Abstract

Kantor Kelurahan Air Itam merupakan salah satu Kantor Kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Bukit Intan Kota Pagkalpinang yang merupakan bagian dari sistem kepemerintahan yang berhubungan langsung dengan publik. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada Kelurahan Air Itam dapat di buatkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pekerjaan, agar lebih cepat dan akurat dalam memberikan informasi dan melayani penduduk di karenakan pengolahan data masih dalam bentuk pembukuan atau arsip sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan bahkan ada arsip yang hilang atau rusak karena terlalu banyak arsip yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi kependudukan dengan berbasis website sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem yang ada sebelumnya, dapat mengolah data secara lebih efektif dan efisen serta dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada penduduk Kelurahan Air Itam. Metodologi yang di gunakan dalam sistem ini menggunakan metodologi waterfall dan menggunakan Tools seperti HTML, PHP, PhpMyAdmin, MySql, XAMPP, Adobe Dreamweaver. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi kependudukan berbasis website yang dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih tepat, akurat dan cepat dan meningkatkan kinerja proses pelayanan bagi penduduk Kelurahan Air Itam. Abstract

The role, influence and use of information technology today impacts all companies, including CV Indojaya. CV. INDOJAYA is a retread tire manufacturing company as well as a distributor to various areas in the province of Bangka Belitung. The use of information technology has the potential to determine success, success, to gain a competitive advantage for the company. Increased use of information technology must be directly proportional to the investment that has been issued. For this reason, it is necessary to have good information technology governance, by evaluating the use of IT governance. In order for the investment in Information Technology that has been issued by CV Indojaya to be comparable to the objectives, CV Indojaya must implement good Information Technology Governance. Currently CV Indojaya has used and implemented the management of information technology, but there has never been an evaluation of the management of existing information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the management of information technology using the COBIT 4.1 framework. Because COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) has an information technology framework and provides guidance based on best practices according to ISACA to managers, auditors, users to bridge business aspects, IT control and technical needs. Abstract

Tata kelola teknologi informasi pada proses pengelolaan data adalah manajemen pengelolaan data yang merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan ataupun organisasi. Langkah-langkah perbaikan yang berkelanjutan (continous improvement) terhadap tata kelola teknologi informasi khususnya pada proses pengelolaan data diharapkan akan mampu meminimalisasi risiko ancaman di atas. Kajian penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan cobit framework 4.0 dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 domain yang ada yaitu Plan and Organization, Aquire and Implement, Delivery and support serta Monitor and evaluate. Abstract

Ren'z Hotel Pangkalpinang is a hotel that is strategically located in the middle of Pangkalpinang City. The reservation service or room reservation that he does is still conventional, that is, it is recorded in a book and entered into a computer using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet). Guests who make room reservations to stay can only be done by telephone, or come in person. The existence of a human error factor in the process of recording room reservations causes frequent errors in recording room reservations, the length of information in checking the status of the room is filled or empty or has been ordered. The existence of these problems is the background of the author to conduct research at this Ren'z Hotel. The web-based hotel system will make it very easy for prospective guests who will make reservations or room reservations without having to come to the hotel first. It is hoped that with this system ordering can be faster, more precise, accurate and improve a quality performance and also provide information services to consumers. The research method carried out by the author is the method of collecting data in the form of observations, interviews and literature studies, while the system development method uses the waterfall by using tools in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and making the application using the Laravel Framework.

Abstract

Website-based technology, networks, the internet, are technological advances that are often used today, where the development is quite rapid and is used by many people, and in various fields, one of which is the field of law. Legal Aid is a legal service provided by legal aid providers free of charge to legal aid recipients. The Legal Aid Foundation (YLBH) Bangka Belitung is one of the Legal Aid Institutions in Indonesia located in Pangkalpinang. This Legal Aid Institute was established with the aim of providing free legal aid services to people who need legal assistance, but are unable, legally blind and oppressed. The process of providing legal aid has many problems and shortcomings. Existing problems. The administrative data management process for the provision of legal aid is not well organized, the data recording of legal aid applicants is still done conventionally, there is no evidence of submission of the required files and files sometimes forget to record, this causes the data of legal aid applicants to be invalid, and the length of the reporting process each month. In this study, the author uses the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) model. It is hoped that with this web-based information system, it will facilitate the administrative processing of the application for legal aid, filing documents more neatly, efficiently, effectively and simplifying the process of searching for data, information needed, and reporting can also be faster

