Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service climate and service quality for nurses in the Outpatient Unit of Government Hospital "X". The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were 110 nurses in the Outpatient Unit of the Government Hospital "X", so the number of samples taken was 42 nurses who were carried out by random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and correlational analysis using Pearson correlation. The results showed that there was a strong and significant positive relationship between service climate and service quality, meaning that the better the nurse's perception of the service, the better the service quality shown to patient nurses. This can be seen from the nurse's perception of the service climate that tends to be favorable and the assessment of the quality of their service which tends to be good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture at government institution X using OCAI(Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument). The research population is all employees ofGovernment Institution X consisting of groups of rank IV, III and II. Based on the results obtained,the appreciation of the employees who devote themselves to Government Institution X theyappreciate the organization of Government Institution X as an organization with a Hierarchy type.This reflects the existence of a control system management to ensure that procedures,measurement, and monitoring systems are in place to keep processes and performance undercontrol. Focus on coordination, fostering coordination within the organization as well as withexternal work units to obtain accurate cross-border information to carry out its activities. Similarly,expectations for changes in organizational culture in the future, they do not expect changes inorganizational culture, this is felt in the three groups of ranks.Keywords: organizational culture, goverment institution, ocai.

Abstract

Pada kesempatan ini peneliti   tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang komitmen  karyawan pada organisasi kemanusiaan  GF Foundation, yaitu organisasi yang menyalurkan donasi pada proyek kemanusiaan baik berskala nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yaitu bertujuan ingin mengetahui seberapa tinggi komitmen yang dimiliki dari para karyawannya. Kemudian dilihat juga komitmen yang paling menonjol diantara tiga komitmen yang digali yaitu Afektif Komitmen, Kontinuitas Komitmen dan Normatif Komitmen. Sebanyak 31 personel yang merupakan karyawan tetap Golden Future  diambil datanya dengan mengisi kuesioner dan wawancara.  Dari data yang diperoleh terlihat bahwa Afektif Komitmen lebih menonjol dibandingkan yang lainnya, kemudian Normatif Komitmen dan Kontinuitas Komitmen. Begitu pula halnya berdasarkan jenis kelamin terlihat pula bahwa antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan kedua-keduanya memiliki Afektif Komitment yang sama-sama tinggi.
