Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the effect of inquiry learning model with scaffolding techniques toward ability of science literacy and natural science learning achievement. The design used in this study was using basic pattern Single Factorial Independent Group Design with quasi-experiment type. The sample used was 58 students. The data collected were ability of science literacy and naural science learning achievement. The data were analyzed by using MANOVA used SPSS 17.00 for windows. Research results showed that: First, the ability of science literacy students who were taught by using inquiry learning model with scaffolding techniques was significantly better than students who were taught by using conventional model (F = 19,982; p < 0.05). Second, the natural science achievement of students who were taught by using inquiry learning model with scaffolding techniques was significantly better than students who were taught by using conventional model (F = 13,268; p < 0.05). Third, simultaneously, the ability of science literacy and natural science learning achievement between students who were taught by using inquiry model with scaffolding techniques was significantly better than students who were taught by using conventional model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan literasi sains dan prestasi belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran inquiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang mengikuti model Pembelajaran Konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus I Kecamatan Bebandem. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Data kemampuan literasi sains dan prestasi belajar IPA diukur dengan menggunakan tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan Manova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan: 1) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan prestasi belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran inquiri terbimbing berbasis lingkungan dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; 2) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran inquiri terbimbing berbasis lingkungan dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; 3) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran inquiri terbimbing berbasis lingkungan dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran Fisika berupa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan buku siswa kelas X SMK dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation yang valid, praktis dan efektif meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Semua data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) validitas perangkat dikategorikan valid dengan nilai validitas buku siswa 3,17 dan RPP 3,52, (2) kepraktisan perangkat dikategorikan sangat praktis, dengan nilai keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 3,43, rata-rata respon guru 3,71 dan respon siswa 3,54 , (3) perangkat pembelajaran berada pada kategori efektif, dengan rata-rata nilai tes literasi sains 79,54 dan ketuntasan 88,24%. Kata Kunci : Group Investigation, Literasi Sains, Perangkat Pembelajaran Fisika This development research aimed at producing a physics learning device in the form of lesson plan (RPP) and class X student book of SMK with valid, practical, and effective Group Investigation learning model to improve the students’ scientific literacy. All data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the study result, it is obtained that: (1) the validity of the device is considered valid with the validity values are 3.17 for student book and 3.52 for RPP, (2) the practicality of the device is categorized very practical, with the value of fulfilled learning device is 3.43, the average response of teachers is 3.71, and the student response is 3.54, (3) the effective learning is in the effective category, with the average value of scientific literacy test 79.54 and the completeness 88.24%.keyword : group investigation, scientific literacy, physics learning tool

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya model pendidikan agama hindu berbasis glokalisasi untuk peningkatan mutu siswa SD Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan tipe “Prototipycal Studies. Data dalam penelitian ini akan dikumpulkan dengan: (1) pedoman observasi, (2) pedoman wawancara, (3) kuisioner, (4) pedoman studi dokumen, (5) fokus groups discussion, dan (6) interrater validity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, Nilai- nilai karakter global yang visibel dan relevan untuk diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan karakter berdasarkan spektrum teori rekonstruksi sosial Vygotsky dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama hindu bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V, yaitu: kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokrasi, objektivitas, multikultur, berpikir terbuka, kepedulian sosial, opened culture, pendidikan seks, anti rasisme, anti pelecehan, kesetaraan gender, kepemimpinan, kehormatan diri, kehormatan bangsa dan negara, peduli lingkungan, hak azazi manusia, morality dignity, dan penghargaan pada minoritas. Kedua, rekonstruksi struktur muatan kurikulum pendidikan agama hindu Sekolah Dasar kelas V yaitu:  mantram dainika upasana, ahimsa, satya dan tat tvam asi, moksha sebagai tujuan akhir, keharmonisan hidup melalui tri hita karana, catur guru, melihat dan mengenal tempat suci dalam agama hindu, kitab suci veda.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of inquiry model implementation towards science literacy and science learning outcome of SDN 4 Sangsit. This was quasi-experimental research with Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. Research population was all students V SD 4 Sangsit which consisted of 40 students. A total of 40 students were selected as the sample which was determined by random sampling technique. Science literacy data were collected using questionniare and science learning outcome data were collected using multiple choice test. Data were analyzed using MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) assisted by SPSS 17.00 for windows. Research results show: First, science literacy of students who followed inquiry method was better than students who followed conventional learning. Second, science learning outcome of students who followed inquiry method was better than students who followed conventional learning. Third, science literacy and learning outcome of students who followed inquiry method were significantly better than students who followed conventional learning.

Abstract

Teaching practice students are asked to implement a learning plan in a device that has been prepared. The task of the lecturer is to monitor and guide the implementation of learning planning and the atability of mastering the teaching skills of students. Teaching skills are skills that are absolutely mastered by students as a prospective teacher. Teaching skills have an important function in supporting the success of the learning process.Students must master Generic Taching Skills including: 1. Skills in developing learning scenarios; 2. Skills to open and close learning; 3. Explaining skills; 4.Questioning skills; 5. Skills provide reinforcement; 6.Skills using media and tools; 7. Variety skills; 8.Skills guiding discussion; 9. Learning assessment skills; 10. Classroom management skills. Being a mandatory skill that students have as a candidate for regeneration educators must master Generic Taching Skills as a provision to create a superior quality of learners and quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific approach to Civics learningachievement in terms of student democratic attitudes. This research is a quasi-experimentalstudy with the design of The Posttest-Only Control-Design Group. The study population was allfifth grade students of Elementary School I, Abang Subdistrict, totaling 147 students. A total of100 students were selected as samples determined by group random sampling technique. Dataon democratic attitudes were collected by questionnaires and learning outcomes using multiplechoice tests. Data were analyzed using ANA-B ANOVA analysis assisted by SPSS 17.00 forWindows. Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the scientific approach to civics learning achievement in terms of students' democratic attitudes. This research is a quasiexperimental study with The Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. The study population was all students in class V of Elementary School I Class Abang District, totaling 147 students. A total of 100 students were selected as samples determined by the group random sampling technique. Data  on democratic attitudes were collected by questionnaire and learning outcomes using multiple choice tests. Data were analyzed using Anava A-B analysis assisted by SPSS 17.00 for windows. The results showed that: First, there were differences in PKN learning achievement between students who took lessons with a scientific approach and students who studied with conventional learning models in class V students of Cluster I District Brother PKN learning achievement of students who take lessons with a scientific approach is better than PKN learning achievement of students who take lessons with conventional learning. Secondly, there is an interaction between the application of learning models and students' democratic attitudes towards PKN learning achievement in the fifth grade students of Cluster I of Abang District. For students who have high democratic attitudes, PKN learning achievement of students who take lessons with a scientific approach is better than conventional learning. Third, the learning outcomes of students who have high democratic attitudes who take lessons with a scientific approach are better than students who take lessons with conventional models. Kempat, for students who have low democratic attitudes, there is no difference in learning achievement between students who take lessons with a scientific approach and students who take lessons with conventional learning.
