Abstract

This classroom action research entitled Application of the Quantum Teaching Model to Improve Class VIII Poetry Reading Skills of SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji OKI involved 27 grade VIII students. This research was conducted for two cycles with a span of three weeks per cycle. Based on the results of the analysis of teacher observation data, it is known that the level of teacher competence in teaching is very good, namely, 3.88 in the first cycle and 4 in the second cycle. The percentage of students' observation scores also experienced a very significant increase, if in the first cycle it only touched 51.85%, but in the second cycle, it became 77.77%. The results of students' poetry reading scores also increased very well. In the first cycle, the percentage of success only reached 46.42% but increased to 100% in the second cycle

Abstract

Abstract

Tuberkulosis Paru merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat khususnya di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia, Masalah yang dihadapi berhubungan dengan penyakit, penemuan, pengobatan, dan juga kegagalan pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis paru (OAT). Desain Penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Radominisasi dengan cara pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Jumlah Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 98 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Jenis Kelamin, Pendidikan, Pengetahuan,Dukungan Keluarga dan Peran Petugas sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu kepatuhan minum obat anti Tuberkulosis Paru. Analisa data mengunakan uji statistik univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan variabel jenis kelamin (p value= 0,002), pendidikan (p value=0,004), pengetahuan (p value=0,002), dukungan keluarga (p value= 0,003) peran petugas (p value= 0,003) dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti Tuberkulosis Paru. Diharapkan lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada penderita Tuberkulosis Paru dengan peningkatan sosialisasi penyakit Tuberkulosis Paru, pengetahuan dan bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational structure and effectiveness of internal communication at Google Inc., focusing on the relationship between organizational structure, communication mechanisms, and coordination effectiveness in supporting corporate innovation. The study employed a literature study method, analyzing secondary sources in the form of scientific journals, academic books, company reports, and relevant scientific articles. The analyzed literature was published between 2015 and 2025 and selected based on its relevance to the themes of organizational structure, internal communication, organizational behavior, and technology company management. The analysis was conducted through identification, selection, classification, and thematic synthesis of findings from various sources. The study results indicate that Google's organizational structure combines division by function and product with cross-unit coordination, thus supporting collaboration, flexibility, and innovation. The effectiveness of internal communication is demonstrated through information transparency, cross-hierarchical communication, and the use of digital platforms that accelerate information exchange and work coordination. The study also found that formalization through procedures and policies serves as a control mechanism without completely limiting employee creativity. Thus, Google's organizational effectiveness is supported by the relationship between a flexible structure, open internal communication, and an organizational culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
