Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and student learning outcomes motivation on teacher performance. With quantitative research methods. The method used is descriptive quantitative method used to process data characteristics related to the average number, look for percentages, and present interesting, easy-to-read data. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The technique of collecting data in this research is through a questionnaire. The results showed that; (1) These findings provide evidence that an increase in the leadership style of a principal by a headmaster will have an impact on improving the performance of public elementary school teachers in Air Kumbang District. (2) there is an influence between the motivation of student learning outcomes on teacher performance. These findings provide evidence that increased motivation for learning outcomes will have an impact on improving the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Air Kumbang District. (3) there is an influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of student learning outcomes simultaneously on teacher performance. These findings provide evidence that increasing the principal's leadership style and motivation for learning outcomes will have an impact on improving the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Air Kumbang District.

Abstract

Abstract— IP-PBX merupakan sistem telepon dengan memanfaatkan teknologi VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) untuk mengirimkan dan menerima panggilan suara melalui jaringan IP. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisa perbandingan performa kinerja jaringan IP-PBX berbasis cloud dan physical server menggunakan protokol SIP berdasarkan parameter yang digunakan dengan perhitungan QoS (Quality of Service). Hasil dari pengukuran QoS menunjukkan bahwa IP-PBX berbasis Cloud memiliki throughput lebih tinggi (165.88 kbps) dibandingkan IP-PBX Physical Server (154.20 kbps). Kedua sistem tidak mengalami packet loss yang signifikan. IP-PBX berbasis Cloud juga menunjukkan delay yang lebih rendah (10.35 ms) dan jitter yang lebih rendah (0.00386 ms) dibandingkan dengan IP-PBX Physical Server. Dengan demikian, IP-PBX berbasis Cloud dengan protokol SIP memberikan performa yang lebih baik dalam throughput, delay, dan jitter dibandingkan dengan IP-PBX Physical Server di PT. LinkNet, Tbk. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan supaya mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada divisi perencanaan dan penempatan sumber daya manusia dan divisi remunerasi dan kesejahteraan Direktorat sumber daya manusia Universitas Indonesia Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desain deskriptif dan kausal serta pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan diuji dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Halal Product Guarantee Agency's (BPJPH) Secretariat Division employees' work motivation is impacted by their work environment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Questionnaires are used to gather data for the quantitative approach, which has a descriptive and causal design approach. SPSS version 26 is used for testing. The study's findings demonstrated that employee work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Waste management is one of the major challenges faced by urban communities, including those in Melong and Cimahi sub-districts. The lack of public literacy in sorting, managing, and understanding the economic value of waste has led to an increasing volume of waste and low community participation in sustainable environmental management. To address this issue, this community service program was carried out with the aim of improving waste management literacy based on environmental accounting. The approach introduced the concept of recording the economic value of waste, the role of waste banks, and transparency in management through simple recording systems. The methods included education through training sessions, group discussions, and recording simulations. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires with seven main indicators: waste knowledge, waste sorting, understanding of environmental accounting, recording economic value, the role of waste banks, environmental awareness, and transparency. A total of 63 participants from both sub-districts were involved.The results show a significant improvement in participants’ literacy, with the average pre-test score of 55 increasing to 82 in the post-test. The indicator of understanding environmental accounting showed the highest increase, from 47% to 83%. These findings demonstrate that the application of environmental accounting can enhance awareness, participation, and social responsibility in community-based waste management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi tidak langsung dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja intrinsik karyawan outsourcing pada PT VADS Indonesia Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak langsung dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja intrinsik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the banking performance before and after covid 19 in banking companies listed on the IDX. In this study, the banking performance indicators analyzed are the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income), NIM (Net Interest Margin), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), and ROA (Return On Assets). The sample used is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 and 2020 with the total of 43 banks. This study an event to examine the differences or changes in banking financial performance, before covid 19 and after covid 19. The data analysis technique used is the average difference test using SPSS program. Based on the test results, it was found that the COVID-19 pandemic caused the BOPO, NIM, LDR and ROA ratios to decrease or worsen, while the CAR ratio increased.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang masih menjadi ancaman kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, terutama pada wilayah permukiman padat penduduk. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan kepada ibu-ibu PKK RT 007/RW 008 dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan serta pengendalian DBD. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi penerapan 3M Plus (menguras, menutup, mendaur ulang barang bekas, dan tindakan tambahan pencegahan). Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman ibu PKK mengenai tanda dan gejala DBD, cara pemutusan rantai penularan, serta pentingnya gerakan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk secara rutin. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong terbentuknya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta meningkatkan peran aktif masyarakat dalam menurunkan risiko kejadian DBD di lingkungan RT 007/RW 008. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease that remains a public health threat in Indonesia, especially in densely populated areas. This outreach activity was conducted with women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) in RT 007/RW 008 with the aim of increasing knowledge, awareness, and community participation in dengue prevention and control. The methods used included material presentations, interactive discussions, and the implementation of 3M Plus simulations (draining, covering, recycling used items, and additional preventive measures). The outreach results showed an increased understanding among PKK women regarding the signs and symptoms of dengue fever, how to break the chain of transmission, and the importance of routine mosquito breeding eradication. This activity is expected to encourage clean and healthy living behaviors and increase the community's active role in reducing the risk of dengue fever in RT 007/RW 008.
