Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Maqasid Al-Shariah principles in national economic policy. Maqasid Al-Shariah, which refers to the main goal of Islamic law, includes the protection of religion, soul, mind, lineage and property. In an economic context, these principles are implemented to achieve general welfare and social justice. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and analysis of relevant national economic policy documents. The research results show that the principles of Maqasid Al-Shariah have been integrated into several economic policies, such as financial inclusion, zakat and waqf policies. However, challenges remain in the effective and consistent implementation of these principles. This research suggests the need to increase institutional capacity, better supervision, and increase public awareness to ensure that the economic policies taken are truly in line with Maqasid Al-Shariah's objectives. In this way, it is hoped that a more just and sustainable economic system can be created in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the wakalah bil ujrah contract at BSI Subang Otista 2. Wakalah contract is a contract found in the world of Islamic banking. Wakalah bil ujrah is to represent or refer another person to represent him accompanied by a reward that has been mentioned at the beginning. This writing uses qualitative research methods, data sources are taken from primary data sources which conduct interviews supported by literature, the type of data is qualitative data, data collection techniques are carried out by semi-structured interviews which in their implementation are more open as well as in finding more open problems supported by tracking literature related to wakalah bil ujrah, data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research conducted, the implementation of the application of the wakalah bil ujrah contract at BSI Subang Otista 2 such as for the purchase of goods such as houses, building materials, vehicle purchases, all the goods are clear and usually there is a wakalah contract first and then murobahahah with the bank. Wakalah bil ujrah is used in Islamic banking because sometimes the goods that customers want are certain goods. The determination of ujrah or reward is determined at the beginning of the contract.

Abstract

Economic transformation is a multifaceted process that can no longer be comprehensively understood through macro-structural models alone. In many national contexts, the boundaries between the roles of the state and the market are increasingly blurred, leading to ambiguity in understanding their respective contributions. This study addresses the problem of unclear functional dynamics between public and private actors in driving economic change. The primary objective is to explore how both the state and the private sector contribute to economic transformation through a qualitative lens. Employing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and case studies as data collection techniques, this research adopts a constructivist qualitative approach to interpret the evolving relationships and institutional behaviors shaping development processes. The findings suggest that economic transformation is not solely the result of top-down policy design or spontaneous market evolution, but rather an outcome of continuous negotiation, contestation, and adaptation between state and market actors. Furthermore, the study reveals the importance of narratives, power asymmetries, and informal institutional arrangements in influencing developmental trajectories. These insights contribute to expanding the theoretical landscape of development studies by highlighting the co-productive nature of state–market interactions. Practically, the research underscores the need for more inclusive and dialogical policymaking processes that foster collaboration across sectors. Ultimately, this study calls for a rethinking of developmental roles—not as fixed categories—but as fluid, contested, and context-dependent constructs that evolve with socio-political and economic change.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengelolaan surat terhadap kepatuhan prinsip ekonomi syariah di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Patimban. Pengelolaan surat merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam administrasi perkantoran, termasuk di Kantor Kesyahbandaran Dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Patimban. Saat ini, pengelolaan surat melibatkan penerapan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam penanganan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami pengaruh sistem pengelolaan surat terhadap kepatuhan prinsip syariah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil wawancara. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data utama menggunakan data primer dari dokumen surat, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan staf di Bagian Umum Sub bagian Tata Usaha di Kantor KSOP Kelas II Patimban. Dalam analisisnya, digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh sistem pengelolaan surat terhadap kepatuhan pada prinsip syariah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem pengelolaan surat di KSOP Kelas II Patimban menggunakan teknologi seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, dan Google Drive yang terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat aksesibilitas, transparansi, dan keamanan pengelolaan dokumem. Pengelolaan surat yang dilakukan secara terstruktur ini mematuhi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah yang mengedepankan transparansi, keadilan, dan efisiensi. Dengan sistem yang rapi, baik dalam bentuk hardcopy maupun softcopy, proses administrasi berjalan lebih lancar dan akurat.
