Abstract

From what we know about the Islamic Bank Performance Assessment Model in general. Where in the Islamic Bank Performance Assessment Model applies the Maqashid Syariah Index Model. The application of the Islamic bank performance assessment model in Indonesia uses the Maqashid Syariah index, which is a sharia banking performance measurement model that is in accordance with the objectives and characteristics of Islamic banking. MSI was developed with 3 main factors, namely: education, the creation of justice and the achievement of welfare, where the three factors are universal. The three performance measures based on maqashidsyariah, namely education, justice, and welfare require national banks to be able to design education and training programs with moral values so that they will be able to improve the abilities and skills of employees.

Abstract

Pasar Paya Ilang merupakan sentra usaha masyarakat, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Keberadaan pasar paya ilang sebagai tempat usaha masyarakat mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar karena kabupaten Aceh Tengah merupakan penyangga ekonomi di masyarakat Gayo. Penelitian ini bertujuan terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan dan mengurangi intensitas pengangguran yang berada di Kecamatan tersebut terutama di kawasan Pasar Paya Ilang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian fenomenologi, karena ingin melihat gambaran fakta yang sebernarnya dari obyek penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara pada para pedagang yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian, analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif, yakni dengan mengklasifikasikan data kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam pasar paya ilang merupakan pasar tradisional ala Rasululloh, yang menempatkan harga pada kepentingan pasar, tanpa adanya intervensi.

Abstract

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Halal Label on Siomay Purchasing Decisions in Public Understanding in Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this research is primary data from 50 respondents. The method used to analyze the relationship between variables is simple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25. The results of the study show that the halal label does not have significant influence on the decision to purchase dumplings in Lhokseumawe City. This implies that consumers' understanding of the use of the halal label influences the decision to purchase dumplings, with a t value that is less than the t table, namely 1.091<1.677, and a significance level of 0.281.
