Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the development model of Setanggor halal tourism village. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results showed that halal tourism in Setanggor village was developed through active community participation with the village government through a tourism village model based on community and halal values. The development of halal tourism villages in Setanggor is not able to be separated from religious values. As a result, Community-Based Halal Tourism in Setanggor village combines community-based tourism and halal-based tourism that will eventually serve as a model for community-based halal tourism. The growth of the halal tourism sector in Setanggor village has also provided positive benefits for enhancing the local community's well-being. In addition to the community's active role, the legality of the Setanggor halal tourism village is also supported by the local government of NTB and the Indonesian Council of Ulama.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pengembangan desa wisata halal Setanggor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata halal di Desa Setanggor dikembangkan melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa melalui model “Desa Wisata Halal Berbasis Masyarakat”. Pengembangan desa wisata halal di Setanggor tidak lepas dari nilai-nilai religi. Oleh karena itu, CBT di desa Setanggor yang merupakan gabungan antara pariwisata berbasis komunitas dengan pariwisata berbasis halal pada akhirnya menjadi role model bagi wisata halal berbasis komunitas. Pertumbuhan sektor wisata halal di desa Setanggor juga memberikan manfaat positif bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Selain peran aktif masyarakat, legalitas desa wisata halal Setanggor juga didukung oleh pemerintah daerah NTB dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia.

Abstract

Istiṣḥāb wa sadd al-żarī’ah are two methods of legal decision making in Islam among other methods, whose application always rests on the concept of maṣlahāt. This study describes how the application of istiṣḥāb wa sadd al-’arī’ah to contemporary economic problems in Indonesia. This research is a research library. Data sources are literature or come from various literatures, including books, journals, newspapers, documents, etc. which are relevant to the contextualization of istiṣḥāb wa sadd al-żarī’ah in Islamic economic practices in Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study used editing, organizing, and finding. Data analysis in this study used deductive and interpretive methods. The results showed that the method of istiṣḥāb wa sadd al-żarī’ah is still very relevant for contextualizing Islamic law in Indonesia in the midst of efforts to oppose social change in facing the challenges of the times, especially in fields related to social and economic practices in Indonesia. Its application still refers to the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-syarī’ah) and always takes into account the values of mafsadāt and maṣlahāt in istinbaṭ al-hukm.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of murabahah margin income, istishna 'margin income, mudharabah profit sharing, and musyarakah revenue sharing on net profit at BRI Syariah Bank during 2014-2019.Method - The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In determining the sample, the research was carried out by using purposive sampling method. In this study, data was collected from secondary data, through quarterly financial reports published by Bank BRI Syariah in 2014-2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, Where researchers can conduct research between two or more independent variables on the dependent variable.Result - The results show that murabahah margin income has a negative and insignificant effect on net profit, istishna 'margin income has a negative and insignificant effect on net income, the profit sharing income from mudharabah has a positive and significant effect on net profit, and the profit sharing income for musyarakah has a negative and negative effect. not significant to net income during 2014-2019.Implication - This study uses BRI Syariah Financial Report data.Originality- This study looks at the relationship between the variable margin income and profit sharing income on the net profit variable generated by Bank BRI Syariah.

By general destination from research this u for test and find out by real about influence implementation of HAS on employee performance and excellence Compete in Industrial Fast food in Central Java .Study  this useful approach quantitative  with the number of samples is 101 respondents. With purposive sampling technique, analyzed use   descriptive and inferential  with analysis technique with using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the AMOS program. The results of this study are existence influence real that SJH will could explain happening enhancement performance employees. Show existence influence real that performance employee will could explain happening enhancement superiority compete. Show no existence influence real that SJH will could explain happening enhancement superiority compete. Sshow that in the industry food fast Halal certified fast food. Implementation of HAS in the production process capable create employees who produce high performance and performance employee proven take effect positive significant to superiority compete. That is, performance employee will also cause happening superiority compete.
