Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi, Kelentukan dan Kecepatan Terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola Futsal Siswa SMP YP-PGRI 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui  pengaruh  langsung motivasi terhadap kecepatan (2) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kecepatan (3) mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (4) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (5) mengetahui pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola (6) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal  melalui kecepatan (7) mengetahui pengaruh kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal melalui kecepatan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan mengunakan teknik analisis jalur. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dengan total 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh melalui angket, split dan sprint yang kemudian di analisis mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ) ada pengaruh  langsung motivasi terhadap kecepatan sebesar 0.024 (2) tidak ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kelentukan terhadap kecepatan sebesar 0.761 (3) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 0.000 (4) ada pengaruh langsung kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 0.014 (5) ada pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola 0.038 (6) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal  melalui kecepatan sebesar 08.14% (7) pengaruh kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan futsal melalui kecepatan sebesar 01.44%.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the physical activity of lecturers in South Sulawesi. The research method used is survey or observation with a cross-sectional research design through a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using google form. The population in this research were lecturers in South Sulawesi who were selected through the criteria of:  1) adults 25-58; 2) lecturer; 3)  being able to access the online questionnaire; and 4) willing to participate in the research. The research questionnaire was prepared to determine the determinants of physical activity using age data, walking, jogging, cycling, and gymnastic activities. The result of the research shows that the type of physical activity that is actively doing by the lecturer is walking

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kekuatan tungkai dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik analisis jalur untuk analisis datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar yang menjadi pengurus UKM Olahraga dengan sampel berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung yang diberikan Kekuatan Tungkai (X1) terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola (Y) sebesar 0.382 yang diperoleh dari nilai Beta. Adapun nilai X1 yakni sig = 0.015 < 0.05 yang menandakan bahwa variabel X1 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Sedangkan pengaruh Kelincahan (X2) terhadap Kemampuan menggiring bola (Y) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.431 dengan nilai sig = 0.007 < 0.05 yang menandakan bahwa variabel X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Pengaruh tidak langsung X1 melalui X2 terhadap Y adalah perkalian antara nilai Beta X1 terhadap X2 dengan nilai Beta X2 terhadap Y, sehingga diperoleh persamaan 0.684 × 0.431 = 0.295. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0.382 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0.295. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa Kekuatan Tungkai memiliki pengaruh langsung lebih besar terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola. Kata kunci: Kekuatan Kaki, Kelincahan, Dribble, Permainan Futsal

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to develop a cooperative learning model of the Jigsaw type based on the HIKMAH syntax, tailored to the characteristics of Physical Education learning at the junior high school level. The background of the research stems from the issue of low student participation and engagement in Physical Education classes, which are still predominantly teacher-centered. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).The product developed includes a model guidebook, lesson plans (RPP), student activity sheets (LAS), and assessment instruments. The model integrates the stages of the Jigsaw type into the HIKMAH syntax (ConnectIdentifyGroupDeliberateApplyReflect). Validation by content experts, cooperative learning experts, and educational evaluation experts concluded that the product is suitable for use with minor revisions. A limited trial was conducted on 8th-grade students of SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Makassar.The results showed that the developed model increased student active participation, improved group collaboration, and enhanced learning outcomes. The average student score improved from 68 (pretest) to 83 (posttest), with more than 80% of students actively engaged. Therefore, the cooperative learning model of the Jigsaw type based on HIKMAH syntax is effective for use in junior high school Physical Education.Keywords: development, learning model, cooperative, Jigsaw, Physical Education, HIKMAHAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berbasis sintaks HIKMAH yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di SMP. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan rendahnya partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK, yang masih didominasi oleh pendekatan teacher-centered. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Produk yang dikembangkan meliputi buku panduan model pembelajaran, RPP, lembar aktivitas siswa (LAS), dan instrumen evaluasi. Model ini mengintegrasikan tahapan Jigsaw ke dalam sintaks HIKMAH (HubungkanIdentifikasiKelompokkanMusyawarahkanAplikasikanHasilkan refleksi). Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli pembelajaran kooperatif, dan ahli evaluasi pendidikan, menunjukkan bahwa produk dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan revisi minor. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, memperkuat kerja sama dalam kelompok, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 68 (pretest) menjadi 83 (posttest), dengan lebih dari 80% siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berbasis HIKMAH efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran PJOK tingkat SMP.Kata kunci: pengembangan, model pembelajaran, kooperatif, Jigsaw, Pendidikan Jasmani, HIKMAH

Abstract

Petanque is a precision sport that requires high levels of concentration, emotional stability, and mental readiness to cope with competitive pressure. Student-athletes of Petanque at the Faculty of Sports Science and Health, Universitas Negeri Makassar, generally demonstrate adequate technical and physical abilities; however, mental skills training, particularly self-talk, has not been systematically integrated into their training programs. This community service activity aimed to strengthen athletes’ mental readiness through self-talk training based on experiential learning. The program employed a descriptive–participatory approach involving 28 student-athletes of Petanque at FIKK UNM. The training was conducted through three main stages: socialization, experiential games, and structured reflection. Data were collected qualitatively through direct observation and participants’ reflections. The results indicated that experiential learning–based self-talk training enhanced athletes’ awareness of their internal dialogue during sport activities. Athletes began to recognize the role of self-talk in maintaining focus, regulating emotions, and fostering positive team communication. Experiential activities enabled athletes to meaningfully connect self-talk concepts with real training and competition situations. This community service program demonstrates that self-talk training can serve as an applicable and relevant mental coaching strategy for student-athletes, particularly in precision sports such as petanque. The training model has the potential to be further developed and replicated as part of a holistic and sustainable athlete development program in higher education settings.

Abstract

Futsal extracurricular activities in secondary schools generally focus on mastering basic techniques, while understanding game strategy has not received optimal attention. This condition has an impact on students' limited ability to read game situations and make appropriate decisions. This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding of futsal game strategy through video-based analysis training for students of MAN 4 Bone. The implementation method uses a participatory training and mentoring approach that includes the presentation of futsal strategy concepts, match video analysis, group discussions, and simulations of strategy implementation on the field. The activity participated in 30 students who are members of the futsal extracurricular. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of aspects of game formations, offensive and defensive transitions, and game decision-making. In addition, the level of student participation during the activity was high and the quality of the game became more structured. This activity proves that video media is effective as a learning tool for futsal strategy and has the potential to be developed as an innovative and sustainable model for school futsal development.
