Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of market orientation and innovation on marketing performance. The number of samples used was 50 employees who were divided from 5 Creative Industry MSME Sectors in Makassar city. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that market orientation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. Product Innovation (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on marketing performance.

Abstract

Rationalism is a school of thought in philosophy that holds that, in order to gain and share information, reason and ratio must predominate. Logic and intelligence, according to rationalists, are the means by which one may acquire knowledge. The guiding philosophical principles that laid the groundwork for scientific inquiry are the focus of this investigation. Library research is the method used in this study. Knowledge is captured and discovered by humans via the use of their intellect. There can be no truth based on a lie, according to the rationalist school of thought, since God has given humanity the ability to reason and not to lie. The rationalist position holds that all knowledge is derived from reasoning or the ratio. This is where science starts, and ultimately, modern sciences like mathematics are born out of the philosophy of rationalism. Since these fields are universally acknowledged as having ultimate truth, it follows that rationalism is a fundamental truth that gives rise to science through the study of ratios and reason.

Abstract

The operational structure and funding of education is an important component in educational administration management which has the capacity to have a significant impact on the quality of human resources. This study intends to ensure the following: (1) Plan the budget in order to improve educational standards; (2) allocate human resources for the purposes of managing education financing; (3) implementing education financing management; and (4) supervising the education financing system in order to improve standards at SDIT AL FATIH Depok. Qualitative, analytical and descriptive methods were used in this study. Documentation, interviews and observation are the techniques used to obtain data. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the four components of Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model used in the data analysis approach. Credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability are used in the process of determining data validity.The findings show the following: 1) SDIT AL FATIH Depok prepares and describes education budget planning in the form of RAPBPT, which is implemented at the end of each year by identifying all appropriate programs and budgets. 1) The process of allocating funds for education starts from the source, where the head of the foundation decides on the choices that have been reached through meetings involving stakeholders from the school community and repeats the assessment. Putting human resources in charge of overseeing the money is secondary. The principal is responsible for the financial management of SDIT AL FATIH Depok, in accordance with the organizational structure; The foundation and education department oversee the management of SDIT AL FATIH Depok's education funds. 3. The budget implementation process is used to fund school programs, as well as spending on goods and services, development, and so on. 4. After that, the School Committee, the AL FATIH Depok Foundation, and the Education Office received the school's financial accountability report.

Abstract

A Strategy is a method or approach that includes all methods or approaches that are closely related to the implementation of concepts or plans and activities within a certain period of time. Facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the smooth running of activities in the learning process, so each school must manage the facilities and infrastructure it has. This research intends to explain three things: (1) SDIT al Fatih Depok's strategy in improving learning standards; (2) Al Fatih SDIT planning to improve the standards of facilities and infrastructure; and (3) The role of teachers in improving learning standards at SDIT Al Fatih Depok through facilities and infrastructure. In this study, observational studies and literature reviews were combined with qualitative methodology. In-depth interviews, documentation studies, and participant observation were the three data collection methods used. It can be concluded that the Strategy for Improving the Quality of Learning through Improving Facilities and Infrastructure has succeeded in helping students achieve better learning outcomes based on the quality of teaching provided by teachers at SDIT Al Fatih Depok.

Abstract

This research is motivated by management strategies and policies to improve the quality of Islamic religious education in elementary schools, but the quality is still low. For schools to provide quality education, they need to develop comprehensive education management strategies. To realize the implementation of strategic management to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Otoman, leaders and managers of educational institutions are needed. As leaders of educational institutions, school principals have an important role in improving the quality of education. The focus of this research is to analyze how management strategies and policies are implemented to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Otman Depok. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of management strategies and policies to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Otman Depok. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research location was carried out at SDIT Otman Depok. Based on the results of SDIT Otman's research, the strategy and management of policies to improve the quality of Islamic religious education should go through three processes: (1) formulation through the formulation of the school's vision and mission, and (2) implementation, through the implementation of school policies and staff motivation. (3) Evaluation and control, including activities such as planning, implementation processes, monitoring activities, and activity results.
