Abstract

Aims : This study aims to determine self-efficacy in individuals who are at risk for tuberculosis. Design : This study used a descriptive method and was conducted in August 2019 with 119 respondents who were sellected by using random s The number of samples is 119 respondents with inclusion criteria: respondents in their area there are TB cases, aged 18-45 years, can read and write, and do not have hearing or vision impairments. Exclusion criteria: have a mental disorder. Sampling was obtained through random sampling. Methdos : This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Results : this study has shown that more than half of the respondents have low self-efficacy as many as 63 people (52.9%). Conclusions : self-efficacy in individuals who are at risk for tuberculosis is still low. The lack of knowledge that contributes to the prevention of tuberculosis is still a problem. Support from the environment and the closest people is needed so that family empowerment can increase self-efficacy

Abstract

Kader kesehatan, sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat masyarakat, memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan edukasi, pendampingan, dan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan pada kelompok Ibu hamil dan wanita usia subur. Namun, kemampuan kader dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masih terbatas akibat kurangnya pelatihan dan sumber daya yang memadai. Program "KASIH" (Kesehatan Wanita Usia Subur dan Ibu Hamil) dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam mendukung kesehatan WUS dan ibu hamil melalui aplikasi Go Senam Hamil dan Cinta Payudara. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan. Program ini mendukung SDGs, IKU, ASTA CITA, dan area fokus RIRN. Hasil dari program ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dengan skor rata-rata pra-tes 64.2 dan meningkat menjadi 92 pada pasca-tes, yang menunjukkan bahwa 100% kader dapat menggunakan aplikasi secara mandiri, dan respons kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Program KASIH mencapai rata-rata 4.8 (kategori sangat baik). Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan peran kader dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada ibu hamil melalui olahraga dan deteksi dini risiko kanker payudara melalui pemeriksaan payudara sendiri, serta pendampingan bagi wanita usia subur dan ibu hamil
