Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out to see the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior on Employees and Lecturers at faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, Da'wah (FUAD) IAIN Curup. The subjects used in this study were 52 employees and lecturers at FUAD IAIN Curup. In this study a quantitative design was used while the design in data collection carried out a questionnaire with five Likert scales of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The analysis design used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a positive impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of 11.035% for the employees and lecturers of FUAD IAIN Curup. The implication of this study is to increase understanding of the influence of transformational leadership.

Abstract

Excellent service is the main thing that must always innovate in meeting customer needs. In the competitive banking world, direct contact with service is very important because customer satisfaction is a reflection of the quality of service. This study describes excellent service to the elderly who have several obstacles such as hearing loss, low education levels, communication barriers, which must receive special attention in service. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative type, then the results of the study show that excellent service has been implemented for the elderly with various strategies that have been implemented such as using regional languages for elderly customers who have problems understanding banking terms in transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get the real fact that there is an influence in appear uniquely motivation and manner of purchasing decision of adidas football shoes in Sungai Penuh city. For testing, the writer used 101 sample of people who have ever bought adidas football shoes in Sungai Penuh city. The choosing of sample was done by using accidental sampling method. To make the step of data exploring easier, the writer divided the variable of research into two main group, the first is independent variable that consists of the motivation of appear uniquely and consumen’s manner and the second is dependent variable that’s purchasing decision. The writer did the hypotesis testing by using inferential analysis that is through the model of multiple linear regression and t-statistics testing. According to the result of testing, the first hypothesis is rejected because it is contrary to the hypothesis and the second hypothesis is accepted. The result of this research stated that the motivation to appear uniquely and manner influence positively and significant to purchasing decision. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to obtain real evidence of the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction PT. Dempo Andalas Samudera Padang employees. Desain/Methodology/Approach: A sample of 67 employees who received financial and non-financial compensation was used for the test. Sample selection was carried out using the survey method. Hypothesis testing uses inferential analysis through multiple linear regression models and t-statistical tests. Findings: The test results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely that financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the second hypothesis was also accepted, namely that non-financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Research Implications: This research proves that good compensation can increase employee satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to formulate financial and non-financial compensation for their employees.
