Abstract

Leadership in the realm of social skills as a science and art influences people or groups to act as expected to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Leadership skills education is one of the important things to apply in madrasah as an organized group to achieve educational learning objectives. Social skills are the ability that a person has to dare to act and speak, express every feeling or problem faced while finding a solutive solution of his own thinking. There are 6 important results of having social skills, namely: (1) personality and identity development, (2) developing work ability, productivity, and career success, (3) improving quality of life, (4) improving physical health, (5) improving psychological health, and (6) overcoming stress. Urgency in the organization order as a form of social skills also requires. Leadership skills are the key to organizational success, as an organization, education also requires leadership aspects. Leadership skills are needed to bring constructive changes in teaching programs in accordance with the various values and objectives of decision makers. The quality of education will be at stake through that learning process. Meanwhile, the quality of learning involves conditioning both teacher professionalism, educational leadership influences organized group activities in an effort to determine the educational goals to be achieved, namely shaping people into complete human mental and social physical eye.

Abstract

Education urgency is the most profitable humanitarian investment and urgent for the nation's development. If you want to be in the field of education, Indonesia must want to have a number of countries that advanced in the field of education, as well as Finland. Finland has managed to make itself the country with the world's number one best education system. It is certainly not detached from the hard work and seriousness of the government to commit to the success of national education. There are several procedures in the education system in Finland that differ from other state education systems in the world. It should remain positioned that education is a social and humanitarian institution, not a political and business institution. The progress of a nation is more determined by the character of its inhabitants and the inhabitants are built through quality and relevant education. If a country or nation has advances in education, it can be ensured both socially, politically, and so on. But we need to know that the modern and advanced country will never be separated from education, because education is the center of the development of various aspects in a country.

Abstract

Social problems in every society have a significant level of cultural diversity andinteractionism patterns with one another that are very different. This deflation involves the levelof cultural development and the condition of its natural environment. These problems can bemanifested in moral issues, political problems, religious problems and other problems. Humanitieseducation is an educational material that reflects human integrity and helps people to becomemore humane, which is to help humans to actualize existing potentials, so that eventually acomplete human being is formed, which has emotional maturity, moral maturity and spiritualmaturity. Various kinds of cases of violence that occur in social life, anarchist actions andviolations of human values have even become everyday. The indicator is that education has notplayed a significant role in the process of building a national personality with a social andhumanitarian spirit. Apparently, humans must be more “humanized” again. The protractednation’s decline is also related to educational failures in the past which resulted in adehumanization process. The educational process that emphasizes the development of personalityincludes a broader process, namely improving thought processes, feeling, and acting. With thehope of students being able to practice the values of life which include the values of truth(verum), beauty (pulcrum) and kindness (bonum).Keywords: Educational Problems, Social Humanities

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of religions and beliefs, tribes,numbers and distribution of the number and distribution of the island, the language so that thecountry of Indonesia is referred to as a multicultural country. Bali as one of the areas that existin Indonesia in particular has a diversity of cultural segmentation both in terms of religion,dresta, lifestyle that is almost different in each region. The diversity makes them have a thickmulticultural character that includes the beliefs, ideas, worldviews, policies, attitudes and actionsof a pluralistic society in terms of ethnicity, culture, religion etc., but has the aspiration todevelop the same spirit of kinship and has the pride to defend the plurality. segmentation culturethat emerged in the community demands a level of gap that leads to social problems.Multiculturalism in this Balinese society provides a new perspective in examining a variety ofsocial and different life patterns in every region in Bali, through multicultural studies make theBalinese society civilized in a social system intact to build a harmonious, peaceful, safe, tolerant,mutual life respect, cooperate and cooperate in the framework of unity and unity of the wholenation.

Abstract

In this research article, the objective of this research is to analyze the main points of educational material based on Balinese folklore in learning Hinduism in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative research approach, with descriptive methods. The sample consisted of elementary school teachers who taught Hinduism in grades I, II, and III which are well known in Bali Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques with percentages. The results of the study were to: First, the indicators of the types of Balinese folklore used in learning Hinduism in grades I, II, and III of elementary schools in Bali Province. Second, the character values contained in Balinese folklore used in learning Hinduism for grade I, II, and III elementary school students in Bali Province, third, whatever is relevant the character education values contained in Balinese folklore with the competencies required by Hindu Religion Subject in Elementary School.