Abstract

Inventory of goods is an important work activity in a trading business. Improper inventory management can cause deviations in inventory control, errors in recording the entry and exit of goods, and even a decline in business performance. Awanda Shop is a shop that operates in the staple goods business. The process of entering and exiting goods from the warehouse to the shop still often occurs with errors, delays in delivery, stock imbalances with the availability of goods in the shop, because the recording is still done manually. The existence of this inventory problem made the author analyze and help create a web-based inventory information system to optimize logistics and stock control from the warehouse to the store, making it easier to check and control well. This research uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) with UML (Unified Modeling Language) to communicate designs in paper based form. The database design used is using ERD and LRS, the UML tools used by the author are activity diagrams and use case diagrams. Having a web-based inventory system can simplify the processing for users. transactions and distribution of inventory in warehouses and shops, prevent discrepancies in existing inventory, prevent fraud or loss of goods, increase efficiency and effectiveness of service and performance

Abstract

Rumah makan  merupakan  usaha di bidang kuliner yang menjanjikan, menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang tidak memiliki waktu untuk memasak. Persediaan (inventory) bahan makanan merupakan hal penting untuk menjaga keberlangsungan operasionalnya, karena kekurangan bahan baku  berdampak pada kelancaran operasional rumah makan tersebut. Rumah Makan N.A.D merupakan salah satu rumahmakan  di pangkalpinang. Proses pencatatan, pembelian dan pengeluaran bahan baku makanan hanya di tulis di sebuah buku bahkan terkadang di selembar kertas, yang rentan akan kehilangan catatan bahkan lupa, bahkan hilangnya bahan baku, hal ini bisa menyebabkan kerugian dalam bisnis. Oleh karena itu penulis membantu untuk membuatkan rancangan sistem inventory  bahan baku di warung N.A.D ,dengan menggunakan model FAST agar setiap pembelian dan pengeluaran bahan baku  bisa diketahui , terdata dengan baik baik yang dibeli setiap harinya ataupun mingguan. Pemilik Usaha (Owner) juga bisa memantau persediaan bahan makanan yang ada. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem ini bisa mengetahui jumlah, biaya dan waktu pembelian bahan baku

Abstract

5G networks enable ultra-high speed, low latency, and massive connectivity for critical applications such as IoT, autonomous vehicles, and digital healthcare. However, the complexity and high traffic volume in 5G architectures increase the risk of anomalies that threaten service quality and security. This study addresses the problem by proposing a real-time anomaly detection framework based on streaming data and ensemble learning algorithms. Network traffic is processed through a stream processing platform, while ensemble models such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Voting Classifier are applied to improve detection accuracy. Experimental results show that the proposed system achieves high accuracy and low latency in detecting anomalies, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and technical failures. This research contributes a scalable and effective solution to enhance 5G network security and reliability, advancing the field of cybersecurity and network analytics.

Abstract

The issue of limited digital competence in learning at SMA Negeri Namang, Bangka Tengah, requires serious attention due to its impact on the quality of education and students' preparedness for the digital era. This community service project aimed to improve digital learning management competence and mastery of educational platforms through a comprehensive training approach for 11th-grade students from the science and social studies departments. The activity was conducted using an interactive learning and hands-on practice approach over 2 days, involving 35 students through theory, practice, and continuous evaluation sessions. The material covered included the fundamentals of digital learning, managing online educational platforms, and techniques for optimizing learning media, with a total duration of 16 learning hours. The results showed an average competence increase of 68.5%, with a participant satisfaction level of 89.7% and an improvement in educational platform management skills of 72.3%. Program evaluation indicated a significant transfer of knowledge, with direct implementation in digital learning projects. This community service activity successfully and measurably improved students' digital competence and provided tangible benefits in the form of practical skills in digital learning management
