Abstract

The main purpose in this research is implementation understanding of E procurement also understand of supporting and E procurement obstacle factor in the pangkep district. E-procurement is an innovation in the use of Information Technology for the benefit of public services. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to try to explain the implementation of E-procurement in the Pangkep district. Amount of informan in this research are five people. type of research is qualitative with kind of fenomenology research which is focused on human living experiences. Collecting data technique are using observation method, interview and documentation. Data analysis using interactive analysis models. Research result refers to unoptimalitation of E procurement implementation in the Pangkep district. This implementation seen by the stage of the E procurement aspect altough appropriated absolutely unaccomplished. In accordance with the implementation exist in president regulation in article 107 year 2010 number 54. This can be seen indicator (1) E-tendering (2) E-bidding (3) E-catalogue and(4) E-purchasing. Supporting factor in this implementation is strategy of loyalty provider whereas obstacles are divergents and postponement. Key word: E-service, Job Fair, Pangkep Regency.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Tata Laksana E-procurement dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat E-procurement di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. E-procurement merupakan suatu inovasi dalam pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi untuk kepentingan pelayanan publik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk mencoba menjelaskan Pelaksanaan E-procurement di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 05 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian fenomenologi yaitu menekankan pada subyektivitas pengalaman hidup manusia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan model analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan E-procurement di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan optimal hal ini  dilihat dari aspek tahapan E-procurement dimana penyedia yang meskipun telah sesuai dengan prosedur namun belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam melaksanakan tahapan E-procurement sesuai dengan tujuan yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 54 tahun 2010 pasal 107. hal ini dilihat dari indikator (1) E-tendering (2) E-bidding (3) E-catalogue dan (4) E-purchasing. Faktor Pendukung dalam pelaksanaan ini adalah Strategi dan Loyalitas penyedia sedangkan faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah penyimpangan dan penundaan.Kata Kunci: Tata Laksana, E-Procurement, Kabupaten Pangkep.

Abstract

Pada fondasi mesin, pemilihan angka Poisson (µ) dan modulus geser tanah (G) menjadi hal penting dalam perencanaannya karena merupakan parameter-parameter dinamis tanah yang sangat berpengaruh pada frekuensi alami dan amplitudo getaran yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memodelkan fondasi jenis blok tidak tertanam dan menggunakan mesin diesel. Pada analisis statis, dihitung daya dukung dan penurunan, sementara analisis dinamis memperhitungkan frekuensi alami dan amplitudo getaran yang terjadi pada getaran vertikal dan horizontal. Pada analisis statis diperoleh daya dukung dengan metode Terzaghi = 551,500 kN/m2 dan daya dukung ijin = 183,813 kN/m2, sedangkan penurunan yang terjadi = 25,480 mm. Pengaruh pemilihan angka Poisson (µ) dan modulus geser tanah (G) dilakukan dengan cara membuat 3 variasi nilai yang akan digunakan pada analisis dinamis. Variasi 1 dengan µ= 0,1 dan G= 204,5455 ton/m2, Variasi 2 dengan µ= 0,2 dan G= 281,250 ton/m2 serta Variasi 3 dengan µ= 0,3 dan G= 346,1538 ton/m2 .Pemilihan angka poisson dan modulus geser tanah memberikan pengaruh terhadap frekuensi alami dan amplitudo getaran yang dihasilkan. Semakin tinggi nilai angka poisson dan modulus geser tanah, maka nilai frekuensi alami dan amplitudo yang dihasilkan juga akan semakin tinggi. Namun, pada getaran vertikal terjadi penurunan untuk nilai amplitudo.

Abstract

Radio is a plural item that is easy to find in various places. Radio has an important role in supporting all human activities. Either as an information medium or as an entertainment medium, the radio that the author created has been designed and made as an aesthetic object in a space.As a means of entertainment and information. This aims to provide other functions besides its main function. Based on this, the problems raised in this case are (1) How to design a radio design made of wood, which is capable of supporting human activities, (2) How to make a radio by including Jepara ornaments as decorative elements, which can be an attraction, socialization and appreciation.The use of the Jepara ornament is intended, so that Indonesian furniture designers should still care about the arts and culture of the archipelago, namely by applying handicraft products into it, so that it can become a medium of socialization and appreciation. of Indonesian culture, this can simultaneously preserve the culture

Abstract

Language in the political sphere has an important role in building an image and communication with the community, especially the use of regional languages such as Javanese. Studies on language variations used by political figures when giving speeches or campaigning in certain areas are still limited. This research focuses on the use of language variation in terms of speakers and influencing factors in political speeches conducted by Ganjar Pranowo at the grand campaign in Kendal and Yogyakarta. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by using observation analysis technique, observing and recording data transcripts and analyzed using SBLC (Simak Bebas Libat Cakap) data collection technique. The research data is in the form of phrases, words, and sentences that contain a variety of language variations with data sources in the form of videos uploaded on the YouTube platform under the channel name Sahabat Ganjar. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there are several types of language variations in terms of speakers in Ganjar Pranowo's communication, among others; in terms of speakers in the form of 18 idiolects, 12 dialects, 3 sociolects and no data found in the classification of chronolect varieties. Factors that influence the use of language variation in terms of speakers include internal factors and external factors with the acquisition of 23 language variations caused by internal factors and 12 external factors.

Abstract

Dragon fruit plants originating from Central and South America have not been widely cultivated. This plant has only been cultivated intensively in several countries such as: Israel, Colombia, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Australia. Macroscopic identification showed that the fungi associated with dragon fruit stems had similarities to the colony form of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides sp. Trichoderma is known to have antagonistic abilities against pathogenic fungi. Trichoderma is easily found in soil ecosystems and plant roots. The method in this study is a survey method. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling or Judgmental sampling method, namely purposive sampling is a sampling method that selects objects (vines) that are considered attacked or have symptoms of pathogen attack. Trichoderma sp is also tolerant to stress and able to inactivate pathogenic microbial enzymes. In addition, Trichoderma sp. Able to produce enzymes that hydrolyze pathogenic cell walls which will inhibit the synthesis of pathogenic cell walls and increase their fungicidal activity, as a result of which pathogenic fungi experience a decrease in growth rate.
