Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service to consumers at PDAM Tirta Darma, RejangLebong Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Datacollection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews anddocumentation. While the main sources of information in this study are consumers fromPDAM Tirta Darma, Rejang Lebong Regency. The results of this study are consumers whouse the services of products and services from PDAM Tirta Darma, Rejang Lebong Regency,returning 13,000 customers, service facilities are very adequate, good form of service, as wellas responsive, solutional and accommodating services. So that the services provided byPDAM Tirta Darma, Rejang Lebong Regency to consumers are very good. The weakness inthis study lies in the questioning activity, many of the answers given by the resource personsare not in accordance with the existing questions. The results of the research become asource of information for readers, consumers and employees at PDAM Tirta Darma, RejangLebong Regency, and can be a reference for other research. In this study, readers areexpected to know what services are available at PDAM Tirta Darma, Rejang LebongRegency, among others, oral services, written services and services in the form of actions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out to see the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior on Employees and Lecturers at faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, Da'wah (FUAD) IAIN Curup. The subjects used in this study were 52 employees and lecturers at FUAD IAIN Curup. In this study a quantitative design was used while the design in data collection carried out a questionnaire with five Likert scales of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The analysis design used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a positive impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of 11.035% for the employees and lecturers of FUAD IAIN Curup. The implication of this study is to increase understanding of the influence of transformational leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sberjuan untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik, yaitu : Kebijakan Daerah dan Kinerja Aparatur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Teknik penelitian yang dipakai ialah teknik survey. Sumber data penelitian ini ialah semua Pegawai di Sekretaria Daerah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong yang dipilih dengan menggunakan stratified randomsamplin sebanyak 204 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen Kebijakan Daerah, Kinerja Aparatur dan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik yang dikembangkan sendiri sesuai dengan indikator-indikatornya.Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa :Terdapat pengaruh positif Kebijakan Daerah (X1) dan Kinerja Aparatur (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Y), dengan koefisie determinasi R2=0,904 dan Persamaan Regresi Y = 8,044 + 0,305X1 + 0,570X2;hasil selanjutnya ada dampak positif Kebijakan Daerah (X1) pada Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Y); danada juga dampak positif Kinerja Aparatur (X2) pada Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Y).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan Kebijakan Daerah dan peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions, specifically in the context of buying gold jewelry during Ramadan in the Rejang Lebong Regency. Ramadan often serves as a significant time for purchasing gold jewelry as a religious, cultural symbol, and investment. The study investigates the relationship between price and prestige value in the purchase decisions of gold jewelry. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 consumers who bought gold jewelry during Ramadan 2024 using a purposive sampling method. Additionally, structured interviews were conducted to gain deeper insights. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression to test the relationship between price and prestige value on purchase decisions. The results indicate a significant relationship between price and prestige value with consumer purchase decisions. This suggests that price and prestige value directly influence consumer purchase decisions during Ramadan in Rejang Lebong. These findings are consistent with economic theories stating that price and prestige value are important factors in decision-making. The implications of these results highlight the importance of marketing strategies that consider these factors to attract consumers.

Abstract

The e-commerce platform business is experiencing rapid growth along with the development of the information technology era. With the increase in the number of middle-class people in Indonesia who use smartphones and access the internet for online shopping purposes. Data from the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia states that there is an increase in the number of domestic tourists. The trend of the younger generation who like outdoor activities such as traveling and adventuring. All of these opportunities were realized by the author into a business plan for the e-commerce platform www.Adventure-Stock.com. The business plan aims to produce an e-commerce platform www.Adventure-Stock.com. The method used in the formulation of this business plan is to use the e-commerce platform business observation method and outdoor activity equipment product stores. The focus group method aims to understand the needs, and desires, and obtain suggestions about the e-commerce platform. Suggestions from FGD participants are used to improve the e-commerce platform www.Adventure-Stock.com. The result of the business plan is an e-commerce platform www.Adventure-Stock.com that sells traveling and adventuring equipment products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan wisata halal di Kota Bengkulu. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan fokus pada persepsi dan pengalaman pengguna serta praktisi industri pariwisata halal. Desain penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan analisis konten digital terkait. Operasionalisasi variabel melibatkan identifikasi faktor-faktor kunci seperti kualitas konten digital dan pengaruh kredibilitas sumber informasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang efektif meningkatkan kesadaran dan preferensi konsumen terhadap destinasi wisata halal di Kota Bengkulu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing untuk mendukung pertumbuhan wisata halal, serta meningkatkan kerjasama antara pelaku industri pariwisata dengan pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan destinasi wisata halal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami peran strategi digital marketing dalam pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata halal, khususnya di daerah dengan potensi wisata yang belum tergali sepenuhnya seperti Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

The objective of this PKM activity is to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu Regency. The main focus is to provide a deep understanding of the importance of halal certification and to improve business management competencies following Sharia principles. This enables MSMEs to expand their market and boost consumer trust in their products. The methods employed include training and workshops, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Training and workshops aim to provide knowledge on halal certification procedures, halal business management, and marketing strategies. Mentoring is conducted periodically to ensure the proper implementation of the knowledge provided. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to measure progress and the effectiveness of the activities. The results show a significant increase in MSME actors' understanding and awareness of halal certification. Several MSMEs have successfully obtained halal certification and reported increased consumer trust and product sales. The Halal MSME Development and Empowerment Program has successfully achieved its goal of enhancing MSME competitiveness in Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu Regency. With halal certification and improved business management competencies, MSMEs are better prepared to face market competition and attract more consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of Operational Efficiency Level, Organizational Flexibility Level, and Process Innovation Level on Total Business Performance at PT Bukit Asam (Bengkulu Branch). Multiple regression analysis conducted to examine the effect of Operational Efficiency Level, Organizational Flexibility Level, and Process Innovation Level on Total Business Performance at PT Bukit Asam (Bengkulu Branch) resulted in important findings. Operational Efficiency and Organizational Flexibility significantly and positively influence Total Business Performance, indicating their potential to improve overall business performance. However, Process Innovation did not show a significant influence at the time of analysis. The regression model explained about 65.7% of the variance in Total Business Performance, emphasizing the collective significance of these variables. Nonetheless, about 34.3% of the variation remained unexplained, suggesting the presence of additional influential factors beyond the scope of the model. These findings highlight the importance of prioritizing Operational Efficiency and Organizational Flexibility strategies to improve business performance. The findings also underscore the need for further exploration or broader context consideration of Process Innovation to comprehensively improve business performance. This study assists management in formulating more effective strategies, recognizing the critical factors that impact business performance while acknowledging the complexity in determining the whole.
