Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penguatan karakter religius siswa dan implikasinya dalam mencegah perilaku bullying di SMA Islam Terpadu (SMAIT) Daarussalaam Sangatta Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa melalui kegiatan rutin seperti tilawah, muroja’ah, kultum, mutaba’ah ibadah, dan pembinaan akhlak. Nilai-nilai religius seperti keimanan, kejujuran, kepedulian, disiplin, dan akhlak mulia diinternalisasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Penguatan karakter ini terbukti mampu mengurangi perilaku bullying verbal yang masih muncul, serta mendorong siswa memiliki kesadaran moral dan tanggung jawab sosial yang lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, BPI menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, religius, dan kondusif bagi perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has great potential to be able to develop its economy through an Islamic economy, one of which is through the implementation of Financial technology (fintech), which is an innovation in financial services using technology so that people can easily access financial products and services that are not available. can be accommodated by traditional financial services. This research is a type of library research. The focus of library research is to find various theories, laws, propositions, principles, or ideas that are used to analyze and solve formulated research questions. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The development of Islamic economic law is basically parallel to other conventional economic laws. The existence of Islamic economics in general in Indonesian society is conceptually in accordance with the demands of the times. The Islamic finance industry in Indonesia has been recognized and implemented by the public. The legal umbrella of Sharia Fintech itself is also based on Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) 77 of 2016 and sharia fintech also refers to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) Number 117/2018 regarding Information Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of tourism development on the socio-cultural and economic community of Samarinda. This is based on the idea that until now tourism in Samarinda has not been able to create tourism characteristics in Samarinda even though many Samarinda tourist destinations have their own charm, as well as the impact that will be obtained by the development of tourism. Based on the objectives of this study includes several theories, concepts and literature studies referred to in the concept of tourism, the principles of development tourism, and the concept of tourism impact. Meanwhile, the research method used is a descriptive analysis of the socio-cultural and economic conditions of the Samarinda community. By answering the problem formulation of this study, obtained from data or information can then be classified into positive and negative impacts on the socio-cultural and economic life of the community, and contribute strategies to minimize the negative impact of tourism on society.
