Abstract

The research about capital and business development in order to increase business revenue (SHU) at KPRI”Bahagia Jaya” Kecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya. The problems caused by the cooperative is capital used for limited borrowing members. In 2009 until 2012 a larger loan amount compared with the development of other business whereas amount of capital in particular on own capital that is used for savings and loan activities of the unit has not been sufficient.The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Technique to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis model data uses Miles and Huberman model with techniques of data validity is triangulation technique. Conclude of this research indicate that during the research period in KPRI “Bahagia Jaya” when viewed from development of capital, business and business revenue (SHU) realize fluctuation development. This research also describe that the biggest contributor to increasing business revenue (SHU) during the period 2009 until 2012 are the savings and loan business units. Suggestion can be given to KPRI “Bahagia Jaya” that had better development of capital and business in KPRI”Bahagia Jaya” realize continuosly, KPRI must give service intensively neither from financial nor non finansial so that loyalities of members can grow up business revenue (SHU). Penelitian ini mengenai Perkembangan Modal dan Usaha dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) KPRI “Bahagia Jaya . Permasalahan yang di hadapi koperasi adalah modal yang di gunakan untuk pinjaman anggota terbatas. Pada tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2012 jumlah pinjaman lebih besar di bandingkan dengan perkembangan usaha yang lain sedangkan jumlah modal khususnya pada modal sendiri yang di gunakan untuk kegiatan unit simpan pinjam belum mencukupi.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan sumber dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman dengan teknik keabsahan data yaitu teknik trianggulasi. Kesimpulan yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini antara lain: selama periode penelitian di KPRI “Bahagia Jaya” di tinjau dari perkembangan modal, usaha dan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) mengalami perkembangan yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan bahwa penyumbang terbesar peroleh Sisa Hasil Usaha ada pada unit simpan pinjam. Saran yang dapat di berikan kepada KPRI”Bahagia Jaya” yaitu agar perkembangan modal dan unit usaha di KPRI”Bahagia Jaya” terus mengalami peningkatan KPRI harus lebih intensif dalam memberikan pelayanan baik dari segi finansial maupun non finansial sehingga loyalitas anggota dapat meningkatkan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech as a mediator in the influence of economic literacy on impulsive buying behavior among consumers. Economic literacy is considered an important factor that can influence consumer purchasing behavior, especially in making wise financial decisions. However, technological advances in the financial sector, especially fintech, have also played a role in facilitating impulse buying behavior through the ease of digital transactions and quick access to financial services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 250 respondents. The data was analyzed using a path analysis model to evaluate the direct influence of economic literacy on impulse buying, as well as the mediation role played by fintech. The results show that economic literacy has a negative influence on impulsive buying behavior, but fintech plays a significant role as a mediator that strengthens impulse buying tendencies, even though individuals have good economic literacy. These findings have implications for the development of financial literacy policies and fintech regulations to reduce the risk of consumptive behavior in the digital era.
