willing to participate in the research. The research questionnaire was prepared to determine the determinants of physical activity using age data, walking, jogging, cycling, and gymnastic activities. The result of the research shows that the type of physical activity that is actively doing by the lecturer is walking

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kekuatan tungkai dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik analisis jalur untuk analisis datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar yang menjadi pengurus UKM Olahraga dengan sampel berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung yang diberikan Kekuatan Tungkai (X1) terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola (Y) sebesar 0.382 yang diperoleh dari nilai Beta. Adapun nilai X1 yakni sig = 0.015 < 0.05 yang menandakan bahwa variabel X1 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Sedangkan pengaruh Kelincahan (X2) terhadap Kemampuan menggiring bola (Y) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.431 dengan nilai sig = 0.007 < 0.05 yang menandakan bahwa variabel X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Pengaruh tidak langsung X1 melalui X2 terhadap Y adalah perkalian antara nilai Beta X1 terhadap X2 dengan nilai Beta X2 terhadap Y, sehingga diperoleh persamaan 0.684 × 0.431 = 0.295. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0.382 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0.295. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa Kekuatan Tungkai memiliki pengaruh langsung lebih besar terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola. Kata kunci: Kekuatan Kaki, Kelincahan, Dribble, Permainan Futsal

Abstract

The ability to serve short in badminton is one of the most important strokes. The game of badminton begins with a short serve, so it is necessary to master the skills and basic techniques of the underhand serve. The research method used is quantitative research with correlational research. This correlational study involved two independent variables, namely hand-eye coordination and wrist flexibility, while the dependent variable was short serve ability in badminton. The population in this study was PB Avanti Makassar, with a sample of 30 athletes taken by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the correlation coefficient. The results of the research conducted show that: 1). There is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and short serve ability in badminton with a value of r = 0.755. 2). There is a significant relationship between wrist flexibility and short serve ability in badminton, with a value of r = 0.731. 3). There is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and wrist flexibility, together with the short serve ability in badminton games, with a value of R = 0.853.

Abstract

Pola hidup sehat merupakan gaya hidup sehat yang berkaiatan dengan fungsi kesehatan jasmani dan kesehatan rohani seseorang. Pentingnya pemahaman pola hidup sehat guna mendukung segala bentuk aktivitas dalam sehari-hari. Kurang pemahaman terkait pentingnya pola hidup sehat maka berdampak pada resiko pada kesehatan tubuh atau jasmanininya. Seseorang berisiko mudah terserang penyakit bilamana tidak menjaga pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan PKM ini berlandaskan dari masalah tersebut. Dengan memberikan pemahaman atau edukasi untuk meningkatkan pola hidup sehat maka seseorang akan lebih menjaga gaya hidup yang sehat dan bersih. Peningkatan pola hidup sehat di SD Inpres Parang Gowa dilakukan 2 tahapan yakni tahapan sosialisasi atau edukasi pemahaman pola hidup sehat dan tahap bimbingan pembelajaran aktivitas olahraga. Kegiatan PKM ini memberi manfaat yang baiak khususnya dapat memotivasi peserta didik untuk memulai hidup sehat dan meningkatkan pola hidup sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning in this era is very important. The existence of technology-based learning facilities and tools such as smart classrooms make learning more effective. Athletics courses which are synonymous with practical learning and carried out in the field can be integrated with platform learning on smart class features. The purpose of this research is to determine student perceptions regarding the use of smart classrooms in learning athletics courses. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research methods. The research technique was carried out by collecting data through direct interviews and classroom observations. The respondents in this research were 1st semester students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, STKIP YPUP Makassar. Based on the results of field research, it is stated that student perceptions regarding the use of smart classrooms in learning athletics courses provide new experiences for students. Students responded positively about the use of smart classrooms. Overall, the results of this research state that students are more active in interacting and independent in accessing their new knowledge. Students are more motivated to take athletic courses conducted through the smart classroom. The use of smart classrooms in learning is an innovation in developing technology-based learning. use of technology in learning in this era is very important. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of dumbbell training on the ability to serve over the top of the volleyball game. The population in this study consisted of 30 students from SMA Negeri 6 Kendari. Sampling was done through a total sampling technique, which resulted in a sample of 30 people. The research instrument was the upper service ability test, the training method used was dumbbells. By applying statistical analysis, the t-test was carried out using SPSS version 25 software, it was revealed that there was a positive influence between arm muscle strength and upper service ability, with a value (t count) of 2.218 and a value that had a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. It was proven that there was a percentage increase of 20.05% in the pre-test and post-test after doing arm muscle strength training. These results mean the effectiveness of dumbbell training on the ability to serve over the top of the volleyball game.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani (Penjas) di perguruan tinggi Makassar melalui pendekatan yang lebih personal dan adaptif. Model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis teknologi diharapkan dapat memenuhi beragam gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi model tersebut dalam konteks pembelajaran Penjas dan dampaknya terhadap pengalaman belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis tematik, yang meliputi pengkodean data, pengidentifikasian tema utama, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, Dosen berhasil menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan kemampuan dan penyesuaian materi terbuka, yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan individu. Peningkatan Motivasi belajar hingga 80%, dengan 75% menyatakan lebih tertarik untuk mengikuti kelas. Keterlibatan dalam kegiatan praktikum meningkat hingga 70%, dengan lebih banyak siswa berpartisipasi dalam diskusi dan aktivitas fisik. Penyesuaian materi dan metode pembelajaran meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, terbukti dari hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 15% dibandingkan semester sebelumnya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman belajar dalam pembelajaran Penjas di perguruan tinggi Makassar. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a technology-based differentiated learning model in enhancing the effectiveness of Physical Education (Penjas) instruction in higher education institutions in Makassar. This model is designed to accommodate diverse student learning styles through a more personalized and adaptive approach. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, which include coding, identifying key themes, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that implementing this learning model increases student motivation by up to 80%, with 75% of students expressing greater interest in attending classes. Student engagement in practical activities also rose to 70%, particularly in discussions and physical activities. Furthermore, students' conceptual understanding improved significantly, as evidenced by an average score increase of 15% compared to the previous semester. Thus, this study concludes that the technology-based differentiated learning model significantly enhances students' learning experiences in Physical Education instruction at the higher education level.
